2 Potatoes and eggs! Better than pizza 🍕Quick Potato and Egg Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Dice 2 medium peeled potatoes
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Add the potatoes into the pan
Fry for about 5 minutes
Chop 1/2 onion
Add to the pan
Fry for two additional minutes
Add salt and black pepper
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper
Crack 3 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Mix well
Pour into the pan, on top of the potatoes
Grate 50g mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle the cheese on top
Sprinkle parsley on top (optional)
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!

You just have to eat less calories than you burn...normal guy burns around 2000 kcal with no excercise , if you do exercise maybe around 2500, so you need to eat less than that.
