not really. he warned her many times about their relationship and what people would do to her if they found out. by the end he had to lie to her/force her to leave for her own protection, then she betrayed him. whether she knew he was lying to her or not at the end idk
There's a line in the books that I wish was included. Before he killed Tywin, when he said "You're no son of mine", Tyrion replies with "I am you kilt small". Honestly, one of the coolest, coldest lines I've ever heard.
I've always loved the scene where Tyrion "confesses". Something about it reminds me of some of Nicholas Cage a bit. I think it's that perfect level of "overacting" that makes it so memorable.
The two bolts that Tyrion hit Tywin were cold, full of intent to kill. The first time I watched, i thought that Tyrion killed Tywin under impulse and emotional outburst. But after re-watch, I am sure that the moment he saw his father, he decided to kill him regardless of what Tywin says. When Tyrion said that he was always his son and fired the second bolt, he meant, I think, Tywin's ruthless cruelty
Once he killed Shae killing his father was easy by comparison. He loved Shae, his father hated him for being born and often treated him subhuman referring to him as "waddling about". As much as he still wanted his father's respect the hate would have run deep and then sentencing him to die for a crime he was innocent of was the final straw even before the final betrayal and all the hypocrisy as his father had no problem bedding a whore. He 100% was going to kill him no matter what but Tywin made it easy
This show was at its peak when Tyrion had intelligent characters such as Tywin and Varys around him, so they could make witty and charismatic conversations. The amount of good conversations after season 4 is merely a handful 😢

"I've been on trial for beinf a dwarf my whole life" scene is Tyrions POWER scene. To me it's one of the best scenes in GOT, along with him freeing the 🐉 dragons
I’m starting to feel sorry for Shae. She didn’t know what return was up to when he said those words. She had no idea he was trying to to protect her. She became very bitter over that harsh breakup.
not really. he warned her many times about their relationship and what people would do to her if they found out. by the end he had to lie to her/force her to leave for her own protection, then she betrayed him. whether she knew he was lying to her or not at the end idk
There's a line in the books that I wish was included. Before he killed Tywin, when he said "You're no son of mine", Tyrion replies with "I am you kilt small". Honestly, one of the coolest, coldest lines I've ever heard.
"I'd plan it in such a way that I wouldn't be there gawking like a fool when the king died."
*Olenna grins*
Is that the same crossbow that once belonged to King Joffrey?
Yeah
-So you blame the bakers ?
-Or the pigeons, just leave me out of it !
🤣🤣🤣
Back when GOT was truly the greatest show of all time 👌👌
as a fan I used to recommend everyone to watch this masterpiece with pride!
Now I feel ashamed 😔
Tyrion has always been my favourite character in got
오늘의 교훈 : 아들을 함부로 대하면 똥간에서 뒤질수 있다.
Perfect character
the best thing is that tywin was going to die anyway, oberyn poisoned him, its made very clear in the books
''which makes it unique as kings landing murders go'' Lmao
And with that last arrow, Tyrion loses all his intelligence and wit as we find out later
That trait died with the man it came from.
Why? He did on logic and justice
I've always loved the scene where Tyrion "confesses". Something about it reminds me of some of Nicholas Cage a bit. I think it's that perfect level of "overacting" that makes it so memorable.
Imagine not showing how Tyrion embarrassed jofferey at the purple wedding
holy crap... any scene Peter Dinklage and Charles Dance are together in is so great... their chemistry and experience is something else
Peter is such a great actor.
0:38 any man trying to date a college chick 😂😂😂
Wild
This show was at its peak when Tyrion had intelligent characters such as Tywin and Varys around him, so they could make witty and charismatic conversations. The amount of good conversations after season 4 is merely a handful 😢
Dang, this show takes me back...
Bloody hell , the acting was so good !
Is it just me, or does Bronn look real silly dressed like a nobleman?
Amazing actor
And mine are long and sharp my lord, as long and sharp as yours....
Ironically, the actor's gigantic charisma sort of ruined the show. Tyrion is a villan after his "confession" in the books. The actor was too good in the first half of the story.
What books r u reading how did he turn into a villain? Because he lied to Jamie? He was pissed and rightfully so
@@jillbill7752 his thoughts are constantly guided by malice. His ultimate goal is to get to Daenarys to bring death to Westeros and his family, fucking shit up along the way. What do you call it?
@@Crizakafrijolito I thought he was mostly just trying to kill Cersei and all the people that screwed him at kings landing, not Westeros as a whole
@@jillbill7752 yeah I suppose. But you cant attack the capital without attacking the kingdom. And regardless of the scale, the intent is there. He stopped being and doing good in almost every way
@@jillbill7752 the books have Tyrion decide to "become the monster everyone sees him as", he hasn't gotten around to being fully evil yet, but he plans on raping and killing Cersei, so he's not still a good guy
Tyrion had Tywin making Caleb city noises with that crossbow lmao
My favourite character from his first sentence..the who truly should have ended on the throne..the only one..for all the reasons..and they ruined that..of all the things they screwed up..that is the mist horrendous
"I'm you writ small" would've been a much better line for the show when he pops tywin
It's gunna be great watching him and varys together in s6
It turned out to be shit
Eh... not so much.
It was not the first 4 seasons although you must have been crying in disgust by Season 8!!!
Best character in the entire series.
It’s sad what the writers do to Tyrion in the later seasons. He’s so great
Why couldn't Tywin leave his bathroom door locked? That's just something I've always wondered...
Guess he doesn't expect anyone to interrupt. The only other person could have been there is Shae, but with his pant down, I don't think he mind having Shae walk in.
@@redace4821 Not when I'm shitting tho...
Honestly, if a lot of the dead characters were still alive by the end of the series, Night King wouldn't stand a chance at all.
Man is a legend!
And that, would be the last, honest to God, flawless season for Game of Thrones. And it went aaaaaaaaallllll downhill from here. What a shame
Sometimes I wonder if off-camera, Tyrion and Bronn get so flat out drunk that the former wants to know what's like to be pissed on and Bronn obliges
I always thought Tyrion would end up on the iron throne. Should have, anyway.
It's nowhere near as good as when Tyrion demands trial by combat. This guy always seems to find someone to fight for him because he's too small to fight himself. Love Tyrion.
"This show has never fallen for many seasons..."
*looks at season 8*
"until you"
"500, 5000?" I'm still waiting for an answer.🤣
Tyrion must have been the inspiration for Tony Montana's code, as he "never fuckedover someone who didn't have it coming to them".
Ouch that speech really hurt
the best of half man
Tyrion "I should have let Stannis kill you all"
Also Tyrion - "You don't want to be the queen of ashes"
