So far, the USA is losing more people to car crashes on a daily basis than it has to the coronavirus ever since it came here. Schools are closed in Florida but no one is staying home at all.. kids outside playing down the street .. everyone going out to eat.. Publix grocery and Walmart closing early.. that’s about it..

Most women do take it for granted, and behave as if they are victims when they do have to stay home with their children for various reasons. They have been taught they are more valuable living for their career, in actuality they are running away from their most important responsibility.
My wife is a respiratory therapist in the Houston metropolitan area So far, one case and he was sent to another hospital to keep an eye on. Nobody knows if he was actually sick. That's the only case I've personally heard of and it's not for lack of trying to find somebody who knows an actual victim.

Open letter to Brian Stelter - The media has a lot of power...Is this how you feel Trump should react when he gets criticized? The fact is that much of the panic we've seen in the country has been caused by the way the media is presenting the story. It's irresponsible. But your reaction to being criticized shows me that you see your job as setting the American narrative and not simply reporting the news. Part of a free press means the ability for others to criticize you. You are NOT the free press - you are part of a free press, but so are people who criticize the way you report things. I am doing my best to save Klavan by not panicking, by not spurring people to think they are in jeopardy, and by not encouraging people to crash the healthcare system. When the Dempanic subsides, people with actual medical issues will get the treatment they need. And still ten times as many will be dying from the flu.

At this point Social Security is nothing like it was intended for. It is just another tax now. It should be means tested, at the very least. I have issues with agoraphobia, so I am embracing a problem that has impacted my life for too many years.

I fully agree with you. Trump often says stupid things, but acts the right way. The measures taken now are good, but NOT enough. We are ahead in Europe and we made the same mistakes. Switzerland has taken measures we did not have since 1939. All doctors say the same: this is NOT like a flu. Also a large risk group is male, age 50 to 59 and although mostly old people die, it also affects young people that have to be in intensive care and ventilated for up to two weeks. The small obituaries in just the Italian city of Bergamo fill 10 pages a day. We do not take this measures because we can prevent infections, but we have to delay it so that hospitals can cope with the amount of patients. It is simple math for every country. Germany e.g. has 350 specialized intensive care beds per 1 Mio capita. Italy had 80. Do the math. Take strong measures and take it now!
Everything we have as a nation can vanish in a flash *cuts to commercial*
