- Come join us for an hour on Lake Powell. As a professional photographer, I hope you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and video that I have capture while on our adventure from Antilope Marina to and past Bullfrog and back again. We travelled about 250 miles and spent well over $500 in gas. We carried 10 gallons of extra gas. Again, welcome to our Nielsen Family Videos where we preserve the past for our future. Enjoy!

Hi Kenneth. What you are seeing is the reflection of the sun bouncing off the water and reflecting back up on the canyon wall. It is a really cool effect that only happens at certain times of the day. Thanks for watching my video. 🙂
You did such an amazing job of capturing the magical beauty of Lake Powell. I used to live in SLC ( I’m in Florida now) and we went there almost every weekend in the summer it’s truly my favorite place in the world. Thanking for sharing this .

I recently visited powell lake. It was an amazing experience, and is one of the most beautiful places in have ever seen in my life. I came from Colombia it was a long trip 😂
