Basically more cash/rating going non-lethal. Once he gets the Fulton equipment, he can just KO and balloon them up. Am I bad for aiming my assault rifle at the puppy? Don't worry. I tranquilized him instead.
Kojima deserves a medal. I honestly think his crazy mind is what makes MGS series interesting and unique. To those 1k+ haters, just try make a simple game and I hope it sells well and people remember.

I don't why you have so many dislikes, I've see. The rad brad and tetra ninjas gameplay and lemme tell u they dreaming suck at this game. You actually play like it's a stealth game, your gameplay feels like I'm watching a movie, it's suspenseful and nerve racking like a stealth movie. All the other gameplays I've seen so for are nothing but people tranquilizing everyone and using reflex mode and getting caught. I know you get better score for not killing but honestly using tranq gun on everyone is boring, I like the fact that you use cqc a lot nice gameplay dude!

At first it took me a while to get used to how they've changed MGS into a sandbox game, but now I have, I can say for sure this is a f*cking truly brilliant game! Its still jam packed full of sweet little touches and weird quirks like every MGS (and Silent Hill) game, and still feels IMO, 100% like MGS. The way they've got real 80's music playing on ghetto blasters is a great touch man, theres just something special about sneaking through a heavily guarded base to extract a POW, then 'True' by Spandau Ballet starts playing. Somehow it fits perfectly with sneaking around, knocking people out and makes it feel like you're playing through the scenes of a movie. The gameplay feels really solid too, its all really intuitive and only has a few rough edges that are easy to forgive. The writing and voice acting is SPOT on too, it makes you really feel for the characters and the struggles they're going through. Yea, I guess this'll be the last REAL MGS, but atleast they went all out with their final stab at the series! I can hardly think of anything I really don't like about the game, and that, is fucking rare in this generation of games!
@@mdahsenmirza2536 You can easily avoid the Skulls, I always wait for them to get to the middle part of the bridge, then get down to the side with Miller, hug the wall, and keep on walking till I leave that area, once I do, I call D-Horse, put Miller on it, and get to the Extraction Point.
One thing I already like about this game is the injury mechanic. Unlike in MGS3 where it's "AH I BROKE MY LEG! I can walk it off.". In this one they made it so if you have an injury, like when Boss broke his leg in the hospital, they make you heal it before moving on.
This game is old but it still stands out than most games nowadays. If this game was finished it would've been a game of the year 2015. 6 year olds and the graphics are excellent on PS4.

He’s actually Big Boss the character you play as is actually the medic from the end of Peace Walker who was already the best MSF had so they just made him into a Big Boss copy codenamed Venom Snake.
Kojima is trash. His fans are a bunch of bandwagoners that know his game is shit, but play them and say they like him because they think they're cool, especially if you liked death stranding. I remember experiencing this for the first time....after waiting YEARS for this, wanting to finally witness the turning point of my favorite character Big Boss, after a hell of a cliffhanger from GZ....I got to play through an AMAZING intro, arguably the most intense intro to a game ever...then watching an old friend, Ocelot, brief Snake on everything that's happened....the jaw dropping music made my heart feel heavy, as I felt like I was about to experience the best game of all time from my favorite gaming series....the first mission rescuing Kaz felt as if it that was going to be the case....but slowly, you started to feel how incomplete the story was....despite have the best gameplay, graphics & cinematography MGS has ever offered, the story, dialogue, & emotion didn't match the prior games or even Ground Zeroes as the first 2-3 hours of the game did....and that's what made me a fan of the series....I'm still hurt to this day about what happened with this game.
Good. No commentary. I want to enjoy this final story that Kojima made for us. I also don't like players that get spotted a lot during a Metal Gear Solid Game. You didn't raise any alarms during the main portion so that's super. I'm happy that you left the subtitles on. I have this game already but...misfortune happens and...well I can't play it as of now. So hopefully I get to see more stealthy plays from anyone while enjoying the story. By the way MK, there's a game (in development) that has your title...except it's reversed. Sonic Boom Fire and Ice is what it is called. Heh. How do you feel about that? Anyway, nice job on the Prologue and Chapter 1. for those wondering this is john aka big boss (the Original) he lost his arm due to an explosion during ground zero while flying back to outer heaven (his off shore base) to retrieve miller. and deliver paz and chico. he didnt have his mech arm during MGS4 because that was solid snake (his clone) who was dieing of not only lung cancer but also a clone degenerative virus. thats why he had an older appearance during MGS4
I'm not surprised. I just started playing it for first time. Horse has disappeared. Spent 30 mins online trying to find out how to call/find it, with no success. This game is a complete nightmare.
@@PharaoahMonk I eventually discovered how to do it after visiting many MGS forums. I really want to play/enjoy it... but, I've got to say this sort of stuff should've been explained in 'controls/manual'... having to google it really spoils the flow of the game.

A bunch of knuckleheads still pissed off at the True Ending reveal. I think it's genius on Kojima's part. We stopped playing as Big Boss (or in my opinion, Solid Snake cosplaying as Big Boss in historical reenactment virtual simulations) in METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER. Yeah, I went there. Kojima is the king of subverting expectations. Oftentimes, that doesn't work. However, for METAL GEAR SOLID V GROUND ZEROES/THE PHANTOM PAIN, it works. I see what he was doing. And it made sense for everything that came after.
Hideo kojima and he's team are amazing. Im playing this game on my 2006 fat ps3 and the graphics are incredible and the framerates are correct ! This game is soo well optimized ! Peoples should learn from thoses genious !

I remember experiencing this for the first time....after waiting YEARS for this, wanting to finally witness the turning point of my favorite character Big Boss, after a hell of a cliffhanger from GZ....I got to play through an AMAZING intro, arguably the most intense intro to a game ever...then watching an old friend, Ocelot, brief Snake on everything that's happened....the jaw dropping music made my heart feel heavy, as I felt like I was about to experience the best game of all time from my favorite gaming series....the first mission rescuing Kaz felt as if it that was going to be the case....but slowly, you started to feel how incomplete the story was....despite have the best gameplay, graphics & cinematography MGS has ever offered, the story, dialogue, & emotion didn't match the prior games or even Ground Zeroes as the first 2-3 hours of the game did....and that's what made me a fan of the series....I'm still hurt to this day about what happened with this game.

for those wondering this is john aka big boss (the Original) he lost his arm due to an explosion during ground zero while flying back to outer heaven (his off shore base) to retrieve miller. and deliver paz and chico. he didnt have his mech arm during MGS4 because that was solid snake (his clone) who was dieing of not only lung cancer but also a clone degenerative virus. thats why he had an older appearance during MGS4

I'm not surprised. I just started playing it for first time. Horse has disappeared. Spent 30 mins online trying to find out how to call/find it, with no success. This game is a complete nightmare.

@@PharaoahMonk I eventually discovered how to do it after visiting many MGS forums. I really want to play/enjoy it... but, I've got to say this sort of stuff should've been explained in 'controls/manual'... having to google it really spoils the flow of the game.
@@bingsinatra5283 to be honest. When we played games as kids we never had manuals to explain us anything. We kinda just found out as it went by how to do tricks and hidden stuff. I remember first mortal kombat games had some surprises that were so hidden, very few found it out

A bunch of knuckleheads still pissed off at the True Ending reveal. I think it's genius on Kojima's part. We stopped playing as Big Boss (or in my opinion, Solid Snake cosplaying as Big Boss in historical reenactment virtual simulations) in METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER. Yeah, I went there. Kojima is the king of subverting expectations. Oftentimes, that doesn't work. However, for METAL GEAR SOLID V GROUND ZEROES/THE PHANTOM PAIN, it works. I see what he was doing. And it made sense for everything that came after.
Ive never played any MGS games or saw any vids but when i got this game as a present i was blown away
