Sadly, I suspect that the uncle wouldn’t have been quite so angry if the dad and aunt had been honest about their affair from the start. I don’t agree with their actions whatsoever, but it just seems accurate. Only because the aunt and uncle were in an open relationship.
Even in open relationships, they could have boundaries. I would’ve assumed sleeping with his brother would’ve been one of those “goes without say” kinds of things, as the uncle may have assumed as well, and as the aunt may have known since it was kept a secret.
The OP's decision to send her cousin who is actually her half sister was totally called for because what her father did with her aunt was beyond shameless and disrespectful plus he put more emphasis on making sure that his niece that's actually his daughter was taken care of and not his children that he had with his late wife which was totally laughable and ignorant to begin with, so going full blown NC on her father is beyond justified in the long run and never look back big time.
I thought the aunt and uncle were in an 'open' relationship. So what's the squawk? It seems to be more about secrecy than anything else. You reap what you sow.
I would buy her to just take care of yourself and probably get a lawyer and disown your father because he has never been a father to you anyhow but just in case if any of you guys have children try to make sure he is not part of their life because he doesn't deserve the role of being a good father since he never have been one or grandfather make sure like in the paper you by go to him to cut contact with you not call you block him on Facebook make sure he can't get any detail and I will invite you to tell your uncle to do the same thing and your cousin to not tell him anything
Why do we need all the info about how good her brothers were. What a lot of packing out it could have been told in 5 minutes or less. Also her cousin is shy but throws tantrums at school etc what a load of rubbish. If you’re making up stories please be consistent. Also the dna test did she do one on her dad if not how did it disclose they were sisters😂😂😂
i was gonna take one for the team and tell yall in the comments what the gift was… TWENTY MINUTES??? ARE YOU INSANE? talk about “this couldve been an email” syndrome. what couldve possibly happened
My mom did the same thing with one of our uncles and never told anyone until we were teenagers and I actually forgave her and now we talk to her whenever we see her.🤔❓😱😍😍💯
Jesus christ this story was so long and went off topic so many times that I didn't remotely feel bad for OP. Like sure her dad is a POS and asshole but damn she's annoying

You can’t use shed hair (like what’s on a hairbrush) for a DNA test-it needs to be plucked with the follicle attached
Depends how hard you brush your hair. I’ve pulled out follicles before
Affair baby!

Could, would, should.
He shouldn't have had to tell her not to do the horizontal monster mash with anyone in his family.
Maybe each other's siblings spouses were not part of their deal.
Open relationship, not limited partnership. Unwise but done.
