      I believe I use a 1/8 ceramic. Really efficient with starblast sand I use a little under 2 pounds per job and the nozzle lasts me about 2-3 weeks so 100-150 jobs

      @@pamacons thank you for your reply as well! I worked in the cemetery/monument industry about 25 years ago. Do you mind asking what you charge for final dates? I’m wanting to get back into doing lettering and have purchased everything to do this again, however I’m not sure as to what to charge or what the average cost for lettering is now? I’d like to be in the average range for pricing and also making sure the families aren’t being overcharged. Thank you!

      I charge $250 and I have seed more and less from others.

    Hi,what grit of sand do you normally use in the cemetery? Is it the same as in the shop?

      Same as in the shop. I use old sand from my blast room.

      I'm just always interested in ways I can improve. Maybe your doing things differently that could make my process more efficient.
