Perfect video for my problem on the same 4mix. What helps me with the small spring is I put a tiny amount of super glue on it and glue it to the carb, works 90% of the time, every time!
Have you ever tried using a chopstick or wooden dowl to push the screen evenly into the seat? Please use nitrile gloves and constant ventilation. You work in a very toxic environment. No need to poison yourself. Thx for your channel. I learn from every vid. BTW, I've driven by your location many times working for RCEMS yrs ago. Used to be a burned-out car on Screaming Eagle rd. for decades.
Good informative video thanks. Can u explain the jig u use to check for sparkage you called your jig I think. U hooked a wire to the spark plug boot and one to the muffler
Man alive that fan is so loud, you must be an amateur.........lol Great video brother, as always. Just kidding about the fan, the mic is working awesome!
You know when you take 💩 apart you need to remember how it goes back yeh well ? You can just imagine how my day went . Oh yeh I too was workin' on my trimmer . It runs needs a plug .
Nice video T-Bone. How do you like that gasket kit from Rotary? Does it cover most your needs, or do you find yourself having to order separate parts? Been thinking on that one for a while.
Sir. I have a stihl br 600 blower. It's saturated with fuel. I think I just found the leak. It's from some pin hole relief or something on the side of the carb body underneath where the H/L screws are. Its spraying out fuel. Is this the same reason as here? The diaphragm ? I took the carb apart and it looks clean. I have no idea the purpose of this pin hole. ty
Nice repair sir. Do you ever use Chinese carbs or always OEM? Im a flipper so i try to stay away from trimmers as i just cant make any money on them in this area. If i do i only do stihl or echo. 🇺🇸👍Roger
I use both, it depends on the customer and the machine. Most times I give the customer the option of Chinese or OEM. I do warranty on OEM carbs not Chinese. Thanks for watching.
cut an old screwdriver flat fold the screen over it and then push it in the hole buddy. Ive done that before you just need the right shaft size on the old screwdriver to get it right

Thanks for watching. It's just a jumper wire to ground the spark plug. I use it because of so much plastic on trimmers, it just makes it easier.
Great video brother as always . Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much my friend.

Oh yeah, a pencil's eraser works good for the small screens. I'm 6'4" , so you can imagine the size of my mitts, lol.
