Puppy Socialization - Eating Off Different Objects

This is raw footage of a training session working on teaching puppy Jamie to gain confidence eating off of novel objects! Socialization is always occurring, whether you’re at home or on a training trip. There are many ways that we can provide positive exposure experiences to your puppy in your home. One way to provide this exposure is to have your puppy eat off of or out of novel items. These are objects that move, feel differently, smell differently, and sound differently. We want to design the eating object to be novel, but not so odd that your puppy is scared and unwilling to interact with the object.
