    people seem to forget that CP3 is good at leading young players. Take OKC for example. The thing with Draymond, Curry, and Thompson is that they are not very good at teaching the young guys. They can lead and influence a team in certain ways....but that doesn't mean they can get the rest of the team on the same page. The big 3 are players with high IQ, so most of the time they expect everyone to get it right away. CP3 on the other hand has good communication skills and is also a high IQ player. Warriors is like running a company of 100 employees.

    Draymond’s still has his super powers he just can not apply them for the minutes we are used to seeing because of Father Time. CP is also their to help cut back Draymond’s minutes as well as Steph’s. He is correct Kuminga will benefit greatly in a set play offence. Another player who nobody mentions that will thrive in a set play offence who has played that way before coming to GS is Wiggs so I would expect his points per game to go up. If Wiggs and Kuminga develop a chemistry with each other you will see a whole new level of chaos. One more point if Draymond was serious about mentoring which I do not believe he should start grooming Kuminga to take over his defensive job. The way( public) and the how(sucker punched) a two or three weight class lower Poole tells me has a fragile ego so I would take with a grain salt what he was tells me if he was mentoring me. Curry the opposite he is a very secure male.

    Lakers fan here, but I think CP3 will bring a methodical approach that will help the Ws decrease turnovers, especially in clutch moments. I think it was game 5 vs the LAL this playoffs when Draymond turned the ball over on the pass into the corner, just before the inbound I told me wife to specifically watch for the turnover because that's the exact type situation where they get sloppy. And sure enough, turnover, my Lakers win the game. If CP3 just helps the Ws to decrease turnovers by 1-3 on average per game, that could be all the difference in continuing to play or not.

    that's 1 thing I noticed last season/playoffs. GSW can't let curry sit for too long, bcs the 2nd unit can't do sht. That was what kerr was trying to figure out the whole season, how to create a rotation to help steph rest out more. when curry was injured, there were too many close games they should've won but didn't. so changing the 2nd unit up really made sense from here lol

    I do not think it’s a coincidence that any hyper athletic fast and talented guys have not been able to shine in a small team with a small shooting coach. Makes perfect sense that a kuminga would need to be unlocked by someone. But they have never really had super athletic or big guys that can drive to the basket so how would you mentor them and teach them all the small important stuff that takes them to the next level with their skill sets? So I really hope Chris’ mentoring ability can bring the warriors back and he get his first chip!

    I get it this video talks about how CP3 would contribute into the warriors offense.
    Although it's still a good topic, it's just sad that Draymond did not mention, that one of the warriors biggest problems last season was their defense.
    In theory if CP3, will agree to be on the bench and lead the warriors second unit, that will be good for the warriors and it might preserve CP3 of injuries.
    But what's concerning, is that most of the teams that CP3 is on, have not made it to the finals. That might change since, CP3 is not the main guy now ("if CP3 accepts this"), CP3 is injury prone, chokes at crucial moments, it would be great to have a Kuminga, Moddy pick and roll plays that CP3 would facilitate.
    But they still have a current issue to address, when facing teams with taller players like Anthony Davis, Nikola Jokic and the likes, the warriors don't have any means of stopping them. The warriors also need to improve their defense since basketball is still a offense and defense game.

  • @greyklopstock7155
    @greyklopstock7155 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    See, I trust what Draymond says when it comes to basketball. Draymond saying he's got a strong feeling about CP3 helping Kuminga tells me there's a good chance we might see a Kuminga leap. Chris knows how to put guys in position to get to the right spot. And everyone respects the hell outta his IQ. Kuminga has been pretty darn coachable for how physically gifted he is, and the fact that Chris is gonna come in right as Kuminga has finally started getting a little frustrated with having too small a role or not enough trust feels huge.
