It should work you can't use junkman parts in career mode if yı didn't picked them from blacklist races but you can use them in my cars they're just for quick race but I hope you tried in career mode if it's not like that it's too bad
open your game and before pressing enter or any other key type the cheat and u are done if the cheats doesnt work then restart pc and retry if still doesnt work then download another version of the game
A little curiosity its that some cheats like "givemethegto" was available in the game the problem its that this one it was only available in the demo version of PC.
