Definitely a 10 or 12 on the bacon. We thin slice canned potatoes and griddle them in a crap load of butter. One of our go toos for breakfast on the old 17 inch when we're camping.
Last weeks episode was the first recipe of Nate's I'd consider making. This makes number 2. Keep it up. Pro-tip - if you don't have time to slice potatoes you can buy them sliced in a can. And they are so good. Bacon I am a hard 8. 🤣🤣
Make a breakfast sandwich with scratch made english muffins. They are made on the griddle so you aren't trying to gimmick a oven like with biscuits. And wile its probably not worth the effort every time, when you do have the time and energy, home made english muffins are a nice upgrade. An elevated breakfast sandwich basically.
8 or 9 for bacon with other foods that might soften it after it’s done (with eggs for example). 7 if it’s stand alone bacon. If it’s going in a soup or chowder, 11.
I like my bacon cooked enough to where the fat melts in your mouth up to crispy, and even though I love to watch y’all cook all that food I can’t eat half of it because I’m on a low carb diet
Can't wait to make this in a couple weeks on a camping trip. The only thing I will add is some cracked black pepper on my eggs. I would call your bacon an 8, lol. My wife likes her bacon burnt. Isn't that a 10? Or how far up does the scale go?
Oh man you burned Cj right at the beginning similar to his bacon. lol all joking aside I’m a 10 with bacon myself and I can’t give CJ to much crap because he’s my guy!!
Chef NL you can do better than that .. potatoes, eggs, bacon. How long have you been a chef? Have you just started culinary school? That’s an amateur dish. CJ show him how to really cook. Ring it and bring it boys.

Simply Outstanding!
Our thoughts exactly!

Chef another home run. Simple flavorful and good. 👍

Has to be a 10!!!!! 🥓 ❤
Crispy bacon is the way to go!
Definitely a 10, or even more for us.
As far as bacon goes it depends on the day sometimes I’m a five some days I’m a ten! I love it all! Great looking breakfast 👍
I like my bacon a little chewy. Not a crispy bacon fan. Those potatoes look 🔥. Awesome Vid. Be Blessed. 😊 Shawn
Simple but Awsome👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for watching!
That's a magical breakfast. On the bacon scale; doesn't matter to me, I love bacon any way it's cooked.
Can never go wrong with bacon.
A 10 for me too, for bacon! But I would like the potato’s to be a little more crispy 😋
Definitely a big 11 . How about a nice W Sauce chicken sandwich?

That was a sunny side up egg rather than an over easy egg.
Hey Nate - I'm a 7.25 on the bacon - This breakfast was a 10 though - Thanks! - Cheers!
Also huge fan of bacon, at a 10 or 11. Floppy sucks. Going to try the spice blend.
9-10 for me.
I would say 8 on bacon scale. I like it crisp but not falling apart.
Bro skins on.

Good points.
It depends on if it’s for a ingredient or on the side lol but for the most part I’d say 8 to 9
Boom👍🏻
Awesome job love me some potatoes Nate! Definitely 10 on bacon 🥓 Cheers 🍻
You can't go wrong with diner-style potatoes!
Just made it tonight.
Right on! How did it turn out?
Awesome. Ran out of gas at the end of flaming out. Lol refill time
I'm probably around a 9 to 9.5 crispness 🥓
Looks so good but I'm definitely a 6 on the bacon.
10 is for bacon bits
7 for a sandwich
just my opinion
great video as always
like my bacon at a 8 but when I make Potatoe Romanoff I make the bacon a 10
Looks great. Give me a 5 or maybe a 6 on my bacon. My brother takes his about a 0.5, just kinda warm it and he’s good to go lol

I’ve never seen anyone make fried potatoes, including hashbrowns. without soaking, rinsing, and drying first. Did you edit that step out?
11
Looks tasty!! Like mine 8.5
Thick bacon, minor crunch, think that is a 7 or so. Love the taters and the recipe.
Ooh yum ❤
Thank you!
Over easy eggs?
on a 1 to 6 bacon scale, I am a 3 to 3.5 all day. 1 to 10 scale , probably a 5.
I’m a 4.88 on the bacon.
5
Bacon is a 10+
Bacon scale: 8/9
I'm at an 8 🥓
Yeah I like my bacon crispy but I need my potatoes crispier than what you had in the plate they looked mushy and you forgot the rosemary.
The bacon was definitely overcooked lol
I'm a 8-9 on the bacon scale. The wife is a 5-6, So I eat 5-6........... LOL
8 or 9
Definitely a 10. Anything less is dog food. Great video, Nathan. 👍
10 1/2 🥓😎
😎 😎
3, 5 max. Can't stand bacon dust! By the way what happened to the over easy eggs?
I’m a 10
Bacon 5-6 chewy and perfect. I don't burn my food.

I hate over crispy bacon, Give me a 5 also, its taste's like bacon!
Peeling potatoes, that’s a paddling
Oh man you burned Cj right at the beginning similar to his bacon. lol all joking aside I’m a 10 with bacon myself and I can’t give CJ to much crap because he’s my guy!!
#TeamCrispyBacon
It goes to 11, it’s one higher
taters look mushy dude
A 4 for bacon oink oink you are insane for cooking to a 10
Po-tay-toes*! Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a *stew*! Lovely big, golden... chips with a nice piece of fried fish.
Sorry, wrong show, not!🤣🤣😘
