The mallet caps need to be able to be stored ON the hammer. Redesign the bottom of it so it's the same size and shape as the hammer so you can just shove them on there. Any tool that comes with small accessories or uses them should try to have a feature for storing them so you don't lose them, or at least it's less likely.
Also, you can put a small hole in the cap so the screw can be what holds it on so it is impossible for it to come off. Leave a comment on one of my videos if you want more ideas that other people will never think of. That goes for any manufacturer.
How would you store both of the caps on the end of the handle? There isn't any recessed ring on either of them. Having a smaller recessed ring would mean that your going to be hitting a smaller area and could them cause damage to the strike area.
The telestep is nothing new. I've been ising the xtend n climb for years and it's not nanynstate level sagety. I depoy every other step most of the time. Being limited to bottoms up deployment makes it useless to me. I would have to scrample over the top to get onto a low roof. I will stick with xtend n climb pro grade.
I bought a telestep ladder about 6 months ago and it has to be the best way to reach the height I need and with limited storage available, it fits in a closet. The space it doesn't take up is perfect!!

Hello and love the videos. I would LOVE the battery charger! I teach cub scouts, a lot of scouts and we always need to stop to recharge my tools. That makes for a long day and a ton of kid wrangling!
hi rob and sarah, thank you for the videos. they help in making decisions on tool purchases. My wife and i were lifetime renters and three years ago we were lucky enough to buy our own home. it was cheap for a reason. it needed everything, it was just a shell. lucky for us the neighbors were more than happy to lend us power to clean and clear the lot to help beautify the neighborhood. were noe looking for a fixer upper for our son so that he can get an earlier sart on the american dream than we did. We have some flex tools and love them. that flex charger would keep us going a lot longer to finish our project faster. good luck to whomever wins the tool.
I have a painting business, we switched to flex because of the lights, fans and dust bag vacuums. Now in winter the lights work all day. That battery charger wood help a lot. Hope we’ll win it.
That multiport charger would’ve saved me many times in the last year! As a commercial contractor, me and my brothers would often find our flex batteries dying at the worst possible times! Whether we were framing up office walls or drywalling or drilling all day it could’ve been a time saver. Nothing worse then waiting for a battery to charge!
I am clearing property prepping for building a house. I use several cordless tools. Juggling battery charging at that property is a challenge. I don't have a building permit yet, which means I can't have electrical service yet. Would love one of those chargers!
We had a crew of four installing two Hybrid NAS systems inside of two refrigerated warehouses. We switched over to FLEX TOOLS early last year. With a FLEX Drill, a Driver, the 7/8” SDS drill and a circular saw on the site we really could have used that charger.

I want that hammer!! And the hole saws!
My biggest job was when my community got flooded and it was the worst our area had seen in over 50 years, so with recovery efforts to save peoples lives and rescue survivors and search for the poor animals that survived as well and all the things that came with that catastrophe, we was using a lot of rechargable lights and drills and saws to get the ppl and animals to safety during that process and my batteries were goin dead constantly and I only had the 1 charger to keep goin and if I'd had more chargers and tools to aide me better we might of had even more sucess than we did because there was some causulities also with that said, sadly, so I hope u pick me for the the tools and charger give away I won't be a wasted resourse for sure, I will utilize that equipment to its fullest potitential and capabilities they were designed to do and more so plz pick this comment for the give away... Thanks you guys for being good ppl and only shop at Lowe's everyone!!!
The big job that i would have benefited from it was a complete restaurant remodel from ripping up the subfloor and redoing framing all the way to fine stain grade trim I loved the job was my favorite
Changed a whole schools, K-12, lights to LED. My impact battery was getting worked!!
That stone saw looks like an incredible luxury to work with
I've managed a crew of 8 furniture installers. 8 hours of thousands of impact-driven screws and bolts. Normally we have to bring 5-6 chargers to keep the guys running all day, but this one charger could solve the issue without looking like a pile of black spaghetti.
