my favorite pernil is equally Dominican and Puerto Rican pernil they both have their own reputation. Cuban lechón asado is least favorited by me tbh it leans more towards a Dominican pernil but it’s less seasoned in my opinion.
Dominicans make the best pernil simply because of 3 main ingredients one of which grows only in DR and has a distinctive aroma and taste and the rest well, cant give that up now! It’s been 30 yrs since I had pernil due to the fact I stopped eating it, but remember very clearly tasting all three and Dominicans make it better, facts! Don’t hate appreciate!
The only thing you messed up my brother is using that adobo. Anything with adobo taste like adobo so it all taste the same. Back in the old country no one uses adobo. Facts.
Who makes the best pernil Dominicans, Puerto Ricans or Cubans? let me know in the comments
Puertoricans
@@jaygifted6083 I think I agree
