Another great flow as always. Loved the combination between strength and flexibility. My heart felt so open afterwards. And the savasana at the end made the whole difference. Usually I rush and skip it but this time I stayed with in savasana per the video and that made me even more happier and relaxed. It gave me a chance to reflect on the whole practice. Include guided savasana in the videos more often. It truly made a difference for me. Thank you for the great practice again🙏🏻

Spring challenge day 5 is done! Every time I go back to this practice I realise how tight are my shoulders and chest due to bad postures and age. But after doing it a few times it feels much better and I really appreciate it much more now 🌸

You can also pause the video if you want to take a longer child's pose and at the same time not to miss the next pose. That is the beauty of home practice - you can make it your own. Day2 challenge done! I almost fell asleep before starting the exercises, but now... I also feel like sleeping :D but in a much more calmer way! My legs were burning during the humble warrior poses, I'm curious how the split exercise is going to go tomorrow :D
ohhhhh...yes today's practice was focused on arm strength ! That's why I scheduled leg stretches for tomorrow so that upper body can rest. But if your legs feel very sore tomorrow then take it easy with split routine. You can replace it by a recent hamstring stretch video !!
