      Yes, he explains and shows it so well. I cooked one of his curries and was so mazed how good it was. He explained it so well even a novice like me could produce something so good

    Chef I followed your recipe from the beginning and made the toasted seed powder but you don’t suggest when to add it to the dish, I added as the onions went soft and cooked it off a little before adding the water.
    Thanks chef love your recipes this is my 3rd if yours been great.

      It’s mentioned to add after 50 minutes when you add all the spices!! You must of missed it!

      I have an outdoor kitchen where I use bottle gas , I personally like gas but my indoor is an induction, there is no difference, you just need to see and adjust !
      All my one pot curries you can change the chicken for lamb or any other meat, but you will have to cook longer before you add the spices! You have plenty of recipes to enjoy! 😉

    Very nice. I wouldn't add storks (type of bird). I would add stalks (part of the plant). 😊

    I want to cook this tonight but I'm confused, watching the video you put the lid on and off 8.45-8.46 no timing given, then again 10.03-10.07, then again, 10.26-10.28. then again 10.38-10.39, then again at 11.00-11.02 then again 11.15-11.16. I am assuming that you are not only putting on the lid for a few seconds a time. So please could you tell me how I am meant to follow the recipe correctly?

      @ChefDin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s showing you to stir the curry so it doesn’t burn and to break down the onions!!

    One question chef. I notice some of your videos are cooked on gas some on electric cookers. I have an electric cooker and hate, I so want my gas stove back. Do you make any changes to your recipes or in anyway allow for the difference between gas and electric cookers? I struggle with the way you cant easily go from high heat to low or medium heat with electirc. i find I have to have a ring set on medium or low a few minutes before I need to change the heat and then change rings

      No changes in my recipes weather you cook on gas or electric , but gas is much better in my opinion! More control, plus less burning!! 🔥

    @ChefDin first time I'm seeing your video, I went through your previous videos, I noticed you really have nice food here, but I keep wondering why little amount of people are watching your videos, don't you care about getting more views, cause I realized getting more people to view your videos automatically result to customers, or don't you care about that for now?
