BEST SOUNDING 370Z with Invidia Exhaust | Install, Revs & Accelerations!!

- There’s nothing like changing up the stock exhaust system to any car. I previously had a TopSpeed stainless axle back which really made a difference. I noticed a gain performance-wise, aesthetically, and audibly. I enjoyed it thoroughly, but it did have a bit of in-cabin drone and the note wasn’t quite what I was looking for. I then picked up an #Invidia Gemini cat-back exhaust, and I do not regret it for a second…
It is a slightly quieter exhaust system, however it comes with larger piping, much less restrictive mufflers, and is constructed of both stainless steel and titanium. The noise it makes is much deeper and more refined as it is an entire cat-back vs. just the axle back. The best part is that it spits flames and is visible at night time. Just installed this exhaust on my Z. Gives the car a perfect sound without being overbearing. The Z is not meant to sound like a ricer. Keeps the car classy and gives it a nice growl when you get on it!

The Invidia Gemini is an incredible system, I've just installed the same system on my 370z, along with a Z1 2.5" cold air kit and WOW what a difference, it sounds amazing without being overly loud, there's next to no drone and it's sooooo much more responsive, and this is on stock headers and cats!!
I'm really impressed with the sound .... but the thing that got me is that rust free exhaust bolts that were so easy to unbolt... I have worked on multiple cars and rust free bolt always put a smile on my face
I recently went from a full stock to aftermarket catback exhaust. Damn the sound is amazing.

No the exhaust does not hurt my ears. It's my weekend car i drive it on sunny days only.

Great stuff man. I’ve learned a lot from you watching your videos. I have a 14’ Q60 S Coupe and am currently stock. With the help of your videos I’m now on BC Coilovers, SPL FUCAS SPL rear camber arms +bolts; and have gotten my fitment proper. Haha I recently purchased the Invidia Gemini CBE, and I have some Fast Intentions 300 cell HFC I’m wanting to pair with it. I hope I don’t have any fitment issues since the CB is 60mm and the hfc 2.5”. Anyway, can’t wait to see how it feels and sounds after the install. Keep grinding man 🙏🏽🫡

I have an axle back with test pipes with the remaining pipes stock and the in cabin noise is a bit too much. Would changing to the invidia quiet it down?

I have a z1 Y pipe and 2,5" custom pipes all the way back with muffler dlt sounds loud bit I like it got so much noticeable gain

What most sport suspention for accord and able to adjust.
It all depends on your price range.. You can find good coilovers without breaking the bank. A set of BC racing coilovers are relatively cheap, and are very good quality. They are not a full blown set of race car coilovers, but they are terrific for the street and occasional track use. goo.gl/iR7bkw
What is the difference between this and the manzo beside in price and build quality? Or is that the only thing between the two because they look similar but are the not the same brand?

The piping from the mid-pipe on the exhaust is the same all you need for these cars are test pipes y-pipe and mufflers and you good
Does it matter if it's under the car or on top of it?

I considered a Cayman S, and even drove some, but I also had the opportunity to drive a GT4, and I think I will regret my purchase if I go with an S given how much more capable the GT4 is, along with it's ability to hold value. I don't think I can afford a GT4, so maybe that will be for the next next purchase, but I'm going to get something fun for sure 👍

I have base Z and it is too quiet.
Porformance is not an issue with me and all I want is a little more deep tone and little more noise.

Go to a muffler shop and delete the muffler it will sound great and cost u 100 bucks not loud but great tone. They just weld pipes on and weld ur old tips back on as well
Does this exhaust drone? I want an exhaust system that is deeper in tone since the stock exhaust is so quiet but I don't want the drone. Any recommendations?

This doesn’t drone, it’s not deeper, it’s very slightly louder than stock. Barely any difference. Best sounding without drone is the GTHAUS, but it is LOUD when you stomp on it if you get the full catback. But even with the full catback it doesn’t drone much at all, almost none.

I have test pipes with the Invidia exhaust, it’s very loud compared to the OEM Nismo Exhaust as far as I’m concerned.

I'm not sure. This exhaust system doesn't change emissions as it doesn't touch the catalytic converters.
Test pipes next, do it! it'll open up a lot. Get the Motordyne ART test pipes, best sounding

milan, I have been noticing that you have to lay on the ground frequently when you are working on your vehicles. Why don't you invest or try to get sponsorship of getting a home garage car lift? They have the "quick jack" available or even a full car lift which would fit in your garage. I think you having one of these would help you out in the long run, plus even though you're young, you'll be saving your back and prevent future issues on your back.
Just check out Tavarish's channel and you'll see in his garage the car lift I was talking about.

This is a longshot but does anyone know if you can fit AAM Short Tails on the Invidia Gemini? The muffler on the Invidia is ridiculous and definitely quiets it too much.

This would be it for sure! It isn't very loud, but has a good tone to it. If you're looking for the most powerful catback, this isn't it though, so keep that in mind. It will give you a bit of a gain over stock however 👍

My uncle has the gemini on his 350zHR, it sounds good in person, the in cabin noise is really minimal too.
But best sounding exhaust? Not imo, i know its overplayed but tomei is still number 1, (without the full system it doesnt give much power gains but its the lightest exhaust).

Tomei is good but the clearance is trash. Sits low and scrape
Going from a Y pipe to an X pipe like you did will increase power in the top end
So don't know much about exhaust systems but I would like to modify my car

As long as you don't tamper with the catalytic converters or O2 sensors, you shouldn't have any issues regarding engine lights/emissions.

Did you have to do anything in regards to the "demon" bolt with this instal?
Because I installed my downpipes before doing this, the demon bolt was removed. You don't have to touch it for a cat-back on the VQs.
This makes me want to trade my FoST for a Z. I love the power and delivery of the engine in the focus, but there is no amount of modding that can make it sound good.

You need to tune it after you install all of those aftermarket parts for sure!
Milanmastraci - I have the Invidia Gemini and Berk High Flow Cats - fantastic combination and sound. If you want the best out of your Invidia Gemini - lose the factory cats - those thing are extremely restrictive... I used the Berk - no cells, perfect fitment, great quality, and hey have the support bracket as well. It was after adding the Cats that I noticed the greatest increase in engine performance and the exhaust sound was so much nicer...

The muffler deletes sounded much better than this invidia system. Louder and deeper, plus I reckon they looked wayyy cooler than the invidia setup
It’s about your personal preference. Tomei is the best system for the Z. Invidia is nice and ARK as well.
