Thanks for the video. I have been shooting with the a7iv for over a year now and the possibilities of low light ,highlights, fast speed situation foto shooting are endless, a more modern auto focus and more modern ISO with the 33mp sensor are just killer, absolut killer. I cant really speak for the S or R model, they are decent enough, but i wouldnt trade them for the a7iv all arrounder that just gives so much options.

Tbh id say apart from resolution and feame rates its pretty much all the same theyve blurred the lines quite a bit, if you are doing standard vudeo and now slomo nobody will be able to tell the difference

Thanks for a very nice review ! But damn, not sure with that final comment/ recommendation ... I thought that I was going to chose the A7IV for purely video, but now I'm doubting again with that A7RV comment... 🙂

Great video, super helpful! About the shutter lag/delay, how does it compare to the A6500's lag? This lag is one of my greatest gripes (using a 90mm macro lens) with the A6500 and has caused me to miss/take more shots (think timing a shot to when a cardinal fish aerates the eggs in its mouth). Asking because if the delay is the same, I will be very disappointed, should I purchase this camera. Thanks in advance

Do you feel like the delay you are experiencing is related to the autofocus hunting or speed? Or is your focus locked down and this is just shutter lag you are seeing?

We're just making the most apples-to-apples comparison between this camera and others in the Sony lineup. It's a really good thing that all of their current cameras are performing so well underwater.
