If I'm correct, this is the only video of a full M-Line ride prior to the Evergreen Extension's opening on TH-cam (and it's on a Mark I, my favourite type of train). Kudos to you for uploading this video. It would be nice to see an inbound ride as well.
if they get more trains ordered the first thing they're probably gonna do is kill the mark Is. if they're anything like the TTCs they're way past their intended service lifetime.
Something random I found online: I heard there's a new order of XN40's (2016; I know they'll be placed in the Hamilton Transit Centre, since there was one on display at Canada Place with the "H" prefix), and XDE60's, but Idk where they will be 🤔
They could extend the 145 from Lougheed Town Center, goes on Lougheed Hwy, and turns into Production Way - University Station, then regular route and back.
my question is why didnt they branch the millenuim line into 2 (one to go to columbia the other to go eventually to the evergreen) instead of branching the expo? i was just over there today and expos to king george are packed while expos to production way are almost empty also they only run 2 car mk2.5s on the millenuim? theyre gonna make them bigger again when the evergreen extension opens right?

Memories. I lived in Vancouver prior to evergreen expansion, I used to love the long ride from VCC Clark to Waterfront. Thanks for uploading!

34:24 love how they changed the signs early
I understand that being done at Braid b/c no one goes there... wait where?
I miss the Mark 1’s on the Millennium Line lol maybe when they get more trains ordered and into service, they’ll bring them back 😜

They're back (for now).

They chose Production Way to terminate the Expo Line to serve students and staff at SFU

Van BC Lougheed Stn loop looks busy enough tho...
