Thanks Buddy. My dishes have been looking awesome for months so I figured it was time. It’s been over 5 years since it was cleaned during a repair so first time I’ve done it and it all went according to your advice
So glad I found this video. You explained every step perfectly and it was easy to follow along. I had my dishwasher taken apart, cleaned and put back together in less than 30 min! Thank you! 🙌
Along with all the others, I want to thank you so much for making this video. I really appreciated the close ups of the clips that you did so I knew exactly where to press. Tell your kid you are a super star!! I found a small piece of hard plastic, along with a pretty big chunk of glass, along with all the guck! Done in less than an hour and now the dishwasher is running an empty cycle to clean up the washing I did inside the dishwasher. Again - thank you so much!!
Thank you for an excellent video with simple instructions and great visuals. You have made the experience of dismanteling and cleaning deris from various parts to access a gunky debris filled filled filter quick and painless!
Thank you very much Yong. Your video is very detailed and lot of help. I was about to spend $1200 on new dishwasher but you saved me the $$$$$. I never knew if my Maytag can be cleaned and was grossed to find out why it wasn't cleaning well. Thanks Again for your help.
The real valuable information is at 5:40 and that little rubber flapper after having my spray arms clogging for over two years this man shows what 4 repair man couldn’t find. My rubber flapper was broken off. Seven days until I get the new part , part #w10591540, so I I am temporarily reattaching the flipper with gorilla glue I don’t know how to work.
Just a comment to help others: the screen on the accumulator (big circle piece) looks like it comes off to be cleaned inside. Instead it’s glued on so if you try to pry it off like I did, you will need to order a replacement part!
Thanks for the video, I have done the filter before but not the other two parts on the bottom. I have a tip for what I do when cleaning the fine screen. I soaked and gently scrubbed and rinsed until is was all released. It took a couple of try's to get it all off. Great video!
Appreciate the info. Just cleaned it and lesson learned. Wife left salmon skin and clogged up filter. Pump made a loud buzzing sound bc it wasnt recieving enough water similar to a pool pump without water.
Really helpful. Thank you! I love your little helper in the background too. Just think of it this way, next time you can get her to clean it too since she knows so much about it now.😊
Thank you so much for this video!! My dishwasher was so dirty. How do I clean the inside of the round filter that has the mesh film on it? I can't seem to get in there properly.
Great video! I just took mine apart (same model!) It is a pain in the butt to take it apart/put it together when I WASN'T trying to record the process...LOL GREAT JOB! GREAT VIDEO!
Thank you soooo very much! Just a few pieces of stuck shredded chicken can really kick up a stink! We don’t eat a lot of stringy beef but I bet it would do the same. Like other commenters, I struggled but never really got the non-removable filter/screen clean.
I double checked and can confirm it couldn't be lowered. First there is no mounting point, second if it lowered the water inlet for shelf/rack will be off the position.
Please help! 😬 When I put the fine screen disk back in then the water pipe, the pipe presses down on one side of the disk, lifting up the front side of the disk from the pressure of the pipe. This causes the water spinner to rub on the metal cap. What am I doing wrong? All the small tubes are lined up correctly
If i understand correctly, Two things i could would check. First, is the base properly installed? Check video at 4: 38. It need a twist to fully secure in the position. Second. Is the tube completely plugged in and all the clips are working properly. Hope it helps!

Thank you because I was trying to figure out how to take it apart! Thank you!!
I'll have to order a replacement at some point because mine is nasty inside.

Leaking dishwasher fixed! Thanks VERY much!
Wow, thanks for really getting down into it!!! Great video. Now, I'm afraid what I'm going to find when I do mine. hahah
Thanks for the vidéo! I just dont get how you clean the mesh thing… it does not open dans gunk is still stuck inside
THIS WAS VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU YONG LIANG.
Does anyone know how to get the fine fabric filter clean?? There’s debris trapped inside but it doesn’t seem to come apart.
I just use high pressure spray tap water blowing it back and forth. It took some time, but works
Thank you!!
Thanks to your excellent video, I was able to clean mine out! Thank you!
Thanks for this video. I have this exact model. Does it allow the upper rack to be adjusted down to a lower position?
I double checked and can confirm it couldn't be lowered. First there is no mounting point, second if it lowered the water inlet for shelf/rack will be off the position.
Thanks for making this video, mine is older than yours but looks very similar.
Thank you so much saving a single mom at least 400$
Very helpful Yong. Thanks for sharing.
