The thought of retirement makes me cry. My apologies to everyone who have retired and filing social security during this time after putting in all those years of work just to lose everything to a problem you never imagined to happen. It’s so difficult for people who are retired and have no savings to fall back on.

CG forgot his own fundamental rules (1) Time in the market beats timing the market (2) Don't fight the Fed (3) Do the opposite of what "they" tell you to do.
      (1) His multiple attempts to short or long TSLA has failed miserably in the last many months. If he had stuck to dollar cost averaging, he would've gained a lot by now (2) He himself has admitted that Fed are fear mongering and keep talking about QT (quantitative tightening) but not really doing so, why? Because elections are coming in 2024 and Fed are committed to manufacture a soft landing. A hard recession will be the last resort they'll go to (3) Look at all the mainstream media, they're all screaming market will crash, what does it tell you? They want retail to be scared and keep sitting on the sidelines. This sitting around becomes a habit before you know it and a few months later a bull market can come out of nowhere, especially if Russian war finishes soon.
CG himself used to preach "Even God can't beat DCA". So, is he smarter than God now?

OK, I invested into TSLA at $105 and have a return of 80% in one month. Yep it wasn’t risk free but now I can wait for years to another opportunity while you are collecting your 5% return 😅. BTW: Because there is this guaranteed, safe 5% return money goes out of stock. That is true. But that is exactly why you should not buy it and buy stocks instead. Why? Because it will change in a year or two and all this money will come back to stock market searching for yield and return there! And they will have to pay over each other to get it from investors who bought stock when it was unpopular. That way you can lock high yields and high future capital returns when stocks are down.
