There is a graceful way to beat the Devouts. Also, you can shadow-dash through them, you only tried dashing through them when it hadn't recovered.
Ah. I see. Well, I'm (hopefully) done with them for good now anyway

If you wait in front of the devouts faces, they will open without having to smack them- you can use that split second to get an attack in before dashing away :] or shade cloak through them if you cba fighting xD

Yes, there is no boss here BUT, maybe the boss is the labyrinth we got lost in along the way? ^^

Ahh, actually, the thing i was hinting at was at the opposite corner of Queens Gardens from the boss😅 I didn't think you wanted to deal with him yet!
But since you're there, good luck! You need to use your shadow dash wisely to beat him. (Edit: haha, never mind i guess! I think going after the Watcher is a good next step)
Also, yes, Herrah the Beast is Hornet's mother. There is some more information on that hidden away in Deepnest.
I must've missed that, was it in a room I've already mapped? Because I didn't see any in-complete map areas indicating a new room, other than the Traitor Lord area
@MelodicVortexGaming yes, it's already mapped. That's the flaw with hollow knight maps...

When is doing those shockwaves attacks use your shade dash
