I used cinnamon oat milk , chunky honey peanut butter, mashed banana, maple syrup, Molina extract and I wanted to top it with chia pudding and berries but I didn't have chia seeds. was delicious

Don't play with chia seeds though. They make your stomach run a lot. I have suffered with constipation my whole life (sometimes not going to the bathroom for 7 days) and have tried almost everything including drinking more water, eating fiber, and drinking medication to make the stomach work. The typical dose for the sachet medication was 1 or 2 sachets when needed... I was taking 8 a day. I recently found chia seeds and 2 tablespoons every few days does it for me! (sorry for the TMI but its just to understand the magnitude of how potent chia seeds are)

But 2 tablespoons blended into a smoothie (with fruit, protein powder, greens, etc) is also great Edit: throwing a couple of dates into said smoothie also really helps as dates aid regularity

Highly recommend this was amazing although I added both maple syrup and Honey and I did the mashed strawberry flavor I also added 2 tablespoons of Strawberry Jam and it was tasty like I said Highly recommended

One of the largest sellers of Greek yogurt in the United States was founded by a Turkish Kurd. This brand is called Chobani. Americans are having Turkish yogurt but call it "Greek Yogurt" because of the Greek diaspora in the United States.
There’s only about 15g of protein per overnight oats. Great for breakfast or a midday snack. Key point here is protein is extremely important in fat loss and strength training.
This recipe contains 25-30 g protein per serving (depending on the brand of yogurt you use). Low fat Greek yogurt is a great source of protein☺️ The one I use has 13g protein per 100g!
I make it simple If i don't have milk. Just blend in mixer ½ a cup oats with ½ a cup of water. And wuala! You have oats in oat milk.🙈 Then add 1 tsp ground chia seeds and same amount of ground flaxseeds, and 1 tbsp of any nut/seed butter. Please always ground all your seeds, it is important for you health! This is base. If i want sweet version i can add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of turmeric, handful other berries or 2 tbsp of jam, which i can found in my pantry. But for savory version i add grated cucumber, carrot, ground black and other papers, any sauces. Savory version overnight oats great, because you can use it like sauce for pasta, like gravy for rice, buckwheat and any legume. Trust me, it is mind blowing!
