Thanks for talking about this topic Christian. Always a good one to cover. When you work with a family, you always expect them to reach back out or purchase that same day. It doesn’t always happen, as you know. Sadly some will go somewhere else in an extreme case for one reason or another. Best thing you can do is make sure to reach out on a set timeline, and do your best to get their business. It’s happened to me plenty of times, best you can do is learn from it! Have a great week.

I would be sure to leave a timetable for reaching out to a prospective customer so that there is an agreed upon date for reestablishing communication. It's a relationship and should be treated as such to achieve some form of closure.

One of the things we do is visit with funeral homes and their directors and educate them on the process of making a memorial and the length of time it takes to complete. We try to educate them so that they can convey that to their families. If the customer is hoping for a spring time memorial, then ordering one during the winter months is the best time. All of that work can be completed while the cemeteries are frozen and we can't service. But in the spring their memorial is ready to go. Last year, January was our 2nd busiest month of the year. Just some food for thought, seems to have really helped us. Keeping making these awesome videos!

I work for a monument company in kansas. We haven't had any customers all week. 14 inches of snow at the beginning of the week.

Christian, I actually sold a monument just like that cross one you have this year, parasidio is the color. You gotta be careful with that color, yes because you don’t know how big those black lines are going to be. Been watching now for 3 years! Channel has grown in so many ways.
