- Anyone who has watched my channel for a while may be a bit confused by this video title as I typically don't keep books! But this is why I wanted to do this tag (is it a tag?!)- it really got me thinking about why I keep the few books I have.

I always wanted to go to boarding school thanks to Mallory Towers, but at the moment I’m loving reading The Faraway Tree and the Wishing Chair to my grandchildren. How things have changed I can’t remember sniggering at the names Dick and Fanny and thank goodness my grandchildren are to young to understand the double meaning 🤭. I’ve got the Appeal to read as well.
Can’t choose 1 book, but have loved The Wolf Den, Circe, and Adie Larue . My favourite author that I’ve kept all of her books is Miss Read.

Speaking of childhood stories, this may be a pretty new release (2015) but it’s such a good book both for young and older readers; “The War That Saved My Life” by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley takes place in WW2 London and Kent and this story is just sooo beautiful. I think you might like this, that’s definitely one of my best 2021 reads. Highly recommend!

I love the way you did this, it’s always so interesting to see what people choose! And I also get the urge to return to Enid Blyton sometimes but I feel like it won’t have aged well 😂💛
After seeing your video, it really got me thinking! I had to be a bit creative with the format as I generally don’t keep books but I think the books they do keep tells you a lot about someone. Xx

Really interesting, makes me think what would be my 10 books...Will let you know. My most favourite book is Gone with the Wind. I think Grandma gave me my version of this and I love it. Mom and I visited the plantation where it was filmed in Georgia, USA. Xxx
