Hi Rob, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos, secondly for taking the time to send us your message and the positive feedback it's greatly appreciated! Not a problem mate, I'm glad you found value out of it and hope it helps. Have a great day. Jason & Nic
Excellent repair video! Canadain Maple Syrup Producer here. Please provide the bushing parts source. I'm about to have a local machine shop attempt to duplicate the brass bushings based on screen shots of your bushings. 1000hrs on M6070 and discovered the pivot bushing and raise/lower bushings are as you say "busted"!
Think I may have just found my new best friend! A Canadian Maple Syrup farmer, OMG my mouth is watering just at the thought!!! Firstly thanks for not only choosing to watch one of our videos, but for also leaving us with your positive feedback is appreciated. Unfortunately I’ve had numerous people ask the same thing, though to find out there nearest Kubota Dealer knows nothing about it? So I’m thinking that my Kubota dealer has taken it upon themselves to machine up their own part. The dealer here in Australia I purchased them from is “Allclass Kubota” based in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Yep, that one of mine dropped out at 300hrs & or 2yrs, though the FEL was not covered under the tractor warranty I since found out and only had 12 months. If you get stuck mate let me know and I may be able to run a mic and ruler across the spare two I have and get some measurements for you. Hope you have a grand weekend over there in lovely Canada! Jason & NIc
Did you happen to get any made by chance . My local kubota dealership had no clue this option was there but also can't figure out how or where to order them .
Hi Robert, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos. I’ve had numerous people ask the same question after finding out their nearest Kubota Dealer knows nothing about it? So I’m thinking that my Kubota dealer has taken it upon themselves to machine up these parts at their workshop. The dealer here in Australia I purchased these parts from is called “Allclass Kubota” based in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. I'm sure if you contacted them they could arrange postage to you. Hope that helps mate and have a grand day! Jason
Hi Claude, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos mate. If you google search "Allclass Kubota" located in Yandina here in Queensland, Australia. From what I can gather their the only dealer in the world that have taken it on themselves to machine these up. Hope this helps you out mate! Have a grand week. Jason
Hi Heather, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos. If you google search "Allclass Kubota" located in Yandina here in Queensland, Australia. From what I can gather their the only dealer in the world that have taken it on themselves to machine these up. Hope this helps you out! Have a grand weekend. Jason & Nic
Hi Steven, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos mate and secondly for taking the time to message us. It's probably a tad hard to see on the video, though there's not a lot of room for the brass bush to fall out between that shroud/cover and the brass bush itself. I haven't had a problem yet anyways, though I do like your logic. Thanks for your valued input, next time I have it off I shall see if your suggestion is actually viable. Hope you have a grand day.
G'day David, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos. Wow 200 hrs that's sad, I got around 300hrs. Just google "Allclass", I got mine from the Yandina branch in Queensland. Hope that helps mate and have a great week. Jason
Is it possible that the brass sleeve should be turned 180* with the opening out. Obviously it would have to have the block and cables disassembled further to do this.
Hi Jbarr. Firstly thanks for not only choosing to watch one of our videos, but also for taking the time to message us. The plastic shroud appears to be tough and rugged and considering the location of this joystick / controller being up, away and well protected from potential damaging knocks from stray tree branches, I don’t envisage it getting damaged anytime soon, touch wood, cross fingers etc. Seeing that it is also a snug fit I can’t see it ever vibrating loose and falling out neither. Though you’re not the first to have mentioned it may be more secure pushing it in from the back side of this ball. So if I ever have to replace a second one I shall definitely give it a crack to see if it is a viable option. I appreciate your invaluable feedback and great point in which you raised. I hope you have a grand day. Jason
Hi from another Canadian. I have the same problem, and it looks like your contact is the only one that has taken it upon themselves to come up with a reasonable fix to a serious design flaw. The loader is an ALO loader/Quicke. They say it isn't an issue and try to sell the whole controller assembly for about $500 Canadian, or just the cable with the pin, for about $250. Thanks for the video. I'm trying to contact your dealership and get the brass bushings from them.
Hi Mike, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos and secondly for finding the time to message us mate. I would be only too happy to help you out my Canadian buddy. "Allclass Yandina" is the Kubota Dealer here in Australia who have taken it on their own back to machine up these after market brass bushes. Your welcome Mike I hope they can sort you out, hope you have a grand week mate! Jason & NIc.
I’ve been running a kubota tractor for a little and the joystick had started to be an issue. Bucket won’t go down unless I jam the control forward. I wonder if the problem is in there. Thanks for the walk through
Hi Bumpkin, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos mate. I’m not sure if you’ve had the chance to watch both of my Kubota bucket repair videos yet. Though I’ve had two separate issues now that won’t allow me to lower the bucket, though both were easy fixes. The one you watched appears to be the worn-out nylon bush located beneath the joystick, check that out and if it is the case I can give you the dealer here in Australia that machines a brass bush as a replacement. Once you’ve got it it’s an easy install. If that’s not your problem then I suggest checking out my other repair video titled “ The 2nd Time I’ve Repaired This FEL, Though This Time It Cost Me Nothing!!”, that one was a loose grub screw located below cable control box. If that’s the issue then alls you need is an allen-key to tighten and the jobs done. There the only two issues I’ve had on my tractor. Hope one of those will fix it for you mate. Hope you have a grand week. Jason
Hi from the US. Your video is a HUGE HELP! Could I ask a favor. If you still have a bushing handy, would you please post the measurements of it? Diameter/length and inside hole diameter the slot should be easy to wing. Need to build a couple for the farm and the diameter of the brass stock I would need to order would be a big help. Thanks
Hi Zebster, firstly thanks for choosing to watch one of our videos mate and you're more than welcome! I rummaged through my shed, though do you think I could find my spare! Though I shall keep searching as I know it's only a matter of time before one of the remaining two will fail. If you're in a hurry though, google search "Allclass Kubota" located in Yandina here in Queensland, Australia. From what I can gather their the only dealer in the world that have taken it on themselves to machine these up. They could possibly either post one across to the US or they may be happy to forward the dimensions? Well worth a crack I reckon? Hope this helps you out mate! Have a grand week. Jason
I had the same issue as described here, my two local kubota dealers near me both asked who made it. It is branded kubota and a sticker and serial number on the loader didn’t help. (Apparently there are a couple of manufacturers and there are differences in these.) Sorry I shouldn’t have started that particular rant… Anyway a trip to the local hardware, some heavy wall electrical conduit, a heat gun and some molding, kneading and general working of heat softened pvc has got me operational until I get some actual bushings.
Hi Ashnoorman, firstly thanks for watching our video and for leaving the positive feedback mate, appreciated. Though unfortunately I haven’t the part number, though I brought them from “Allclass” based in Yandina, Qld. They should be able to assist. If not, refer them to my video, that should jot their memories. Hope that helps. 😊
I have a Yanmar with this same issue, called a dealer no idea about brass sleeves, just want to sell new joystick and cables. Man I wish these items were built to last.
Hi Bernie, thanks for not only choosing to watch one of our videos, but for also leaving your positive feedback it's greatly appreciated mate. All the best mate and we hope you have a grand day!
A good how to video mate..Have a great weekend guys
Hi Trent, cheers for the message and the positive feedback which is always well received. Hope you have a great week too mate!
Excellent video. I have had to replace two sets. My dealer never mentioned brass cup replacement option. Thanks for the heads up.

what holds the bushing in? should it maybe go in from the backside of the pivot - then it could never fall out?

Can I get the brass insert manufacturer..yes design flaw...I got 200hrs out of my last nylon ones

Is it just the plastic square that keeps this from sliding back off the ball?
