I hated the stock sledge, everything bent or broke, now im close to having an all GPM setup with reverse motor mount setup , and now i love it , i just need the GPM diff housings , chassis braces and hing pins to finish it off. I have the jetco tomahawk mt tires from powerhobby , they are beast for racing like this because they dont balloon
Sounds like a sweet truck! The blue truck in this video was running Pro-Line belted tyres, but they were quite stiff and had very little grip. Since then we both switched to using Arrma Backflip LP wheels and tyres, which are a lot lighter and grip better. Whilst they aren't belted they only balloon a little and make the truck feel more agile. 👍🏼
Nice runs guys. Get you guys a set of the 4s deboot backflips tires. They hold up to 6s power just fine and the are pretty much the best tire out there or maybe pro-line badlands the original ones.
We will have a look for them

I've been shopping for a month now.. I've hinedd6in on the sledge. I like the fact it's not so oversized and it's got punch and follow through. I'll be running a 6s.. Your video is a good one, nice fast all out cornering under acceleration that's my favorite part.. Enjoy and make more vids! 🎉🎉🎉
Try 6s with those jconcept fling kings tires, I guess it would be more controlable and also looks sick
So far we have found that Pro-Line Badlands tyres have the best grip on our dusty track - but thanks for the idea!
@@TeamRC3D cool. These pro lines are belted, right? Could you try belted tires in front and stock tires behind? Or maybe the inverse... I have a guess this Frankenstein could keep the front down 😂 at least it would be a funny experience
