The non-lethal takedowns are too easy. Sam must have had the strength of two gorillas to throw men on the ground so easily. He grabs an arm uses the point between the shoulder and the elbow as the pivot point and practically throws 80-90 kilos over that point on the ground through a full ark in the air as if the body had the weight no more than 5 kilos. The lethal takedowns are more believable.
