“My wife and I realized everything they had told us was wrong….” OH WOW SAME. I don’t know how to agree enough. I had that feeling again and again when I came to the Catholic Church, every time I learned about it read about some of the catholic doctrine I’d think “of course!! 2 plus 2 equals 4!! Why did no one ever teach me how to human correctly before?!?” This world is so, so lost. The Church is the only anchor of Truth, as Christ said in the first place.
@@clopez880 I didn’t use the word “lie” because that implies an intentional misleading. And I don’t think every wrong thing I was taught or told was an intentional act of desiring to mislead me, although it was wrong nonetheless. But off the top of my head I’d say everything I was taught about sexuality and how to look at the value of my own body. Contraception, pornography, extramarital/casual sex, divorce, abortion, same sex acts, masturbation, immodesty-I was taught that all of these things were normal and perfectly harmless. Same with a general view of oneself and others as exploitable objects. I was taught that “consent” was the only measure of morality, rather than what I learned in the church about chastity as a virtue, pursuit of holiness, love as willing the good of the other, seeing oneself and others as made in the image of God and endowed with great dignity from our Creator. Even the concept of a Creator itself was new to me. I was taught that we are not created at all, rather we are just a random mutation, our existence is due to a quirk of the universe, and we have no telos, no purpose, no inherent nature that we grow towards. I can think of so many more things, including the role and purpose of marriage, family, my identity as a woman, a sacramental worldview, the importance of the contemplative orders, basically my entire concept of myself and the nature of all of existence.
“Why did no one teach me how to human correctly before” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Had a good hearty chuckle, thank you! I looooved it!!! This is sooo on point!!! God bless you, dear! 😘🙏
@@Seliz463 As a convert to Christianity (Catholicism) from atheism of just a few months, everything you just said completely rings true. And it's funny you mention that consent is taught as the only measure of morality (I'd say as far as sex, yes that's the only measure taught. As far society there's also the neo-marxist supposed oppressor/oppressed classism 🙄) and the consent thing reminds me of this awesome meme I found recently. It's a cartoon of 2 parts. The first part is a guy with an image of an atom's structure on his shirt throwing the Bible in a fire saying "finally a world of pure rationalism" and in the second part, with a smug smile, he's reading a book titled "can animals consent?" Brilliant lol.
According to the Catholic religion, the rosary was given to the church in the year 1214 by St. Dominic, a priest who claimed to have received it from an apparition (ghost) of Mary. Scripture clearly states that *it takes 2 Witnesses* to make a thing so. Deuteronomy. 19: 15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. Matthew 18: 16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. 2Corinthians 13: 1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. The rosary was given by *only one man* , a suspect priest. Michael Knowles and every Catholic are just naive and indoctrinated enough to believe this nonsense. Now go do your *OWN* homework.
26 year old Catholic latina watching here. I’ve been working on the process of undoing the indoctrination from going to San Diego State University. Please keep doing these vids! I’ve learned more from these channels than from 4 years of “higher education” 😂😂
My fiancé and I recently converted back to Catholicism after a good 17 years of being agnostic/atheist, so I very strongly relate to so much of Michael’s journey and testimony. I completely agree that the liturgy and customs have suffered. I left the church shortly after Catholic High School as a result of a dumbed down catechesis. It was only after delving into the writings of the early church fathers and listening to intellectual and spiritual figure heads like Jordan Peterson and Bishop Barron speak on the subject of the scriptures and implicit meaning that I began to slowly start to uncover the truth.
I was lucky and raised Catholic. I was never an atheist. But I was a drug addict for 19 years. I got sober and went back to church in non denominational Christian for a few years and went back to the Catholic, no regrets. I love the Catholic church and the traditional.
Your story is so similar to mines, raised catholic and left the church for many years, i was a drug addict for 18years and have been clean now for a over a year and now back with the Catholic church going several times a week to mass taking up all sacraments , frequent confessions. And started doing the rosary. All Glory to God 🙏🏻💙
Mere Christianity was also the book that opened the door to Catholicism for me. I have heard so many people who encountered the book ”by chance” and converted thanks to it. I hope C.S Lewis is saved, for he truly helped thousands of souls. 🙏🏻
Peter Kreeft says CS Lewis was the one man God - in his divine Providence - prevented from converting to Catholicism… because if he had, Protestants would have immediately dismissed him. I tend to agree.
Out of everyone on the DailyWire, I love Michael’s point of view. He is charitable and yet unwavering. I feel like often it is one or the other. I love the other shows, but listening to him talk in this video, I was like, “YES! This is how I feel!”
Matt Fradd and Michael Knowles are my favorite podcasters! I watched them both everyday leading up to my baptism into the Church last year. I never knew how much this collab was needed, Praise be to God!
Wanted to add that I absolutely love the “Another Kingdom” trilogy. I listened to all three seasons while my family was down with the flu this fall, and was completely blown away!
@@christopherlampman5579 Praying for you and yours! May God bless you, keep you, and give you grace, guidance, and peace. 🙏 I have a friend who was jewish, she converted, and fell in love with catholicism. Highly recommend it if you're thinking about converting.
Michael is way smarter than I think people give him credit.. not that he acts unintelligent, he just has a humor and personality that intermingles with his intellect. Brilliant, God bless yall
Grew up in an atheist household, found Christ in January this year in a Baptist church. Learned about church history and Sola Scriptura and the protestantism immediately left my body
This is hands down the best interview Matt has ever done. Knowles is an awesome conversationalist with admirable breadth and depth of knowledge. This was very enjoyable.
We need an all Catholic version of Daily Wire backstage. My lineup is Matt Fradd, Michael Knowles, Matt Walsh, Brian Holdsworth, Tim Gordon, Trent Horn.
My husband and I were together unmarried for 7 years as agnostics when I had my reversion. We soon married in the church but I can relate to so much of your experience Michael with your wife. My husband was very confused with who I was becoming, but for me there was absolutely no turning back. It's an ongoing journey, requiring a lot of prayer. I love hearing your story tho so thank you. God bless
Sometimes I just let the podcasts play while I am sleeping, and somehow I always wake up to this one! One of my all time favorite conversations, good job gentlemen!! Nothing better than a pair of distinguished Christian gentlemen!
Michael is 3 days older than my oldest daughter (who sadly was killed last year in an armed robbery) But I am amazed at how he escaped pitfalls of his generation. I pray it is a trend.
Thank you so much for having Michael on. I'm a 35 year old Trad Catholic convert from Protestantism with a wife and two kids. Love your show Matt. Love Knowles. I've thoroughly enjoyed this conversation so much and I've learned a great deal as well.
I have been waiting my entire life for this duo 😂 But no for real Michael Knowles is my favorite DW host and one of my favorite commentators. I love how he brings the Catholic view and teachings to his beliefs and stands on politics. *Perfection* Thank you Matt!
I was given a beautiful mother of pearl covered, 1962 prayer book that has Latin as well as English. It was given to me for my first holy communion and I could take it to a Latin mass today and understand everything. Love it.
I have my Mom’s 1941 wedding Prayer Book - in Latin and English - still relevant word for word in the Latin Mass worldwide- That’s the true beauty of tradition
Michael Knowles is my favorite most mainstream commentator. Thank you so much for doing this. Also, Matt thank you so much for making the post about "Black Catholic Chick"' channel. I agreed with you that she is awesome! Her video "I'm a Black Woman and this is Why I'm Catholic" is amazing! And she recently did a video on Mother Mary and intercessory pray, which I think many of us Catholic in comment sections would appreciate whenever we bring up the Rosary because I think it could help so many people! God bless you Matt Fradd.
Listening to you talk about bringing your wife to Mass made me smile. I ventured on a whim out from our NO parish to a TLM one Sunday when my husband was working (mostly out of desperation because I was disgusted with the “Eagles Wings” felt banner culture of my NO parish). I remember calling him and saying, “Um, listen, we gotta change parishes. Like next week. Just trust me.” I too thought he would be as blown away as I was by the TLM. He wasn’t, but thankfully he warmed up to it and did agree to change. Now if we have to go to our old parish (our goddaughter is there still) he is as annoyed and restless as I am lol. For some of us the TLM is just this glaringly beautiful, mystical, reverent place immediately. I think for others they are so shocked they don’t know how to react; it’s almost unbelievable that it’s the same religion if you don’t understand the history. I imagine if you didn’t tell a non-Catholic where you were taking them and took them to both the NO and the TLM and just stood and observed, they wouldn’t think it was the same faith. Which makes it all the more sad that the Church changed the liturgy that drastically after Vat II. Great video!

Most of us full converts, came back into our faith after a life of sin. Hearing others testimonies makes me feel better, then I think of the saints and their lives not all we’re living in faith most were living in sin. Take saint Francis of Assisi for instance, he even claims to have been living in sin up until the lord called him to live amongst the lepers that he went I to full conversion. He was already a friar but still considered himself sinful. We all are but as long as we don’t stray from the truth, and we have come to full conversion that’s all that matters, peace all good. 🌻🙏🏽💙
So I've been listening to the intro music for over half an hour now and I must say I really enjoy this so far. And no matter how beautiful this super long intro melody is I can't wait to hear your beautiful God given voices. God bless you Matt and Michael!
The reverence and the seriousness of the liturgy and tradition of the faith, reinforces the depth of Catholicism's validity. Where else can you find this in the world? It's so needed and so fulfilling. And so beautiful!
Listening to Michael’s conversion story made me remember a film I watched a couple of weeks ago called ‘A Most Reluctant Convert’. It’s the story of C S Lewis’s conversion in his own words; and the film is really well made. I definitely recommend it!
Mann, I wish Michael would do more shows like this. I love seeing him interact and engaging in conversation rather than him sitting alone talking into the void lol still love his show though.
That’s the story of the Latin Masses everywhere that I have seen. I just moved from Iowa & am now in Texas. The Latin Mass has crying babies & restless Kids and a beautiful, reverent liturgy.
Thank you so much! I'm very appreciative of both Matt Fradd's contribution and Michael Knowles' contribution to the topics of Conservatism, Catholicism and Good Cigars! 😊
@Deston Swan Only God can condemn, and all rely on God's mercy for salvation That said, birth control does nothing but create a pornified culture of sexualized people, while also convincing people to sterilize themselves for the good of the Liberal capitalist system. The mammon-hungry beast needs compliant workers who are more interested in sex and money than higher things. Homosexuality and divorce erode (or more specifically, have eroded) the foundational structure of a stable society, namely the marital union of man/woman and any children that arise from it. Finally, separation of church and state is a convenient myth bandied about by Liberal societies to assert religious indifferentism. All actions of the state are, de-facto, moral imperatives derived from the value systems of the governed. There is no "separation of church and state" to respect, it is an incoherent position that cannot be exercised. Sincerely, we Catholics who already understand these things
@Deston Swan Dear Deston, Stop hanging around Catholic youtube channels and go live your life, mate! None of the things you mentioned above are illegal, nor have any likelihood of becoming illegal in the west anytime soon, so why don't you just chill and let Catholics believe what they want to believe. Surely you must have something more enlightened to do? Or maybe, just maybe, you're hanging around a Catholic podcast site because you really want to convinced that all of the above-listed things are wrong, and that there is a God that loves you and wants good for you. Either way, these sorts of comments are a silly waste of time.
This was so good for my quiet 2½ ride home just now! Michael if you're ever in rochester NY, there's a Latin mass here but I HIGHLY recommend sacred heart Cathedral 😊 I drive by like 15 Catholic Churches every Sunday to go THERE its wonderful!
I'm a cradle Catholic. I've admittedly had my stage in life of falling away from the Church but found my way back eventually, thanks be to God. I've never been to a Latin mass. I've heard nonstop, it seems, of the beauty of it yet, again, I've yet to experience it personally. That said, I personally enjoy the novus ordo. I seek Christ weekly...I long for Him. I feel like I'm in the minority though in actually enjoying the novus ordo mass. Is it merely that I've not yet experienced a Latin mass that would probably change my mind?
I've been going to the Latin Mass consistently on an average of 2 to 3 times a week. Now because of nursing school I'll be lucky if I can even attend one a week but I am very blessed by God to have a parish no more than 10 minutes away from my house that has the Latin mass. It definitely takes a few sets but the Latin mass will grow on you when you understand that, A. The prayers that the priest is saying are not directed towards you but to God. B. You are partaking in a liturgy that countless Saints throughout the ages have partaken in. The Latin Mass has had little minute changes throughout the centuries but it's definitely identical to how our ancestors worshiped. And C. It is loaded with a lot of symbolism and scripture
It's like comparing a Hershey Bar to Belgium Chocolate....or skim milk/nut milk to 100% Whole... But. For some it's so removed depending on their N.O. experience that it might take a few visits to adjustment. It really is dependant on how the N.O. was/is done for an absolute polarity of the two
Im feeling led to convert to Catholicism partially due to this conversation and others by Matt Fradd. I’m struggling with how to tell my Protestant family and church family. Pray for me 🙏
The Holy Spirit is leading you like many others. Trust in the Lord. Jesus wants to give you so much more than you can imagine...no matter how heavy the cross is to bear...you will not regret. ❤
I wouldn't recommend it. Michael could run circles around the average Protestant but ultimately the best Protestants will run circles around Michael. I came into religion from being an atheist and evaluating the two side by side I consistently found Protestants to be making the better arguments. It seems that most arguments for Catholicism boil down to an appeal to manmade doctrine, authority, and traditions that have been elevated to the level of Scripture.
You shouldn’t have to struggle, all protestants were once Catholics before the reformation. You are just returning back to the church of your ancestors that came before you. Good luck with your journey.
Awesome that Matt mentions the Hitchens VS Craig debate. That was a big one for me too. Hitch had some killer rhetoric and charm but Craig just dismantled his arguments with logic! Great conversation all in all, thanks fellas! - A Protestant Christian
It was nice to hear a little bit of talk about Mr. Knowles' parish (which is also my parish). We've seen each other there - he'd recognize me as the balding middle-aged guy with grizzled long hair and a long grizzled goatee. Two or three Sundays ago I thought that I saw Matt Walsh in the parish office building (where Masses are currently held) searching for someone or something. Matt, if you come to Nashville, there are a boatload of orthodox Catholics who'd want to meet you... and they'd probably want Mr. Knowles and Mr. Walsh to show up also.
@@VikoTheBassist In case you haven’t identified me yet, I got my hair and goatee cut short several weeks ago. The parishioners are still buzzing about it (which astounds me).

In regards to escaping CA, God blessedmy family as we all moved from CA.... my son-in-law had to rent a UHaul in Arizona, he had arranged to get it on the way home from a trip. when he went to pickit up they didn't have what he had ordered , and told him the nearest one was in Santee CA... he graciously accepted (as he was moving from La Mesa CA which is the neighboring city)
I was so pleasantly surprised at his well thought-out process to decide his journey. I was Catholic am now reformed Christian but I absolutely applaud his thinking process and his openness. Great podcast
I love the fact that Michael can talk about politics and I don’t always understand things he says but I sort of get the gist of his what he is saying, but if I listen to him about Catholic religion, even though I am 67 years old, and I left Catholicism at age 13, I understand everything he say’s about the mass, not sort of but everything, so there is no divide of age (67) or location. (Melbourne, Australia) so a golden thread is uniting all of us together. THAT is God. Amen 😄 blessings guys.
I have been protestant all my life, and from first hearing Gregorian Chant, the Latin chant, i was hooked. So I have never understood the changing of the liturgy and dropping the Latin chant. I definitely would prefer the old liturgy and it's beauty. I even have a copy of the pre Vatican II Liber Usualis of Gregorian Chant. And long ago in Englad found a couple of old missals. So where holds a Latin mass these days? I am in piedmont NC.
I could listen to this, riverted, for days! Mr Knowles, you're a Sicilian, cigar smoking Super man with a razor sharp word to cut to the truth! I thank the good Lord for you!
Totally agree with Michael on free speech absolutism. It has never been the Catholic position to allow absolute free speech. As Pope Gregory XVI said, "Error has no rights."

Michael! IT is so refreshing to hear that you an atheist at the time also disgusted with the 90's catechesis! Actually I was quite distressed with my parish's "life teen" program untill MATT FRADD showed up!! MATT You were my favorite youth leader at Mary Queen in Friendswood. Your music touched me and somehow your sincerity and joy and humor and talent in music gave me permission to enjoy good things. I was the one who gave you the little pink hello kitty note with Mount Fuji on it at the Confirmation retreat that was attempting to thank you for your music. You reacted to the entire retreat class expressing frustration about how ('I' had said) that all you are worth was your fun music and jokes or something. To be honest I did not know how to value myself at that time and I think it tainted my expression in that note when trying to tell you how much I valued you. I honestly was trying to tell you how much your talent and witness and charism and authenticity was exactly what I needed and had opened me up to God's love for me and that it was ok to relax. You being you gave me permission for the first time to have fun and that its good and ok enjoy the small silly things of life too. Singing "My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean was the a most spiritual healing experience for me that weekend. Jesus came as a baby, and God touched me through you in singing a 'silly' song. God worked through you being awesome you. @Pints With Aquinas. I wonder if you even remember that note. After that, and after you left I worried that you never picked up a guitar again. I am so sorry if my words hurt. I still get your CD's songs in my head with fondess. I liked the one about swimming across the sea and the digerydo, and love the line you sang in another song "What did my heart love....when I loved you not, tell me you Love me Jesus, and do not stop untill my wounded heart believes you. You know that I need you...Now!" I pray that still.

and the consent thing reminds me of this awesome meme I found recently. It's a cartoon of 2 parts. The first part is a guy with an image of an atom's structure on his shirt throwing the Bible in a fire saying "finally a world of pure rationalism"
and in the second part, with a smug smile, he's reading a book titled "can animals consent?"
Brilliant lol.
Aside from my own family, Knowles is my favorite Catholic. A simply brilliant man.
Hahahah I love the first part

Michael Knowles and John Doyle are my top 2, though not necessarily in that order.
You both have contributed a fair bit to my reversion to Catholicism after almost 20 years. Can't thank you enough 🙏 great conversation!
According to the Catholic religion, the rosary was given to the church in the year 1214 by St. Dominic, a priest who claimed to have received it from an apparition (ghost) of Mary. Scripture clearly states that *it takes 2 Witnesses* to make a thing so.
Deuteronomy. 19: 15
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any
sin that he sins: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
Matthew 18: 16
But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
2Corinthians 13: 1
This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
The rosary was given by *only one man* , a suspect priest. Michael Knowles and every Catholic are just naive and indoctrinated enough to believe this nonsense. Now go do your *OWN* homework.
Oof.
This stream was long overdue. Great conversation between two great Catholic gents.
You're telling me, it started at the 40 minute mark 😆
Double oof.
26 year old Catholic latina watching here. I’ve been working on the process of undoing the indoctrination from going to San Diego State University. Please keep doing these vids! I’ve learned more from these channels than from 4 years of “higher education” 😂😂
You can absolutely do it! I'll pray for you!
Lovely to hear! God bless you on your journey!
Bienvenida de vuelta! 😘🙏
LMAO yes I studied at San Diego State and got along with NO ONE as a practicing Catholic and conservative
I feel you 100%. Praying for you sister in Christ!
All Glory to God 🙏🏻💙
congratulations on your recovery
Mere Christianity was also the book that opened the door to Catholicism for me. I have heard so many people who encountered the book ”by chance” and converted thanks to it. I hope C.S Lewis is saved, for he truly helped thousands of souls. 🙏🏻
That was the book that planted the seed for me and his other books.
I think that his book has enlightened so many is evidence that Lewis is saved.
I converted because of Mere Christianity too!
I think he was/is and we can pray for his soul.
Homeschooling Protestant mom here to thank you both for this discussion. I enjoyed it very much.
Wanted to add that I absolutely love the “Another Kingdom” trilogy. I listened to all three seasons while my family was down with the flu this fall, and was completely blown away!

What an enjoyable talk! Thank you for sharing. A shout-out to both Matt and Michael for your kindness to your Protestant viewers. Much appreciated!
If you two could just make this a weekly chat, that would be great.
Yes! This was a very enjoyable conversation to listen to!
Oh I'll love that!
Grew up in an atheist household, found Christ in January this year in a Baptist church. Learned about church history and Sola Scriptura and the protestantism immediately left my body
Great story.
This is hands down the best interview Matt has ever done. Knowles is an awesome conversationalist with admirable breadth and depth of knowledge. This was very enjoyable.
Ascension, Pints and Daily Wire have added much more fullness to my life over the past year. Praise God. 🙏🏾

Michael is 3 days older than my oldest daughter (who sadly was killed last year in an armed robbery) But I am amazed at how he escaped pitfalls of his generation. I pray it is a trend.
I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter ❤
Wow, sorry, very.
Thank you so much for having Michael on. I'm a 35 year old Trad Catholic convert from Protestantism with a wife and two kids. Love your show Matt. Love Knowles. I've thoroughly enjoyed this conversation so much and I've learned a great deal as well.
Michael was the guy who got the ball rolling for my reversion. I don’t think I’d ever be back without him!

But no for real Michael Knowles is my favorite DW host and one of my favorite commentators. I love how he brings the Catholic view and teachings to his beliefs and stands on politics.

This interview is absolutely fantastic.... this could have been 10 hours long and it would have still been riveting.
so excited for this. Two of my five favorite famous Catholic gents. Anytime two of them get together, it's great fun
Just fantastic. I’m so lucky to be Catholic and have access to the Traditional Latin Mass.
no such thing as luck ..we're Christian :)
@@doodguytheblank2403 My favorite Michael commentator besides Michael Voris from Church Militant.
I love Michael Knowles. Thanks for hosting him!

Matt and Michael, a sincere thank you for having this discussion.
Im so very glad this finally happened. Was waiting for this conversation!!
I honestly no idea Michael wasn’t always a practicing Catholic! Loved this conversation

Loved this conversation! Hope to see Michael back on the show in the future!!
I love Fr. Rutler!
Thank you Michael & Matt for helping stitch our beautiful Church back together. The disparate approaches are disturbing.
Listening to Michael’s conversion story made me remember a film I watched a couple of weeks ago called ‘A Most Reluctant Convert’. It’s the story of C S Lewis’s conversion in his own words; and the film is really well made. I definitely recommend it!

@Deston Swan There is no condemnation of people, just actions. We all fall short, so stop taking it personally and just repent.
@Deston Swan Only God can condemn, and all rely on God's mercy for salvation
That said, birth control does nothing but create a pornified culture of sexualized people, while also convincing people to sterilize themselves for the good of the Liberal capitalist system.
@Deston Swan Dear Deston,
Stop hanging around Catholic youtube channels and go live your life, mate!
@@willing_spirit6830 well put
We will never compromise with what is true or good. Dear Deston, repent.

This was so good for my quiet 2½ ride home just now! Michael if you're ever in rochester NY, there's a Latin mass here but I HIGHLY recommend sacred heart Cathedral 😊 I drive by like 15 Catholic Churches every Sunday to go THERE its wonderful!
Wow, this was a delight to watch! Definitely need more conversations like these. I enjoyed listening to every topic discussed.
This is one of your best interviews Matt!! Thank you. I’m heading to Locals to watch the rest.
It might. You will have go a few times to appreciate it.
I've been going to the Latin Mass consistently on an average of 2 to 3 times a week. Now because of nursing school I'll be lucky if I can even attend one a week but I am very blessed by God to have a parish no more than 10 minutes away from my house that has the Latin mass. It definitely takes a few sets but the Latin mass will grow on you when you understand that,
It really is dependant on how the N.O. was/is done for an absolute polarity of the two
Love Michael Walsh! That’s why I’m here!
Im feeling led to convert to Catholicism partially due to this conversation and others by Matt Fradd. I’m struggling with how to tell my Protestant family and church family. Pray for me 🙏
I offered up my rosary tonight for you! God bless you and your family.
The Holy Spirit is leading you like many others. Trust in the Lord. Jesus wants to give you so much more than you can imagine...no matter how heavy the cross is to bear...you will not regret. ❤
Just remind those Protestants that their religion is an offshoot of Catholicism
I wouldn't recommend it. Michael could run circles around the average Protestant but ultimately the best Protestants will run circles around Michael.
I came into religion from being an atheist and evaluating the two side by side I consistently found Protestants to be making the better arguments. It seems that most arguments for Catholicism boil down to an appeal to manmade doctrine, authority, and traditions that have been elevated to the level of Scripture.
You shouldn’t have to struggle, all protestants were once Catholics before the reformation. You are just returning back to the church of your ancestors that came before you. Good luck with your journey.
One of my favourite podcast episodes - you and Michael bounce off of each other so brilliantly! 😊
Awesome that Matt mentions the Hitchens VS Craig debate.
That was a big one for me too.
Hitch had some killer rhetoric and charm but Craig just dismantled his arguments with logic!

Knowles is one of the few political commentators who I CAN still listen to
DW should turn Knowles wordless book into a movie. The public has been asking for it.

Love this crossover. Two of my absolute favorites.
Took 15 minutes to get the Daily Wire out of Knowles. After that, pure gold
"I don't think that you're going to be able to stop this movement toward what is beautiful" - had to pause watching to say GREAT QUOTE, MATT!
