3:20 When you get time, look up the nozzle holders that slip over the end of the blast hose. They eliminate hose barbs that eventually wear out, and they also eliminate hose clamps. I absolutely ABHOR hose clamps. Your fingers will also thank you.

We have them for the bigger hose Its never seemed like a need for the little hose.

Do you have any issues with moisture in your blating pot when you are out in the cemetery? Here in west virginia i run into that problem. I just got into the trade last july.

Not much when on the road but in the shop it can be a problem sometimes.

Make sure you keep your bleeder valve open and clear. Occasionally mine will clog up with sand that somehow back feeds into it. Some days though the humidity will just be too high and there's not much you can do especially on those bigger jobs. Another tip if you are a company that uses glue just take a bit of duck tape wrapped around your fingers sticky side out and you can rub the glue right off unless it's a really rough steeled surface. The stencil filler tape I feel is the way to go though. Might take a little bit more to blast through but clean up is a breeze. If there is any moisture in the rock though I always fall back on glue the tape won't hold near as well. Also always glue on polish even if you think you won't need it I've had one too many pieces come up on me. I've done about 4000 inscriptions over the past two years. If you need any other advice let me know

@@pamacons Thank you for those tips. I will be trying them as I'm going to be cutting all next week.
