I think I'll be more suited to an older, more mature Filipina, who's hopefully got past much of these crazy behaviours. My idea of retirement, is an easier, stress free time.
#TheFilipinaPea ❤️ Thank you my favourite vlogger In The Philippines. Should have had this vlog in 2013 it's would have saved me a lot of pain. Lol 🤣🤣😆 but you was a teen in 2013 I suppose 😋. Now I am just in love with The Philippines not a Filipina in a nice way 😅👍😎. A makuliit gringo and a makuliit filipina makes a perfect storm in a teacup.😁
Dealing with the family? Ignoring face saving lies? Accepting childish behavior? Maybe so. But being punished for watching Filipina PEA videos is where I draw the line!
I finally met my Filipina in person after 2 years.OMG.You are right bout ewerything but she analyzed me i opened for her in the beginning of the online relationship and now this is the game of cat and mouse and im most of the time the money giving mouse.Coz i fall in love on her and shes know that and playing by shes rules. You are right.Whatewer i will deal with her coz im getting tired to involve in annother relationship search....She will be ok not more than that.I should not search for Filipina but what happened happened.
29 years old, Filipina is 25 years old. Met my Filipina a few weeks ago after being long distance since 2019. Absolutely love her and she has made me feel right at home in this beautiful country. She is Godly, beautiful, affectionate, feminine, traditional and everything a man could want in a woman. I've extended my stay until at least November. You only live once right?
Hello FP, If the majority of Filipinas' were like you, Airlines would have to add to their fleet to accommodate the hoards of men leaving for your shores. Your, 'sex appeal', humor, intelligence, understanding of men, business savvy and people skills are exemplary. Also, congratulations on building a home for your family. You are truly an amazing woman who apparently can accomplish anything. You set the 'bar' very high. I am a huge fan and I learn much from your videos. There may very well be a Philippines trip in my future.....
OMG! When we were first married I couldn't even go to a female checker at grocery store without her getting so jealous and mad it was scary. Things have gotten markedly better in the 19 years since.
I dealt with that at the beginning. I told her that jealousy demonstrates a lack of trust and I won't stick around in a relationship without trust. Been there, done that.
That's the opposite of my wife, she is not into the affectionate, and not into the jealous either. I'm more of a useful idiot at her service most of the time. I don't mind to much though, she's a pretty little gal half my age and she gave me two beautiful daughters to be very proud of and keep me occupied.
My parents have both passed away. My mother in law is the sweetest lady in the world. Of course we support her financially. She is my mother. It is my duty as a son. I first started communicating with my wife In August 2010. in October, I traveled to the Philippines to meet her and her three kids I stayed for four weeks. That was the best time of my life. I went back home and started the 90 day visa process. She and the kids arrived August 2011. We have been married since then. She works at the same place I do. The oldest daughter joined the Navy in October 2012. She was recently accepted to dental school. Our son is in IT. My youngest daughter is a nurse. I will retire in five years. We will rotate between the states and the Philippines. Is it worth traveling half way around the world to meet your soulmate. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mabuhay
I met my fiance six years ago before Covid. I just left there two weeks ago. going back in July. We love eachother and are going to marry. I'm excited about out relationship. The kids love me and I love them.
so uhmm, it kinda reads like your wife was a single mom of three when you met. That doesn't sound very traditional to me but I'm glad it all worked out for you guys still
I've started a long-distance relationship with a Flipina girl. I love her. She's everything I want. The cons don't scare me. I want to be with her, and she wants to be with me. She is so kind and supportive it sometimes makes me cry
The day I met my Filipina, she asked If I would like to go to her province and meet her parents, I agreed, and I met her Mom, Dad, 3 brothers, her sister, and her 2 1/2 year old baby. They invited me into their house and started feeding me, lol. Her whole family, including all of her relatives and neighbors all approved of me, and loved me. I then travelled there 8 times in 2019 alone. And before you start... They never asked me for anything at all. This relationship lasted for 2 1/2 years, and it was wonderful. I am moving to the Philippines this summer to retire. I love the people, food, and the culture.
It's nice they were all friendly but yea she was a single mom. Also interesting that your relation lasted as long as her baby's age at the time of meeting.
Again another honest video presented by you. After dealing with Filipinos while I was there visiting the Philippines, I find what you say to be true. Thanks for being honest in your videos and not just presenting false information for viewers. My hat's off to you
@@TheFilipinaPea For a lot of people a good reputation is all we have. It's the hardest thing to get, and the easiest thing to lose. So you really have to make sure you keep it once you have it.
Here's a rule that applies for anybody looking for a woman in a serious relationship; doesn't matter what culture she comes from. Find out what her attitude toward her father is. If the father was a good example of how a man should be; and she has a good relationship you are likely going to do well. If her father was a disaster, or left the family when she was young, and she doesn't like him; find another woman. It's not her fault but those issues will be transferred to you
Thanks for the advice. This is a valid and good point. Her perception of her father usually carries over to the expectation she has in her future spouse.
Absolutely on point Pea...The pros of living with a Filipina far outweigh the cons. At the end of the day we all just want to feel loved and valued. Love in the Philippines is definitely the perfect place to find that. Great video my friend ❤️
With all the info you have taught over the years about the Philippines I feel I have earned my Masters Degree....l feel ready to pursue a new life and happiness there ....great video!!....love how you take that dress to a new level.
@@TheFilipinaPea Lol 😂🤣😂. Love you kita kaibigan you decode why a lot of relationship failed 😁. Your school should have started in 2013 I would have graduated with MSc😁😂🤣. Congratulations on your new house by the way 🏘️. #Maligaya😎
This was such a good video , my number one con was the family at first but now it’s my number one blessing . My Filipina was widowed and has four children and a mother and I’ve been interviewed by them all . My girlfriend is also an OFW and I’ve traveled to Singapore twice to be with her and of course all of her friends interview me and I’m sure they have inspected me closely for her . In my case the pros definitely outweigh the cons .
I understand the culture of taking care of your parents. As a divorced man, it's a deal breaker. As always, thank you for the great information, and take care. Joe.
I repeat myself, Sweet Pea; I don't know how you can produce and present two videos each week with such pertinent, well-researched, thorough, and entertaining subjects. It makes me tired just thinking about such a workload. You are the best.
I recently got engaged to a filipina and we're working on a k1 visa. Your videos helped a ton these past several months. Also her family was very kind and welcoming, but man did they try to dig up my past like you said. Mind you I'm 30 and she's 28, so I'm probably a lot younger than most white men they see. So I don't have any divorces or criminal records behind me. Also the tampo is real! We both laugh about it since I know what to do from your videos. Thanks Pea!
I have a couple of questions. First, do Filipinas make good wives? Second, do they like conservative, old school, Christian white guys? Third, what are some good sites to meet them on? I’m 18, but I would love to marry a Filipina. I don’t want to marry a western woman.
It's good to know about everyone , so thank you for telling and teaching us who will Marry some of The Most Beautiful Women in The World . Please Teach your Female Friends to Value and Appriciate your Beauty , and be GLAD that you DO NOT have blonde hair and blue eyes , Your Brown Hair and tan skin is what is so Beautiful .
I've said it before but I have to say it again: Always thoughtful/useful info and always entertaining. You had me LOL at the Gilligan's Island reference. Thanx Pea !!
Miss Pea, you absolutely nailed my Filipina's habits...Honestly my girl's cons are minimal compared to her wonderful qualities..if I can share a few cons? 1. My girl allows some traditional superstitions to guide her daily life. 2. She is self conscious of what others may have to say for dating an old foreigner-me 3. She seems to enjoy joining the chismes within our neighborhood. PROS: besides assuming the more traditional female rolls, she's always thinking on what else she can do to express her love...example, besides the cooking, her mind is on full warp mode to find out what it is I need to do and she'll do it for with a smile before I do it...cleaning my shoes, folding my cloth, getting a glass of water for me when she thinks I need it, the list goes on..it's like a dream to be attended hand and foot without me saying a single word...it's as if she reads my mind and then does it for me....I can go on writing pages about these things but you get the picture...SHE CAN READ MY MIND....it's another pro...I have never in all my years experienced this much attention...it's AMAZING!!!!! how she makes me feel...oh God, I'm in heaven!!!! 😍
I have a couple of questions. First, do Filipinas make good wives? Second, do Filipinas like conservative, old school, Christian white guys? Third, what are some good sites to meet them on. I’m 18, but I would love to marry a Filipina. I do not want to marry a western woman.
You absolutely speak with such an attitude of success, it is easy to stay tuned in. Thank you so much for your candor and your consideration of the overall picture of what you present.
I have or rather married for 52 years and my best friend has never opened up on they way she thinks about herself or her friends about men. smiled all the way through your vid. It feels good to see someone shine a little light on the fairer sex. Made my day.
I like this video Pea, except I am in a little different situation I am 67 and my Filipina is 59. We have talked about many things, and she is a widow of a part time foreigner husband, She does not have any children, and she doesn’t want any. I am happy with our LDR, and planning to move to Guihulngan in the spring of 2023 to get our relationship going in the right direction. I felt that there are many beautiful women in the Philippines, and even the older ladies are beautiful, and what I felt from here very beginning more in touch with each other better. Thank you Miss Pea for the gift of helping us understand the ways of the Filipina. The subject you have never investigated is the one I am having a relationship with an older Filipina. Not all of us are talking to just the younger ladies
Hoping for a video on why YOU wouldn't get married in the Philippines if you were a foreign man, Pea... You touched on it briefly around 14:55 and we would love to hear more.
Summary (For easier reading): Cons: 1. The pressure given by Filipina family --> Which could severely damage your relationship 2. False signs of attraction --> Any words/expressions made prior to stable relationship physically are untrue. It is normal for her to have multiple partners till she found the one. 3. Lies to many issues --> Could be minor or major events that could affect you psychologically or financially. 4. Immature and childish way of acting & thinking --> E.g. Tampo 5. Manipulative characteristic --> Easily jealous and can access your personal belongings, including messing up your social relationship with friends or female colleagues. 6. Insistent attitude towards having kids without considering the perspective from her spouse. 7. No accountability on issues --> Blaming everything on other people for their own mistakes/shortcomings. Pros: 1. Clingy 2. Higher tendency to dress more formally than foreign women. 3. Interested in short term enjoyment --> Not interested in long term plans 4. Interested in doing domestic roles (Can save cost for hiring a cleaner? Can save time and effort of not required to clean and cook after a long day at work?) 5. Desperate in wanting kids ---> Not questioning you about the costs and sacrifices expected unlike foreign women who loves future planning. 6. Lower cost of dating compared to foreign women 7. Lower risk compared to foreign women because prenup is harder to overturn compared to foreign countries. (I would say depends on situations. Best to clarify this with your lawyer friend as I believe that any cause of infidelity or involvement of kids may still have a chance of overturning the prenup agreement.) --> In addition, some marriages in PH are automatically registered in other countries who hold diplomatic ties as they have foreign embassies. While this may be true in PH, foreign legislations could still hold the foreigner accountable. In this context, the foreign jurisdiction directly binds and controls the assets and capital of the foreign guy, do you still believe he can simply escape? 8. Indecisive on breakfast, lunch and dinner plans. 9. Silently grudging with things that you did around the house without direct confrontation like other foreign women. 10. Lower expectation of their spouse unlike foreign women.
Thanks for this...this video is a remix of her previous videos, which are all good. For me, the immaturity and tantrums/tampo are the worst. Of course not all are like this, but the two I have met in real life, wow, so much drama.
Great video once again, Pea! But only one thing I may disagree with. When a Filipina looking for a foreigner, so many do are wanting to be jetting around the world. I have been on filipino dating sites and soooooo many profiles of filipina say "I want to travel" or "I love traveling" when they probably have barely been out of their own province or "I want someone to travel the world with". I have actually passed up on contacting those Filipina. Im an average guy with an average income. Im not rich and jumping on a plane to go somewhere exciting every couple of months. I also think many of these Filipinas do not understand how hard westerners work for their money. If you are a business owner, it's difficult to leave the business. If you work for a company, you get anywhere from 2-4 weeks off a year only. I think many of the Filipinas who still live in Philippines are misinformed that all westerners are rich. They hear stories of someone who met a rich foreigner and traveling, boating, beaches, nice restaurants, expensive clothes, bags, jewelries, and perfumes. Just like what I see on 90 day fiance, many foreign women come here and do not understand these things and get angry because they do not get them. Then, the marriage is over before it began. But this is my experience. I hope one day I get the one how you explained...a nice calm and relaxing life! lol Thank you again for your awesome videos!
Good thoughts. I had a similar thought about liking to travel when they havne't seen much of the Philippines yet. Maybe they mean want to travel instead. My wife likes to travel and now I do too. Filipinos do believe that there are no money worries in this country. It grows on trees. It is maybe impossible to change that thought for them.
A lot of Filipinas or Filipinos live in theirs natural bubble paradise Islands 🌴🏖️🌄🏖️ and have zero Idea of the grinding work life in the.west to earn $¥€£ money. If you are the travel wanderlust type and end up showing up in The Philippines or. Asia in general their immediate warped assumption is that you are a "Rich Gringo" but in a strange way you are "vacation millionaire" lol when you consider your spending power to the average earnings of a #workingclass pinoy or pinay. However make no mistake there are lots of wealthy Filipino and Filipinas that will intimidate any foreigners I call these classes of Pinoys the 10 percenters that are movers and shakers of the Philippines. A lot the working class Pinoys or Pinays want a better life and their is nothing wrong in that it's just that some of them use deception to climb out of poverty and trample on people basically abusing your trust and kindness.
Thank you for sharing this info pea I appreciate this info very much it was informative 😎 thank you for everything you do I’m learning more about the Philippines and Filipina 🇵🇭 everyday when I watch your channel
Hi Pea, I started to watch your channel recently while separating from a bad 33 yr marriage. I decided to put a profile on Thaicupid yesterday and got over 100 messages. I specifically mentioned that I'm looking for a woman over 40. I got a message from a Filipina 30 years living in Cebu. She is beautiful and way out of my league. I was being polite and tried to answer most of the messages. The beautiful lady from Cebu hasn't stopped messaging me. She asked me to set up on an app so we can video chat. I mentioned that I've to go to dinner with my family and I'll set it up tomorrow when I have time. She won't stop and is trying to guilt me into giving in. Wow, exactly like your videos on how scammers and how clingy Filipina are. Thank you for your videos, it may have saved my life savings.
My Filipina wife has half the characteristics you describe for taking the blame. She will almost always force me to make the decision so she never takes the blame, but when she actually is to blame she owns up to it.
Thank you for this video. Very well researched. No need to have any unchaste comments. Your humour and intelligence is far more feminin. Keep the Faith, pray the Rosary and be a saint. God bless from Ireland.
I have be watching you and others I the Philippines. You make want to pack up and go live there. I don’t think I could take the heat but the thought of a wife and life you talk about would make it all worth it.
@@kendonius4928 Hi Ken I believe from vlogs I've seen that Valencia is quite a bit cooler as it's higher up. I also believe that up in the north of the country in the mountains you will also find cooler areas. I think a great idea when you go there is to travel around a few different places before you choose one to settle in.
Oh my ! She's absolutely genius 100% truthful I have a feeling a lot of people get upset with this smart woman sharing her knowledge and experience! Keep up the fantastic knowledge

PEA: As always you've given the uncomfortable truth (with the cons), along with the comforting truth (the pros) all wrapped up with your brand of humor. Well done. Women around where I live in Canada, are extremely superficial. they want the pretty-boy, and he'd better be rich as well. Yet when you ask them what kind of guy they are looking for, they all say the same thing, "I want someone that is fun to be around! Someone who can make me laugh! someone who will treat me as an equal." Yet in reality, when guy goes up to them and makes them laugh through casual conversation, if he isn't the best looking guy in the establishment, and doesn't have the thickest wallet, she brushes him off like he is the identical twin to the Hunchback of Notre Dame. The biggest problem about the Pretty-boys, and the rich boys these women go after is, they are the ones that have more of a chance to run around with any woman they want because of their looks or financial portfolio. However the below average and average looking guys are usually happy they have someone and are most likely to stick around a woman that treats him properly. Same goes with the wealthy guys, they run around on their girlfriends more often than the guys who don't have that much in the bank. they can't afford to go "docking their boat in other harbors" Even though any person can be unfaithful to their significant others, the more options the person has laid out at their feet, the higher chance they are going to pursue other ventures. It's just the law of averages that works this one out. the only variable is the actual person's personality, bank of morals, and personal value structure that makes the difference. Dealing with negatives to have some positives in relationships is just the norm, in my opinion. It's the YING AND YANG of relationships. It can't always be good, and it can't always be bad, there's a balance if you really look at it long enough, and it's something we as people just have to accept if we want ot have the company of another person for a lengthy period of time.
I want to emphasize the guys "stick around a woman that treats him properly". The Filipina Pea might not know this coming from a female perspective, but as a guy I can say the way a man is treated is a HUGE deal. Yes, one of the biggest things men want has to do with looks, but men who want to settle down consider how they're treated VERY high and are not likely to get rid of a partner getting that right. They man might cheat or be imperfect in the relationship, but they'll keep the woman. It's the same reason they say a dog is a man's best friend. Guys usually value and reward loyalty!
@@somehacker9031 Something to point out as well is that men are attracted to many different types of women and are not near as picky as a woman is. Looks are important in the fact that there must be an attraction (physical) first. That being said if you ask a guy if a girl is attractive odds are that she will be attractive to a majority of guys.
I appreciate Filipinas for More than Physical Beauty or attractiveness. Their Spirits, Demeanor and Personalities in General, have always captivated me, and I have always felt the Most Compatiblility with Filipinas.
Pros and cons being with a Filipina just make it Life. like going to the Philippines there is many beautiful places but there are sad and scary places too. it's part of the package. if you want to date a Filipina remember to do one question at a time. wait until she answered your question. Filipinos will take the easy question. last whatever you think you know about a Filipina or the Philippines just let it go you are on a rollercoaster of life. only rule love her completely. sit back seatbelt on and enjoy your new life. thanks again Pea
@@mowtivatedmechanic1172 It's more they avoid embarrassing questions, ones where either you or she will lose face. Example: who is that young man who isn't your brother or cousin, and doesn't appear to have a wife/gf? Or (if she hasn't already mentioned her child) How many kids do you want to have? Other than that, I've never had a problem figuring out a Pinay, unless I lie to myself - that happens, too.
The Pea is a wealth of information. Support her fellas, she is an amazing resource! I have had experience in the Philippines and Filipina, and I'll say that these points seem very accurate. ;-)
Good evening Pea! Thank you for yet another splendid analysis, as per usual, and a very deep investigation in the Filipinas’ ways of life. More, I am sure that you just made a lot of “foreigners” very happy tonight Pea! So much precision and so many useful and eloquent informations! We can’t go wrong now! You are a valuable asset to your beautiful country 🇵🇭! After this video every available westerner knows the pros and cons but … the pros are so many that they would be mad not to chose a Filipina! Which was the idea at the first place anyway! 😂 By the way, I have just checked, and Mary-Ann shirt was less revealing than yours! Be careful, Gilligan could easily have a heart stroke … I nearly did! 😊😘
Great FP thanks for sharing this that is one beautiful beach 🌴 behind you love your hair its so long dont see that to often here in the states theres always pro and cons with anything in life
It's always good to be able to identify pros and cons and I'm sure this list will come in handy for a lot of people. It's important to draw up a similar list regarding life in the Philippines in general before choosing to relocate there. I rather suspect it is probably a good idea to not start a serious relationship until you've been there for some time so that you can get acclimatised and are able to spot some of the pros and cons mentioned in this video. It's especially important I think for both partners to be completely honest regarding their attitude to having children as this is going to cause friction down the line if they have different opinions on it - definitely not something for a Filipina to lie about

Thank you Filipina Pea Another great video telling the truth leaving the pipe bombs There is a huge difference between Western women American women And Filipina Women And you told it like it is And I'm grateful for that Information is the key what are you looking for A great woman In your life So you can have a great relationship long term forever
I've started dating a Filipina here in California, some thoughts. Beware if you get on their bad side! They can hold quite a grudge against you and spread bad news about you like wildfire throughout their social network of friends. Also, I sometimes like deep, philosophical conversations about life. The person I'm dating seem to have a more shallow, almost childish way of thinking, doesn't get what I'm saying or understand my sense of humor. She is a very strong Catholic, important for her to attend mass every Sunday. On the other hand, she loves to sing which I am very attracted to, dresses feminine, loves affection, and has fun parties with friends with food, singing, and dancing. Both good and bad things, not sure where this is all headed for me.
IMO this video is referring more to Filipinas in the south (Visayas, Mindanao). Many things are much different in Luzon. Also I think Pes is talking more about very young Filipinas. When I chat with Filipinas in the 35-50 year old range for example I notice families have much less influence. And in the north I run into professional Filipinas who own property and are making a good living. They ones I chatted with had all broken with their families because over time some family members had screwed them over on property transactions. IMO most of these issues can be avoided with a little rational thought when picking a Filipina. By far the biggest con is COMMUNICATION. She may speak very good English but there can still be huge misunderstandings because words can mean different things. Communication with a Western woman isn't good either. Add a different culture and non-native English an throw in tampo and face savings and it can be a trainwreck.
@@TheFilipinaPea Family members screwing each other over money is a really bad thing in general. I love my mother but l will never have monetary dealings with her if l can help it, and neither will my brothers.
I had a Filipino ex, and it's a hot and cold relationship. She is truly a good one like all the pros you said especially with keeping the ship clean and proper, but man oh man does she gets under your skin by not wanting to discuss serious topics that might lead to the slightest possible confrontation. Jealousy is almost everywhere, and she can flare up just by me being polite to a female customer (I use to own a bar). But at the end of the day, she is the one that really cares about ya and takes care of ya. Believe me sometimes I miss her too even after all these years, and no ex made me think like that.
Queen Filipina Pea: The desires and wonders of Filipina have always been a blessing for me since I was station there in the Philippines in 1991 at Clark Air Base, Philippines. Having been blessed to see Filipina around the world says something. Other Asian females like Japanese and Korean have not captivated me like Filipina. Of course being a American, the American females are going to be a part of your life but, once again. The thrill is not there with them. They are the most materialistic as well as most other western women. The Korean and Japanese can be too. Filipina are happy to be just with you period. Obviously, the drawback may be their family because, that is who and what they trusted in their life so much. So the American man and other foreigners have to earn their stripes with Filipina mothers and fathers in particular. I believe by communication and trying to be part of the coop family can help so much. Even though I married a Marshall Islands female who had Filipina ancestry, I did and know how family can be with you even if they are not with you in those Island days. Many Filipina are gracious with accepting many men if they are not attractive. Even though I think Filipina sometimes do not know how lovely, attractive they are to western men. They are top at that field in my opinion. When I arrived in the Philippines and saw so much physical beauty, I thought I went to heaven already. Plus, their English and intelligent is so great too. Just like you Filipina Pea, Intelligent, beautiful and lovely. I always love the looks of Maryanne but, you can give her a run that would put her in second place. I love this video of information. Thank you so much.
I been following you for a year I stay because you're very logical.that's the only thing I care about.is what makes sense. I agree with most of your views I have tried listening to other people including men and their views on the Philippines and they tend to be bitter and biased most of the time.i appreciate you
The "Out of Sight, Out of Mind" part is very true, it just wouldn't be guaranteed to be a committed and serious relationship if you aren't physically together. Words and experience from an online-dating Filipino, though you can always still try to stay as long as you can in the virtual relationship if you truly believe it will last, like my current relationship haha! Great content as always! ✨
We are human beings we get lonely. We can wait awhile like a year but if it is going past 2 years without seeing each other in person one or both may end up talk to another or maybe more than talking. It doesn't make them a bad person just human with needs.

My experience here in the Phil is that most people don't freak out about your vaccination status like Americans do, however you will need to get vaccinated if you ever want to visit.
That might be because it made you seen like you cared so little for her, that you would not take a vaccination so you could go and see her in a safe manner.
Pro: you have a dedicated partner for life, you have someone that will take care of you and the house and the family, you have someone that will try to better you Con: watch your sarcasm, don't eye wander too much or you will have to sleep with one eye open, if you go somewhere ask if she wants to come along don't just say I am going out be back soon, yes and the family, which her and I worked out prior. It's extremely difficult for a Filipina to visit and meet my family, difficult for her parents to meet my parents, go to a family reunion, etc. IMO it would be way easier if the Philippines had a stronger passport where if I met a lady we could simply book a flight and she could visit the US. And as a guy that splits my time in the US and Asia roughly 50/50 it would be great if she could do the same as easily as me.
I don’t know how I came across your channel, I am in USA but originally from India. I was flipping TH-cam channels for traveling to different countries in Asia probably on motorcycle. Somehow your channel came across in the search and I liked your style of presentation, very nice informative videos . … I am divorced but not looking , yet liked the information you provided. Not for a Filipina but I will visit the county may be next year. Keep up the good work 👍🏼👏🏼
I had two friends in the military who married young Filipina girls and when they reached the states, they both left their husbands and children. Now, I could understand leaving a poor marriage but not the kids.
When in the military and being overseas you always need to be very careful as a lot of women will just try to get with you so they can get the the land of the big px. This is more so in the countries with a low cost of living.
Hello Pea, I have watched a lot of your videos recently and at first I heartened by the words that you offered. Then I watched a video of you saying that there were certain things about our appearance that are big turn offs (overweight, bald spots, facial hair, etc.) and I lost all the hope that you had build up. Now in this video you are saying that those things don't matter as much. I feel whipsawed by perception that you are giving about physical looks. It is raising and dashing my hopes in turn and is confusing. Can you please clarify the stance from Filipinas on how physical looks ultimately matter to them? Is it really based on the physical looks or is it based on the matter of money? It's pretty much a truism the money can make any man look better to a woman but, I only make a moderate amount of money (slightly above average for my area) and am not horribly scarred or anything but, as an older man have the very things you said in a previous video were not attractive to Filipinas; well trimmed and kept facial hair, somewhat balding, and am not grossly overweight but, I'm not a trim and slim youngster. Can you help me see what a Filipina is looking for?
Bro, if you are old you should focus on your children instead of young and slick girls. If you missed that part - you missed the train. Search for happiness in high mountains and meditation. Even anyway, the goal of relationship is to reproduce. In your current state - what contribution to genetic pool you will make? Considering changing environmental earth conditions - nature seeks for superior individuals to survive coming challenges. Care about our species in general, not just yourself. You have to connect with your inner beast, reject the weakness. Forget love and comfort, feel eternal flames of war.
Having been stationed at Clark AB in the late 70's, (I was only 21), I appreciate the accuracy in your videos! The 15 months I spent there was amazing. I learned so much about the culture. It helped me deal with my own American culture in ways too numerous to list. Stats then were that almost 70% of single airmen, enlisted, and officers had paperwork in to marry a local national within the first 9 months of their tour. I came close, but returned home remaining single. Too funny that you now have the Junior Marcos as President, and I had the senior Marcos as President only under martial law back then. Everybody off the streets at midnight, or face arrest. We all felt like Cinderella turning into a pumpkin if we didn't' find the main gate or a structure of some sort to escape the night. Good times!
I’ve never dated a Filipino woman; but I’ve worked with many Filipino men/women over the years (I’m an RN). They have an incredible work ethic and warm attitude. ❤
Hello Pea, first thank you for all your videos. I started dating a married/separated Filipina online a bit more than a year ago, she is honest and never tried to hide that she was married and having 2 kids, we chatted online during 9 months and then i flew to her to meet her and her family, i was a bit scared because of all your videos, but she is really loving and caring and they made me feel home, we've been careful not showing us too much in public and really enjoyed meeting and discovering filipina coutume ect, it was during the elections. now i'm back in switzerland and we're trying to get her a visa to visit me here. I really found a pearl, and i was happy to say to myself: "no, she isnt like this" when i was watching your videos about being careful with this or this. we're gonna work on the annulment for her marriage, i really hope we can get this sorted out, i know it won't be easy, but we're ready to fight for it. Thanks again for all your videos, you're good help and good advice, i'll prolly post another wall once we will be married me and her.
Sounds a similar situation to mine, except I've not traveled there yet. She has a 2-yr old by a guy who was married with 2 kids of his own (and fathered a 3rd with his wife while this girl was preg). Not sure he is 100% out of her life yet, which troubles me a little. How was it, meeting her family for the 1st time? Good luck to you anyway.
In my country I've often heard sayings like "Women aren't meant to be understood, just loved" and "Happy wife, happy life". Judging from your videos, it looks like the Philippines take these sayings to a whole new level!
Please pay A visit to the Philippines 🇵🇭 it will change your mindset about women period. I use to frequent South America 👎🏽 Colombia/ DR/Panama. These females are so westernized it’s not even funny. I switched to the Philippines it was A culture shock and there is something for everybody whatever your preference. Pea told the absolute truth these women are taught at A very young age their roles as traditional women with MORALS. Take the trip, but be careful and try to stay away from the young women they’re the worst.
You are the BEST... lol. I respect your blunt honesty. I'm married to a Latina(off the boat), but I LOVE watching your videos for how you present the information!
I have to say pea i am truly lucky to have a filipina and bless to have find her ,,, is a blessing to get adopted by her clan ( family) 😆 what can i i say i guess im a lucky guy. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hey Pea my beautiful friend, Everything that you said is 100% true. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you my dear friend for sharing this awesome video. Please stay safe and healthy. And God bless you and your beautiful family always.
Hi Pea, I live here in America, and I just want you to know and everybody else that's a Filipino as once maybe it was the promised land in America it sure isn't now, we definitely have more crime than you could ever think about in the Philippines inflation is disastrous and horrible here, there is nothing good here whatsoever, now maybe someday that might change but for the next 3 years it's not looking good, 😂😂😂, I'm just trying to keep you and everybody else real about America, I know things here that would shock you now, but believe it or not it is not the promised Land hahaha, just wanted to let you know cuz I heard you say that 😂😂♥️
You don't know much about economics. It you think inflation and high fuel prices are disastrous in America, it will be doubly so in the Philippines. Biden's puppeteers are intentionally destroying America. But in the process, they are hurting the poor of the world first. Oil is an international commodity. The prices is the same all over the world except for additional taxes. For the average American, fuel expenses are a small part of the budget. Yes, when that doubles its hard. but the average Filipino does not have the budget when fuel doubles. This is going to hurt the Philippines much worse than the USA. Inflation in the US also hits those nations with strong ties to the dollar such as the Philippines. Sadly, much of the Philippines is going to be utterly devastated by the Lefts war on America. Unfortunately the Phil gov is leftist too. Super bad times are coming to the Phil. I am moving there to make a difference. But it will just be a drop in the bucket. If you live in the city, it would be good if you can move out. If you are planning to move to the Phil, stay out of the cities and find a good lawyer that can lock you into your own farmland. then learn all you can how to grow sustainably. Coconut trees are not sustainable for food, only for selling but that is going to dry up. My current place is very nice and safe in the USA. I live in a small town on acreage. I could live here with no worries till my death but I see the devastation coming to the Philippines and I want to go make a difference in as many lives as I can.
Thank a liberal/democrat for the mess . The antichrist anti american child grooming evil sick "*_# . Seeing what democrats are doing in USA reminds me of Sodom and Gomorrah. ....and that lot was removed so it could be destroyed .... The rapture/tribulation . But then it's still pretty normal in the Philippines compared to usa . But then thier is the "world economic forum" so , the pushing of the new world order and the vaxx ID etc etc .
Pea, I always hear about how Filipinas keep their youthful beautiful appearance into their later years. If that's true, it shouldn't be too hard to complete this request. Can you please do at least one or two interviews with beautiful, single, potential "Trophy Wife" level Filipina women aged only 40 years old and above. I've never seen an interview like this as the oldest women I've seen interviewed have been in their 30's and were already up against the wall. For men in the USA that don't really want a 20 something young immature woman and prefer the 40+ Trophy Woman, what are our true options in the Philippines? We Americans can find plenty of wall hitters with selfish attitudes and high expectations here in the USA.
You must’ve missed my interviews, Scott! If you go back in my catalog, you’ll find just about everything you want 😊 th-cam.com/video/-faynox981s/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/DTmUH02Eog0/w-d-xo.html
@@TheFilipinaPea Sorry Pea but I did watch these. As respectfully as I can say, these women are not 40+ attractive Trophy Wife type women. At least 2 are in their 30's. At least one was still married without her annulment. All 3 had hit the wall and none of them were "Trophy" material anymore. They might have had good attitudes but otherwise this is exactly what we can find here in America.
@@TomScott__ "Hitting the wall" and "attractive trophy material". I don't know what you're talking about. My partner of 7 years is 45 and still married because we opted not for annulment and for me she is a real beauty, in character as well in physics.
First trip to Philippines: "So nice you are helping me with chores." Second trip to Philippines: "Stop helping me with laundry the neighbors are gossiping I'm lazy"
Properly constructed prenuptial agreements, drafted by an attorney are as solid in the US as they are in the Philippines. However, cheap charlies who go out and buy forms and draft their own or who try to leave the spouse in destitution in case of divorce are NOT going to stand in most courts.
Communication is the biggest problem for me. Filipinos naturally hate confrontation. They rather it build up and come after you with machete. I use to tell my girl all the time, just talk to me I understand. But she always refused. Saving face is an understatement for Filipinos. You can catch your filipina in bed with another man, and she will blame you for coming home to early from work.
"You can catch your filipina in bed with another man, and she will blame you for coming home to early from work." Being with a woman who's mind works like this would drive me insane.
Same with most wahmyn. They do not want to be held responsible for their decisions and actions. They want the authority of men, the privilege of women, and the responsibility of children.
Sounds like a nightmare. I hate confrontation and drama, too, which is exactly why communication is very important to avoid small issues turning into big ones.
Unless you've passed through it very quickly, you've missed the biggest pro (in my books): the on-demand sex. Sure we love the whole package that make Filipinas so unique, but just *that* one point make us so stupidly happy that I'm sure 99% of guys going there for a partner decides to stay because of it. Just. That.
The ones that decide to stay because of it, are the ones that don't get it in their home country....& the ones that go to Asian countries, knowing they'll get it there. We can't get away from what is & what isn't.
@@TheFilipinaPea hold on just a second...tell me more about this 'on demand sex' ...who's doing the demanding, how'd you skip this obvious pro, and where do I sign up 🏃♂️✈️🛵😝
Are you sure it's "on demand?" Sounds harsh. Maybe "on request" or even "on tap?" Yes, it was an entrancing feature when I was there. Pinay seem to really enjoy sex, not use it as bait or manipulation.
Dating a Filipina is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you will get, but once you taste the sweet, delectable delights, those, sweets will "devour" you eventually 😆
I'm not even being rude dealing with Filipinas is like dealing with an innocent vindictive child with a pair of scissors in her hands waiting for you at almost all times and to even the playing field my own western brothers and sisters act like like toddlers on a temper tantrum at any moment they explode into some hairbrained rant the chronic depression and anger issues just make it more fun apparently I can't help but laugh at the hurdles I dodged by accident lol
I do like your honesty. Filipinas sound a bit scary yet alluring at the same time! I guess it would definitely add to the mystery of the relationship...Looking forward, as always, to the next video. Be safe, Ms. Pea.

I think I'll be more suited to an older, more mature Filipina, who's hopefully got past much of these crazy behaviours.
My idea of retirement, is an easier, stress free time.

Unless you’re Hindu 😂
are you planning on getting a k1 visa?
@@TheFilipinaPea Or Catholic. I hope I get better life after 😂
I also got a nice girlfriend I hope to propose her in some time.
That’s funny on so many levels. Because it typically takes so long to checkout too. 😇
Six months ago you were allowed to go within 6 feet of another woman without the jealousy? :P
@David Shafer, unfortunately I don't have 19 years of life to wait for jealousy to subside. I'm already an old geezer! LOL
Mabuhay
Amen brother! Wow! Yeah I’ll be going in August to meet my future wife. Not easy but worth it!
3 kids before marriage sounds like a red flag. Who are their fathers? Did you research that? That does not sound very traditional.
THE FOOD???? omg. Where do u come from that u think its good? I've traveled to 94 countries and PI food is second worst after Myanmar
It's nice they were all friendly but yea she was a single mom. Also interesting that your relation lasted as long as her baby's age at the time of meeting.

Thanks Robert! If I don’t paint an accurate picture, my reputation will suffer 👍😊
Sounds harsh but this rule can save your car from being keyed
Great point, Kevin 👍👍👍

Absolutely on point Pea...The pros of living with a Filipina far outweigh the cons. At the end of the day we all just want to feel loved and valued. Love in the Philippines is definitely the perfect place to find that. Great video my friend ❤️
The last item, looking past appearance, is the key. Makes it worth getting past PH issues.

I’m SO glad you were a good match with her family, Nuke 👍😊
By choosing a widow, you've found the one solid way to dating a single mother that has the real possibility of success. I wish you the very best.
I understand the culture of taking care of your parents. As a divorced man, it's a deal breaker.
As always, thank you for the great information, and take care. Joe.
Thank you for sharing an in depth perspective of the Philippine culture. Keep up the great work! I am weighing the pros and cons.
Thanks Joe! Looks like I’ll have to do the part 2 👍😊

I've said it before but I have to say it again: Always thoughtful/useful info and always entertaining. You had me LOL at the Gilligan's Island reference. Thanx Pea !!
Miss Pea,
you absolutely nailed my Filipina's habits...Honestly my girl's cons are minimal compared to her wonderful qualities..if I can share a few cons?
1. My girl allows some traditional superstitions to guide her daily life.
2. She is self conscious of what others may have to say for dating an old foreigner-me
Ever since I have met my Filipina I have been in heaven. I only wish I would have found out when I was younger what great partners they are .
I have a couple of questions. First, do Filipinas make good wives? Second, do Filipinas like conservative, old school, Christian white guys? Third, what are some good sites to meet them on. I’m 18, but I would love to marry a Filipina. I do not want to marry a western woman.
I think you’d make a great carpenter… you are so good at always hitting the nail square on the head. As always I really enjoy your Insightfulness

Yours is a very different situation, yes 👍❤️
Hoping for a video on why YOU wouldn't get married in the Philippines if you were a foreign man, Pea... You touched on it briefly around 14:55 and we would love to hear more.
Summary (For easier reading):
Cons:
1. The pressure given by Filipina family --> Which could severely damage your relationship
Tampo
Pros:
1. Clingy
2. Higher tendency to dress more formally than foreign women.
3. Interested in short term enjoyment --> Not interested in long term plans
4. Interested in doing domestic roles (Can save cost for hiring a cleaner? Can save time and effort of not required to clean and cook after a long day at work?)
5. Desperate in wanting kids ---> Not questioning you about the costs and sacrifices expected unlike foreign women who loves future planning.
6. Lower cost of dating compared to foreign women
Easier reading??! Easier than reading what, and while saying nothing more than drivel?
I agree 1000%
I've experienced this with my Filipina and I'm distancing myself
@@WhereNerdyisCool Filipinos in general are dramatic although shy to begin with.

Thank you. Your video was very informative. Mark from Las Vegas United States
If you know you know lol The word crops up again with scams Lol 😆😂🤣. Am I surprised? No.
My Filipina wife has half the characteristics you describe for taking the blame. She will almost always force me to make the decision so she never takes the blame, but when she actually is to blame she owns up to it.
sounds better to me than the woman always deciding but never owning up to a mistake (cough west cough)...
How is she in bed?
Thank you for this video. Very well researched. No need to have any unchaste comments. Your humour and intelligence is far more feminin. Keep the Faith, pray the Rosary and be a saint. God bless from Ireland.
I have be watching you and others I the Philippines. You make want to pack up and go live there. I don’t think I could take the heat but the thought of a wife and life you talk about would make it all worth it.
Pea or subscribers Is there any locations that are cooler in Philipines than Dumaguete/Cebu area?
@@kendonius4928 Hi Ken I believe from vlogs I've seen that Valencia is quite a bit cooler as it's higher up. I also believe that up in the north of the country in the mountains you will also find cooler areas. I think a great idea when you go there is to travel around a few different places before you choose one to settle in.

PEA:
As always you've given the uncomfortable truth (with the cons), along with the comforting truth (the pros) all wrapped up with your brand of humor.
Same goes with the wealthy guys, they run around on their girlfriends more often than the guys who don't have that much in the bank. they can't afford to go "docking their boat in other harbors"
Even though any person can be unfaithful to their significant others, the more options the person has laid out at their feet, the higher chance they are going to pursue other ventures.

Hahahahaha
Yup, only one question - over and over if necessary - until it’s answered 😂
Do they avoid hard questions? If so why do they do that? Is it a language barrier issue or are they just thinking?
@@mowtivatedmechanic1172 It's more they avoid embarrassing questions, ones where either you or she will lose face. Example: who is that young man who isn't your brother or cousin, and doesn't appear to have a wife/gf? Or (if she hasn't already mentioned her child) How many kids do you want to have? Other than that, I've never had a problem figuring out a Pinay, unless I lie to myself - that happens, too.
The Pea is a wealth of information. Support her fellas, she is an amazing resource!
I have had experience in the Philippines and Filipina, and I'll say that these points seem very accurate. ;-)

It's especially important I think for both partners to be completely honest regarding their attitude to having children as this is going to cause friction down the line if they have different opinions on it - definitely not something for a Filipina to lie about
It definitely IS better to wait till you’re here - just learn about the culture and the women first, and you’ll have a huge advantage 👍😊

So good to hear sound advice and information . If i can meet a woman half of you i would be joyous and happy about that .
Dude, you have the most important parts. Don't overthink.
@@MGJpredadorexactly, it mustn't be perfect
Family members WILL screw each other over, on that we agree 👍
@@TheFilipinaPea that's sh$&y and sad
Yeah.. in my place Luzon we have difference culture and point of views.. were more independent in living..
🙄

The "Out of Sight, Out of Mind" part is very true, it just wouldn't be guaranteed to be a committed and serious relationship if you aren't physically together. Good job! Stick to your beliefs, and don't let some looney liberal shame you into becoming another sheep like the rest of them.
Maybe you shouldn't be a dumbass and just get vaccinated.
My experience here in the Phil is that most people don't freak out about your vaccination status like Americans do, however you will need to get vaccinated if you ever want to visit.
That might be because it made you seen like you cared so little for her, that you would not take a vaccination so you could go and see her in a safe manner.

I see the Philippines Passport as a big negative. It's extremely difficult for a Filipina to visit and meet my family, difficult for her parents to meet my parents, go to a family reunion, etc. IMO it would be way easier if the Philippines had a stronger passport where if I met a lady we could simply book a flight and she could visit the US. And as a guy that splits my time in the US and Asia roughly 50/50 it would be great if she could do the same as easily as me.
if you are married, it is easy to get the green card where she can travel with you as you split your time.
If they had stronger passport they wouldnt be marrying you

Sure! Fridays video will be exactly what you asked for 👍👍👍
Bro, if you are old you should focus on your children instead of young and slick girls.

No one is perfect, It's more about learning to compliment each other.
In my country I've often heard sayings like "Women aren't meant to be understood, just loved" and "Happy wife, happy life". Judging from your videos, it looks like the Philippines take these sayings to a whole new level!

Hi Pea, I live here in America, and I just want you to know and everybody else that's a Filipino as once maybe it was the promised land in America it sure isn't now, we definitely have more crime than you could ever think about in the Philippines inflation is disastrous and horrible here, there is nothing good here whatsoever, now maybe someday that might change but for the next 3 years it's not looking good, 😂😂😂, I'm just trying to keep you and everybody else real about America, I know things here that would shock you now, but believe it or not it is not the promised Land hahaha, just wanted to let you know cuz I heard you say that 😂😂♥️
The USA peaked in 1973 and is on the way out now.
Stay out of the big city's. My little town is wonderful still. Sorry for your bad experience

Pea,
I always hear about how Filipinas keep their youthful beautiful appearance into their later years.

@@TomScott__ wow that's interesting....I'm sorry sir but what is Ur definition for trophy material can u pls enlighten me,tnx
@@TomScott__ "Hitting the wall" and "attractive trophy material". I don't know what you're talking about. My partner of 7 years is 45 and still married because we opted not for annulment and for me she is a real beauty, in character as well in physics.
It was that long beautiful hair that made him look. Nice video Pea.
First trip to Philippines: "So nice you are helping me with chores." Second trip to Philippines: "Stop helping me with laundry the neighbors are gossiping I'm lazy"
Hahahahaha
Yup, that sounds pretty accurate 😂😂😂
"You can catch your filipina in bed with another man, and she will blame you for coming home to early from work." LOL! Wow.
"You can catch your filipina in bed with another man, and she will blame you for coming home to early from work." Being with a woman who's mind works like this would drive me insane.
Haha to the last part . 🤣
You just brighten up my lousy day with that skit. Been down and now I've been brought back to life.
Just. That.
It’s a magnet, yup 😂
"on demand sex"... Yup, it would take a "pro" to meet your single most-wanted quality in a woman
Maybe "on request" or even "on tap?"
Yes, it was an entrancing feature when I was there. Pinay seem to really enjoy sex, not use it as bait or manipulation.
Hi pea, still binging & waiting for tomorrow's fresh one
Your binging is really helping!
🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Dating a Filipina is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you will get, but once you taste the sweet, delectable delights, those, sweets will "devour" you eventually 😆
Taster beware! 😂
Just as long as you don’t get a nut
Just wanted to say I love your content. Interesting and intelligent, and full of inside knowledge. Salamat. Mahalo and Aloha.
I'm not even being rude dealing with Filipinas is like dealing with an innocent vindictive child with a pair of scissors in her hands waiting for you at almost all times and to even the playing field my own western brothers and sisters act like like toddlers on a temper tantrum at any moment they explode into some hairbrained rant the chronic depression and anger issues just make it more fun apparently
I can't help but laugh at the hurdles I dodged by accident lol
Yup, it sure can be that way! 😂
Nice work FP. How about some more location vids. The other ones were very informative and a little kooky, not like the usual boring travel guides.
I don't know, there's no way I could let my wife's family would live in abject poverty . I couldn't stand not helping them.
Then you’re their new best friend 😂
Are there any potential wives that don't have a family in abject poverty?
I do like your honesty. Filipinas sound a bit scary yet alluring at the same time! I guess it would definitely add to the mystery of the relationship...Looking forward, as always, to the next video. Be safe, Ms. Pea.
