Please can I buy only the Receiver and send the video through a software platform for the meantime?

Hi Patrick! Thank you for your interest. You can opt into TVU Producer to produce with multiple cameras. You can choose to have a physical or cloud receiver which are both offered by TVU Networks. Check out how you can utilize TVU Producer in your home studio: www.tvunetworks.com/products/tvu-producer/

So the smartphone apps may work with external camcorders too? I've installed the app but the option is grayed out. I already own couple capture cards, is there a way to use 3 cameras for multicam livestreaming on the go without a PC using 3 phones only?

Hi there, thanks for your question - The TVU Anywhere app can work with external SDI or HDMI interfaces, but only in Android. This is the adapter:www.magewell.com/products/usb-capture-hdmi-gen-2

What external mics work with TVU Anywhere app? I’ve tried a Sennheiser EW 112P lavalier with a Rode TRS to TRRS plus an Apple Lightning Adapter to iPhone 12 Pro but the external mic option was greyed out, even on app reset
