Not the best stealth at the beginning, but i promise it gets better later in the game. Any likes and favs is greatly appreciated. Let me know in the comments if you want the full walkthrough uploaded fast!
Haha, well they basically have. 24. Seriously, this game reminded me about 24 so much. Maybe because I am currently watching the series again, who knows lol. I just feel like Jack Bauer when i play as Sam Fisher :P
This is Ghost. But yeah i see what you mean. I'll try to avoid the guards if possible, but i won't do that all the time. And I'll most likely do some assault missions to show how the gameplay is.
What I miss is the 4-7 pistol from the old Splinter cell games.where you can tag 4 enemies instead of 3.plus what's the deal of eliminating the ability to open & close doors while your carrying a body to hide too. I too miss Ironside's voice as Fisher along his jokes as he went thru the missions.
Michael Ironside's voice was pitch perfect, and he did a good job of seeming like he was really there in those environments and situations... I can't say the same for whoever is playing the voice of Sam this time around.
I'll admit this now, this is far better than Hassan's because YOU are exploring more of the game surroundings and doing side missions. Although please do more Side Missions that are OUTSIDE the Main Mission. Like the 4E Missions. He is fully focus on main mission and won't do anything else. Good Job.
Ganarg☣Kraken I know what you mean but my issue wasn't with the company or Michael ironside per say.. as a pretty hard core fan of the series, It just kills the illusion of the character in my mind, whoever's to blame... there's just no denying that he IS fisher such an iconic sound.. without his voice, it's just not the same...
I just wanted to see what games like this were like cause it’s one of its kind on what terrorism is like even within the inside. ‘SIPHON FILTER’ is still one of those that is come to mind and a first in these type of games.
If you're talking about the ending of splinter cell conviction, i think you're thinking about Reed. Reed is the one who gets shot at the end. Kobin is the one who you leave alive after interrogating him inside third echelon.
WTF? They couldn't find a better voice actor for Fisher? Sounds like an 18 year old who tries to sound mature and tough among a group of middle aged war veterans. Complete game breaker!
+The Dream Merchant Nope, Sam should have been older, given that this game is after Sam and pals branch out to become Fourth Echelon ( Splinter Cell was based off Third Echelon all the way to Double Agent ). The new VA just can't compare.
***** I know all that but Ubisoft wanted him younger for some stupid reason. They also messed up by making it more Assassin's Creed-like instead of being mostly stealth based like before.
MKIce, your walkthroughs are always near perfect and I truly appreciate not having to listen to someone go "Oh crap. Those guys are so brutal" DURING A CUTSCENE! I find that really annoying, anyway I dropped a subscribe and a like as a thank you.
Do you remember when gamers were supportive and helpful instead of going to every video of the game they hate just to comment on it? We ALL remember now.
I couldn't really find that much info on Eric Johnson but as far as I can tell this is his first voice over. And as far as I'm concerned it was a good switch. Not only that but a younger voice could open up new doors such as a prequal about a young Sam Fisher in his 5th Echelon days.
Sam had his kid at the start of his career and more active people tend to get gray hair earlier due to constant exercise. I like to assume that Sam is still in his 40s.
It would've been cool if they made the game like Sam Fisher restarted the Splinter Cell program only with him in charge of Training and one of his Protégé's takes over Fourth Echelon or maybe even better Sam heads Fourth Echelon only as a support character while his protege leads all these missions against the black list it would've felt more like splinter cell
I can't see how Conviction could be better, since Blacklist is using the same engine, but with more gadgets, varied environments, customization, combat moves, and vision modes. I'm pretty sure Blacklist will be better.
Ubisoft should have made this a new prequel trilogy to Sam's career; moreover, they could have just rebooted the series completely after Conviction with a new main character that Sam choose as his replacement, with Sam being their boss (like Lambert). Instead, they made him younger again and changed the original voice actor!!! Now he looks and sounds just like commander Shepard in Mass Effect (the last one's endings were complete shit). I have all the Splinter Cell games except this one....I swear...everything Ubisoft touches turns to shit!!! They should just sell their company to someone who can make a real game instead.
They still could do that hopefully with the next Splinter Cell. have Briggs take up Field Ops for Fisher. who essentially is 4 Echelon Director with Anna as his Dep.Director. bring in a Female field Agent to help out Briggs who will be the new main hero. I would like to revisit the first 5 games locations. it will be fun to once more go inside the C.I.A Building.lol!!! along other Intelligence offices. hahaha
Whoever is saying there's no stealth obviously haven't watched enough vids or more important HAVEN'T PLAYED THE GAME! Stop whining and play it. It's awesome.
exactly.. my friend has Blacklist and this game supports both stealth as well as action. It's up to the players to decide how they're gonna play the game.. those whining about the game obviously haven't played it.
Okay...? I really don't know why this conversation needed to go so in depth...That's nice...? as in I honestly don't care if he brought up. If you want to go ahead and explain to everyone how oh, the Splinter Cell Blacklist looks so much better on the Xbox, more power to you for noticing that, keep up the good work I guess?
I'm surprised at how many don't like this game. I enjoyed it, but then again I'm one of those who restarts the last checkpoint, or even mission, if I get caught. Anywho, its just a game folks, have fun.
i agree 110%, ubisoft pulled it off, and i know for a fact that people who say here on the internet that the game sucks balls because of no Ironside are liars, because there wont be ONE day where they DONT download or buy the game in their lifetime, you still will give it a shot and that proves that the game still has its Splinter Cell value. Bravo Ubisoft!
Eh, they're supposed to be the symbol of the third echelon, a mechanical system database capable of seeing everything--the third "eye" on his goggles is also the EM vision setting, next to night vision and thermal vision.
I think it's just kind of so the player knows when he/she is officially in the shadows as far as the game is concerned, and that way they know they won't be seen.
Still you have to wonder why they needed the same guy to motion capture and voice Sam when they could've just had Ironside do the voice while the other guy did the motion capture.
I really don't see what is so bad about the change of the voice actor? I know he has been there the whole way through the series may feel weird if you have been there since the start of the series. Sure, he doesn't reach a lot of peoples expectations but at the end of the day it's been done. One new voice actor doesn't mean the whole game will be a huge fuck up. You can see a lot of effort has been put into the game. Don't let a new voice ruin it.
I have strong feelings against animal abuse. I fucking hated it when Jason was killing animals for pouches. He could have just bought a fucking backpack!
Not too bad but switch it up a little more, challenge yourself instead of just whistle-luring every single enemy. Stalk from behind, drop down from above, use more gadgets etc whatever. I like how you don't use execution very much though, I never really use that unless I get in trouble.
People who are scared of change will always complain.. Now complaining about FIsher's voice, others complaining about Ludacris hosting Fear Factor... People cannot handle change; they cannot move on with the time.
Yeah, sorry dude. What you're seeing here is the Playstation Vita version, they say if the game sells well enough they'll port it to PC, 360, and PS3 on August 20th.
The only point to avoiding as many guards is that it awards the highest points a person can get. say on perfectionist every guard you leave undisturbed will multiply the point per guard, 250 points per guard, lets say i leave 30 undisturbed? 30x250=7500 points, in turn you get much more money to purchase things. need i say more? oh yes and the challenge
A new-age Splinter Cell fan, ladies and gentlemen. Doesn't care about stealth, only cares about boom-boom action. Way to miss the point of the series, chief.
don't listen to him.... you can choose the stealth through EVERY level, or you can expose yourself and shoot everyone... it is entirely up to you. I was a big fan of the old splinter cell franchise, but the blacklist is not at all a bad game, it picked up what conviction has missed in stealth elements...
Blacklist is for PS3, Xbox 360, and the Wii U. Everyone else that is saying it is only for one console, is 100% false. Even Maxiam confirmed it was those consoles at E3 people.. Come on.
My god, they changed Anna's voice too?! Why not just call this game, Barney and Friends: Assault Force?! No wonder this game has less than half the sales Conviction did at the same time after release.
The dogs in this game drives me INSANE!!!!!!!!
Not the best stealth at the beginning, but i promise it gets better later in the game. Any likes and favs is greatly appreciated. Let me know in the comments if you want the full walkthrough uploaded fast!
The face is old but the voice is young. I still can't get over Sam Fisher not sounding like Fisher.
I refuse to play it because Michael ironside isn't voicing fisher... ironside IS fisher
...and they made millions without you playing it.
Rworld his name is Michael ironside best voice in the world
Thank you for the kind words! So far I like the game a lot. Love this kind of gameplay. Won't say anything about story until i have finished the game.
Love seeing you upload walkthroughs of games don't that haven't come out yet. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! :D
Haha, well they basically have. 24. Seriously, this game reminded me about 24 so much. Maybe because I am currently watching the series again, who knows lol. I just feel like Jack Bauer when i play as Sam Fisher :P

Best game ever, 3 more days, I cannot wait!! Awesome video man!! :)
Keep it up broo, we really appreciate the no commentary!
i have been looking for walkthroughs for this game all day thank. you are awsome.
oh god thats the sin shot sound right there
1:24:42
Michael Ironside's voice was pitch perfect, and he did a good job of seeming like he was really there in those environments and situations... I can't say the same for whoever is playing the voice of Sam this time around.
The guy who voiced sam in Blacklist received death messages D:
This game series keeps getting better and better.
True I do have to agree with that.
***** Chaos Theory is the best by far
I'll admit this now, this is far better than Hassan's because YOU are exploring more of the game surroundings and doing side missions. Although please do more Side Missions that are OUTSIDE the Main Mission. Like the 4E Missions. He is fully focus on main mission and won't do anything else. Good Job.
More parts coming up
i'm counting on you MK, I hope you will keep it as stealth as possible. I'm a fan, so thank you for uploads!
A 20+ year old actor for a 50+ year old agent.... hmmm
I know right
no Michael ironside = no splinter cell in my opinion... it's just a cheap imitation to me
Ganarg☣Kraken I know what you mean but my issue wasn't with the company or Michael ironside per say.. as a pretty hard core fan of the series, It just kills the illusion of the character in my mind, whoever's to blame... there's just no denying that he IS fisher such an iconic sound.. without his voice, it's just not the same...
@ Asshole. No He is Not He Had Cancer He confirmed on A Uni Pannel.
I just wanted to see what games like this were like cause it’s one of its kind on what terrorism is like even within the inside.

Thanks for uploading with no commentary.
Being Ghost doesn't necessarily mean avoiding enemies, you can simply knock them out non-lethal and its the same thing.
WTF? They couldn't find a better voice actor for Fisher? Sounds like an 18 year old who tries to sound mature and tough among a group of middle aged war veterans. Complete game breaker!
ThaDreamMerchant you nailed it. I miss Ironside's cold dark sarcasm. The gameplay here is great but the personality is out.
P. Charmin
True that. The sarcasm is a big part of what made Splinter Cell so fun to play, especially it's magnum opus in Chaos Theory.
+The Dream Merchant Nope, Sam should have been older, given that this game is after Sam and pals branch out to become Fourth Echelon ( Splinter Cell was based off Third Echelon all the way to Double Agent ).
The new VA just can't compare.

It's a TH-cam bug. Try again in a few minutes and see if it works. Right now I am not having the same problem.
This game + gta 5 = the most best games of 2013 :) Cod ghosts + saints row 4 = shittiest games of 2013
Ghostprankcalls12334 my opinion sr4 cod ghost gta5 best
sr4 how the saints saved Christmas dlc GAY
SR4 was great.
COD Ghost is a Good game.

From Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Sarah is killed by a hit-and-run--its the reason they cut his Iceland mission short and Lambert brings him out.
I LIVED in Anderson Air force base. Yigo, Guam. I stood in that control tower you see in the beginning :D
1:10 Karambit knife. Short knife, but it's blade shaped like claw or crescent.
Thank you for this terrific Walkthrough. How do you like this game so far?
Sam had his kid at the start of his career and more active people tend to get gray hair earlier due to constant exercise. I like to assume that Sam is still in his 40s.
Love the guy on the phone. Three of his men get beat down and he's still talking to the person on the other end like nothings wrong. :)
They did bring Chaos Theory back, play it on perfectionist, no mark and execute and limited resupply.

Here we are 6 years later and Ubi is still cuckolding us
step 1: pause game
step 2: open settings/controls
step 3: learn which key distracts
step 4: play the game
no comentary, positive + fav
awesome dude!

Nice to see PS3 footage :)
Thanks for the vid

At least they're bringing Michael ironside back for the next game they're developing
Thank you. I'm not a gamer. But Strike Back wasn't on tonight and this was a good filler.
I'm pretty sure everybody here wants another walkthrough uploaded fast :D
I have strong feelings against animal abuse. I fucking hated it when Jason was killing animals for pouches. He could have just bought a fucking backpack!
MKIceAndFire, awesom walkthrough but can you give us a Spies Vs Mercs gameplay too?
What I mean is Don't let the new voice actor ruin everything for you.
Sarah was revealed as alive in Conviction. Its a sequel to that.
I was watching the first few episodes on someone else's channel and they didn't do this long, I think. Are you aloud to drop all this footage?!
finally someone who does non lethal
Might pick this up tomorrow looks brilliant
RIP Tom Clancy, RIP Splinter Cell. He probably went downhill after seeing how much they ruined the game.
Sam's voice also wouldn't get so much attention if he wasn't voiced by Michael Ironside in the first place.
Kobin and Charlie are the only old actors in this game
hey MKiceAndFire you been doing this longer than RadBrad?? just wondering
Thanks for the video I'm going to watch this in the AM
Forgot to mention, awesome video. :)
Curious you never shot out any lights. This game was famous (even parodied) for it.
Old Sam, just with a different voice actor. They wanted to keep the guy who did the motion capture to voice him instead.
It said in the beginning that it glows when you're in a dark area.
holy shit this game just blew my mind!!
I like how it's not a planned LP
He will be greatly missed but I have to say the new Sam kinda grew on me.
sorry to disappoint you, but Sam is in his mid 50s. He was born in 1957. I don't know what year it is in the game so I can't be sure of his exact age
Not too bad but switch it up a little more, challenge yourself instead of just whistle-luring every single enemy. Stalk from behind, drop down from above, use more gadgets etc whatever. I like how you don't use execution very much though, I never really use that unless I get in trouble.
Coming from somebody who's a big one that makes sense.
Out of the bajillions of voice actors, you'd figure they'd find someone who at least sounds remotely similar to Sam.. The actual Sam..
People who are scared of change will always complain.. Now complaining about FIsher's voice, others complaining about Ludacris hosting Fear Factor... People cannot handle change; they cannot move on with the time.
Sorry! Third Echelon is the program Sam Fisher is part of--echelon in reality is what I said earlier.
The story is amazing and conviction is awesome in story as well.
You're a very friendly guy. Non lethal to everybody heh
good job dude bravo!! 1080P, NO stupid ass commentary and playing this game on the superior system THE PS3. BRAVOO your probably a minority we rock! d
Yeah, sorry dude. What you're seeing here is the Playstation Vita version, they say if the game sells well enough they'll port it to PC, 360, and PS3 on August 20th.
Best of series!! Sam's new voice though...
Great job nice work!!
Madame President looks horribly like Cankles herself (Hilary!) This IS a nightmare scenario.
A lot of people whine too much. XD They don't realize that Ironside got bored doing the voice for Fisher.
The most inaccurate part of the game is that the media would bother to report on an attack.
thanks for the gameplay, helps with anxiety.
You can do stealth, it's called perfectionist mode
You know? They should just make a movie about this game. And cast Kiefer Sutherland.
Hey MKiceAndFire, Do you plan to do the Game but with Co-op?
don't listen to him.... you can choose the stealth through EVERY level, or you can expose yourself and shoot everyone... it is entirely up to you. I was a big fan of the old splinter cell franchise, but the blacklist is not at all a bad game, it picked up what conviction has missed in stealth elements...
Sam sounds like hes in his 20s for a 57 year old, I miss the old voice.
Did you guys notice that voice actor of Kobin the guy that you have in the holding cell is Adam Jensen from Deus Ex xd xd
57:49 that Egyptian accent and i know it because I'm Egyptian
No one is really bothered, we just want to enjoy the game
Blacklist is for PS3, Xbox 360, and the Wii U. Everyone else that is saying it is only for one console, is 100% false. Even Maxiam confirmed it was those consoles at E3 people.. Come on.
My god, they changed Anna's voice too?! Why not just call this game, Barney and Friends: Assault Force?! No wonder this game has less than half the sales Conviction did at the same time after release.
They actually are, Tom Hardy is the lead.
