Long-term, I couldn't agree with Ken more on this point, regarding the current market conditions. You can play around (with buying) short-term, maybe, but there is not a lot there to be played with, atm ^^

Yes, I thought Ken was surely going to make the DCA comment today - it's proven. We're down a lot ,.may go down further, but if you sit on a wad of cash, why not step in with 5-10 % each month ? And if you think recession is going to last for 1,5-2 years - stock bottom is often reached early on, so spreading your buys over a year would seem like a good strategy, you're likely to catch the best of the dip.

Honestly want to understand how you feel now that Tesla has rocketed up, assuming you're still not invested? Are you sticking to your convinction that a severe drop/buying opportunity will be available?

it's so hard to contain the urge to join the fomo with what the new year rally with crypto and stocks right now, every bulls is kinda celebrating and hoping that this is the start of the bull market. Sadly the current market situation doesn't really improves yet. It's nice to see video content like this to open our eyes with whats really happening in the market so that we will not fall into the fomo madness.

If you have debt, chances are that paying it off will get you better than a 4% cash on cash return.
