Lovely to see Kristiansand again ! It’s a place full of charm - We loved the park too …And you had some good weather to mooch around. The island walk hadn’t changed much since we visited .. Thx for taking us back there !
Fantastic review. We loved Kristiansand. Walked for over 7 hours.. visited the botanical gardens, waterfront, park and a full circle of the spooky island! Hope your both ok x thanks for this great video. X
Thanks Michelle. Yes it was a lovely day in Kristiansand. Hope you are both well and looking forward to your next cruise. Thanks for watching and commenting. Take care xx
That was as entertaining and useful as ever, Lisa and Olivia. Have a huge ‘well done’ on the quality of filmmaking this episode. There were some excellent compositions, and editing choices… But what really has me intrigued is the question of how the heck you got some of those shots of the two of you walking in the distance. At first I was thinking, well, they’ve just left the camera on the ground for a bit, and trusted that no one will nick it. But there was one shot where the camera seemed to be rotating to follow you from one direction to another- please reveal all. Did you have a drone? An accomplice? Was Giles secretly with you? And the sting was genius!
@Krypto64 Thank you again for your kind comments and close observations. The secret of the tracking shot is the little camera that we use, which is a DJI Osmo Pocket 3. It has a very clever little tracking function and can lock on to a target and track it. Glad you enjoyed the video, and thanks again for watching and supporting us.
@grapesodatravels it is a great way to see a lot of interesting places. Sea days are normally full of different activities you can do but I always look for cruises with the fewest sea days possible as it's all about the destinations for us. Thanks for watching and commenting guys. Have a great weekend 😀
As always, your port of call review(s) provides information that so many other vloggers do not. Especially for those who prefer a DIY approach to their explorations rather than just the cruise line sponsored trips. I am worried about one thing: you must be spending a fortune on new cameras given the number of times we see you walking off and leaving the camera behind 😅
Thanks, Nik. The camera is attached to Lisa with a long piece of wool like our mothers used to use to attach mittens to coats. Simple and effective, but enough about Lisa. Thanks for watching.
Another excellent video. Kristiansand looks likes a great place to visit. The island looked interesting as well with some nice views.
Many thanks. It was a very picturesque city set in beautiful countryside. Thanks for watching 😁👍

Looks like you had a lovely day. Some great tips of what to do!
Thanks both. Hope you are OK and fully recovered from Resilient Lady!
@@TravellingLightLisa just about! We’re looking forward to seeing what you think!
@sistersontheseas any tips for VV? Would you sail with VV again? Looking forward to your adventures on there too!! 😀
One day we'll try a cruise. I think I'd like it but Neil might be a bit bored when at sea... Scandinavia is firmly on our bucket list!

Never mind the park. You should have spent more time in the town, to find the bars.
@@DiscoDavesPubReviews not for us. We prefer green open spaces to crowded bars. Thanks for watching 👀 🙂 🙏
