This is before 2011, early to mid 2000s maybe. The construction of highrise apartments around New West Station began in 2007 and was pretty much done by 2010.
Video is way before 2011, after 2002 given the Mark IIs are in service, however before 2003 when tactile was installed across the whole network. I'd assume the video took place in late 2002.
When this was shot, the line didn't extend as far. The line from Braid to Commercial opened by 2002 and VCC-Clark opened in 2006, while the video was shot around 5 years earlier.
Book Worm yeah I was a bit confusing. Sapperton and Braid opened winter 01/02 while the the rest of the line to Commercial opened the following summer. Then VCC-Clark was added in 06 as an extension
This SkyTrain is much more fun then the indignity of the clumsy and not-changing Toronto Line 3 Scarbourgh. The new Mark III cannot go to Toronto for the Scarborough. And the Detroit People Mover looks like this one. Same announcement ding, and same single track.

Shot in 2002
Yep, no towers around King George station either, and finishing work can be seen on Central City which would mean it's 2002.
0:00 - The ding sounded like the Calgary CTrain
no itdosent
@@mark1icreateartvideosskysytgamyes it is
omg it doesss
Ah yes... the days before New West Stn was shaded by buildings
(24:10) If it's 2011, then BC Place Stadium's renovation should have been completed by now. BC Place is not renovated so...Its like 2005 or 2006.
BC Place is getting renamed as well.
10:28 the Central city tower is under construction
BC Place Stadium's renovation was completed in November 2014.

Looking at the construction in the Surrey area, it looks like 2001-2003.
31:47 This section has video LCD screens in the left side of the tunnel to burrard
Why was it Millennium Line to BRAID? It is Millennium Line to VCC - Clark!

So in 2002, the millennium line went from waterfront to braid? and the rest of the stations opened in 2006?

Thanks for the reply, Do you think this was filmed in July 2003?
Yes!
This is almost as creepy as BendyAndTheInkMachine
Creepy but funny
Hi does anyone know why there is a little bit an outside view between burrard and waterfront?
And not today
12:15 King George
I know this is creepy sort of but 5:01-5:05 made me laugh
9:05-9:11 haha
Those are SkyTrain announcements voiced by Morgan Freeman before Seth Rogen came in 2018.
