You may have made it possible for me to actually beat this game. Back when it came out I hit a standstill because I just couldn't get away from the cops past BL5 unless I lost them right at the start. The game just spawns more cops near your location as soon as you evade and most of the hiding spots are too far away from pursuit breakers to be useful. But now? This might be enough. I'd have preferred if it was easier to get the evasion timer going, seems RNG whether a cop car pulls up the ramp and spots you, but it's better than trying to do it legit and getting in an hour and a half chase (yes, this actually happened to me back then. Not because I was trying to extend it, it was because the cops are near impossible to shake once past Heat level 3.)
Yea I have a better way for you to evade in the bus station. After deciding to evade while on the edge of placeholder, go back until you are on the slope to go to the placeholder. Don't go too far back to slope.
@@TheVoidMachineSystem It does go up the cost to state while standing still but very slowly though. Better to smash into the cops and not get busted as well.

You can fail though..... For some super bizarre reason a car flipped on the roof, I fell off and got busted. Man. This game sucks at times! But yes, this glitch kind of works.
Eetu Makihalvari it’s not a cheat it’s just you basically parked at the edge so that when the cops try to reach you they fall off the edge causing them to take damage till the eventually become immobilized hiving you bounty and cost to state so my guess is yes it does work on ps2😊👍🏽

Cost to state requires you to run into props and cars, unfortunately

Hey another trick... drive off the edge and as soon as the police also falls .. reset car position and you will get back up without getting busted ;)

Oh yeah I also already experienced it i got busted by falling off but still no strikes coz i paid with marker

for this glitch you just need condition 2. its in the rosewood district so you dont need to unlock snything. sorry if im late i jsut tried to help

Ik it's 2 years later but on the GameCube on condition 5 does the helicopter leave it's spinning rn in a circle and won't leave it's been 10 minutes
