If you've worked the job long enough you'd know it doesn't matter if the marks stay. As long as you have the pictures to prove you did it.
To those asking how much it pays. Depends on the state
I am only going to state my opinion. Do not say I didn't warn you. Not a job for a person with a family. Work lots of weekends. On call, High risk, deadlines to have tickets completed. Contractors upset you were not there on time. Overwhelmed and understaffed. Project tickets that last for months. Remark everything all over again. Warmer months busy season. Pay is unreasonable. Too much overtime causes you to be taxed by the government too much over 50 hrs. Worked for CLS then bought out by USIC. Did this for 18 years. Run while you still have a chance.
Why you say run 😂😂I just got my interview I’m about to start what’s wrong
If you hated it so much why stay for 18 years
painting in the snow???
I am in FL all day thunderstorms and rain and the occasional 100 degree weather and vile humidity with lack of shade dilemma. It would be nice to see snow lol.
The company I'm with after painting in the snow we would use flags and measurements and If you want you can add site photos to the ticket.
@@malcolmtuck9000 I live and work in Florida. Heat, humidity and rain worst enemies ever.
@@JeX-B_Lifestyle Yep, I would say rain is the worst. Since I cant do any of the road and sidewalk tickets.
@@malcolmtuck9000 Agreed. Rain in florida is widespread as it takes up whole cities and neighboring towns for miles and it's all downpour. It's so random and it also kills your production heavily.
Quick question is training paid when you start?
Yes
I'm waiting on a Interview myself
Man I start Monday I hope I do well
Hey Ben, I have an interview with them this week kinda nervous. Can you tell me the process etc about the hiring process? Congrats 👏 on the new job too

Starting pay is $19/Hr in Austin, Texas. Getting the 2nd interview scheduled tomorrow. I have 2 non violent felonies. Hopefully they’re forgiving and I can get the job. 🙏🏽
Got the second interview the 15th
How did the 2nd interview go
@@cookiespy5939 waiting on HR to get back at me but they pretty much explained the job in the interview. Which is what we see on TH-cam.
Dude run away from this place... trust me. They move you to a different crew after a month, your traveling like an hr each way, then working 6 days a week with one on call shift every week. Go read all the negative reviews on indeed, they're all true
Did you end up getting the job?
I wonder if the pay is good
Just got my offer letter going to take my drug test monday🎉🎉🎉🎉
Did you get the job bro?
I failed the drug test😂…but I haven’t picked up a blunt since that day and landed a better job 🙏🏿🙏🏿
What are the pay raises I have a interview tomorrow
How much do they pay?

@@brittneytrine6325 I got my offer letter today
I got my offer letter today and I’m a non-violent felon in Texas if that helps anyone out
So they don’t care about any felonies then?
@@brittneytrine6325what state are you a felon in?
Hahaha. I know most of the people in this video.
I want some kind of life outside of work at least pay more if I can’t have a life. That’s the least they can do
On-site interview yesterday, sounds promising...
Is their alot of labor work?
Honestly walking is the hardest labor you do, brain works more than physical labor
@@Dragon1165 you're a utility locator right
Ok, after hearing all the good, what's all the bad?
From what I'm hearing, long hours, working in extreme cold or heat where ever you are.
24 hour on call is the worst. You have to keep your phone on and go out in the middle of the night, or during the day you have to drop everything.
alright anyone work here that smokes weed? need tips
I need tips
Yeah get over your gay addiction
Ohhhh
Anyone working part time?
Good question I have to say nope I hear it is as full-time as it gets.
A cell D cell , teaches people not to use their brakes .
It literally has people scared to use them .
They go from being a safe driver to running red lights and swerving around things so they don't have to use their brakes.
Brakes are designed to stop , USIC teaches its employees using their brakes is a bad thing .they reprimand their employees for using their brakes 🙄
Anyone get the job with felonies
Yes
@@-MightyJoeYungare your felonies violent bro?
