Having a third member on the call for color commentary is great. Having someone to bounce off of without revealing your strategy helps the conversation flow a lot more naturally. Keep up the great work! Saga has been excellent content, and it’s a highlight of my week every week.
Well that only outs it if Farfa put a second monster on the field and since Borrelend takes about 5 monsters to summon chances are you're not ending the turn with a second monster after summoning it at least not in sealed especially this early.
@@Syrinfox Sure but one or two turns isn't what usually matters in low powered sealed formats. Also Farfa has Borreload not Borrelend. Those are two very different cards.
I love how Doug pulled the nuts on the surface but in the deck profile is just like "Nah, it sucked". If he manages to go into it again, it might be a different story Gage's Spright Elf + Soul Scissors combo was super sick
Fun fact: Shark Stickers is actually based on a real-life fish called Remora Fish, which does have suction cups which it uses to grab a shark for protection and to grab the leftover food 😉
This was a really fun episode. I can already tell that the first banlist is gonna have so bombs put on it. Baronne and Exciton aren’t making it past the first banning and Spright Elf might not make it as well. Either way, I hope Gage has better luck with his pulls next week as his pulls today were rough.
Don't forget Borrelend. Basically we're banning the generics while almost every engine remains full power... Gage is losing every good card he owns though lmao
I think this is my favorite series, adding a third added an awesome dynamic where the spectator gets to have the same wild reactions we have to some plays and cards. Also watching farfa make fun of gages deck just get absolutely decimated by it immediately after was just to funny😂😂
Gage only getting the single guaranteed holo that comes in the last pack for his secret pack selection is crazy unlucky. Especially since the last card in the pack has boosted holo odds
Any time I see people in sealed running any sort of synchro strategy going "Yeah performapal celestial magician's terrible" I know for a fact they haven't read the card. This card's beyond crazy.
Writing this after watching the openings but before the duels: I fucking love how every single player has somehow built and entire deck around Monsters, Traps, and Spells each. Nymnym with his Borrelguard Dragon for defense while trying to set up his Phantasm Labrynth traps, Farfa with his Sky Striker spell and Mr. Zeef with Superheavy Samurai monsters. This was fated and/or scripted and i love it.
Farfa playing 5 vanillas functionally but he gets on Gage for running 2 Rokkets and then 2 normal traps that work with them AND the Lab stuff. Deserved this weeks outcome.
Dzeef and Nyhmnim. In real life, there is a family of fish called remora. They have an area on their body with suckers, so they can stick to bigger fish for various reasons. Shark Stickers with that "weird hat" is likely inspired by remora and the "weird hat" is most likely supposed to be those stickers.
I like how whatever Doug does to either Gage or Farfa fails to make even a scratch on the eternal battle between the latter two. When will they officially acknowledge his presence?
Did the 5th episode banning specifics came up during the live? Just in case, I would like to put my 2 cents on how I would do it: -assign "ban coins" equal to the games lost -spend 1 coin for a limit and 3 coins for a banning - no more than 3 cards added to the banlist per person, be it a limit or a ban -in case of an already limited card, it would be possible to spend 2 coins to make it banned instead. it would not count in the 3 cards limit -call the cards one at time, starting from who has the most coins. Ban first, than limits and in the end upgrades from limit to ban -reset the coins to 0 (coins not spent are lost) Ideally this would help reduce the entries in the banlist and add a certain tactical flavour to each choice (I would suggest to have a couple of ban/limit choices in reserve). Since there are 10 games per person in 5 episodes, 1 ban 2 limits per person can be expected on average (a little less for the first since there would be only 4 episodes worth).
i really actually agree with superheavy since it means if you pull a master pack wakaushi or something you now have a superheavy core for it when it likely wouldnt open the pack by that time otherwise
Funny how Gage pulled terribly from the Rokket/Revolver pack but pulled multiple cards Revolver played in the anime outside the pack (Mirror Force, Magical Cylinders). Also the series has come full circle with all 3 now having gone 0-2 one week thinking their deck was crazy
am i wrong or could zeef have made barron turn 1 in his second game summon a 4 egotist for 4 special the funny speed dude his effect to summon red eye dice modulate to lvl 2 barron?
I love how adding one more contestant leads to twice the drama.
Today I learned Gage hasn't realised that the guaranteed SR from opening 10 packs is always the last card in the last pack.
I've been playing since day 1 and today I learnt that as well I just never paid attention to it 😅
I don't follow gages channel, but in the last series he done with Doug didn't he say he never uses master duel? So it is understandable.
"Can we end on a holo?"
Today I learned Nyhmnim doesn't know what Remoras are, also nicknamed sucker fish.
I think he knows but he is referencing cyberknight8610

And we get Gage dueling without Cimo and his nonstop btching! Win win
28:06 cackled a bit when I realized the deck is titled, “Do not ask me how I out Borrelend” while Lava Golem is sitting right next to Doug’s webcam.
Well that only outs it if Farfa put a second monster on the field and since Borrelend takes about 5 monsters to summon chances are you're not ending the turn with a second monster after summoning it at least not in sealed especially this early.

@@MeriliremNo, he’s got Borrelend
@@Meriliremhe has Borrelend
@@Merilirem He already got borrelend in a previous episode.
I like how each of them have a crazy extra deck boss. Gage has Spright Elf, Farfa has Evilswarm Exciton Knight, and Doug has Baronne de Fleur.
Baronne is the only one I see as a real boss, exciton not really cuz of his atk, and not elf cuz it’s more of an extender
I love how Doug pulled the nuts on the surface but in the deck profile is just like "Nah, it sucked". If he manages to go into it again, it might be a different story
Gage's Spright Elf + Soul Scissors combo was super sick
the amount of whiplash going from gage's pulls to doug's pulls is enough to get a civil suit filed against crush cards
Now nobody will ever laugh at me again :)
No we'll still laugh at you It's funny
see you episode 5 gage :)
Bro i am cheering for you
Theres some karmic justice for farfa clowning on you the entire match only to lose to what farfa belives is the worst strategy ever.
You are such a fun Co host.
3rd episode and each player has already gone 0-2 in the series. We got us a GAME folks
the three people dynamic in this series is so much fun honestly feels like prog playoffs in all the best ways
this episode has legitimately been a lesson to everyone to NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOLLOW YOUR HEART, EVER!!! Good lord.
18:37 Borrelguard doesn't seem that bad on sealed as it you need non-destruction removal to get rid of it
Borrelguard is absolutely an asshole in Sealed. If Gage can find a consistent way to get him out, Doug and Farfa are gonna be in trouble.
Farfa had exactly the trap he needed set to deal with it, but other than that it seemed very strong.
Hearing farfa say please don't kill me after ripping his deck so much is like music to my ears
Fun fact: Shark Stickers is actually based on a real-life fish called Remora Fish, which does have suction cups which it uses to grab a shark for protection and to grab the leftover food 😉

Feather Duster and Torrential Tribute (Doug's pick) are also toast.
Don't forget Borrelend. Basically we're banning the generics while almost every engine remains full power... Gage is losing every good card he owns though lmao
I have made garlic bread especially for this. I hope the duels are good!
I made a bowl of pasta especially for this. I hope your bread is good!
You make enough for everyone? 😮
@@Atlas.Brooklyn It really is, would probably go perfectly with your pasta!
@@gligarguy4010 I made 8 half-slices. So it sorta depends on how many there are
The duster moment on its own is worth
The moment I saw that 7th pack I literally yelled out DOUG DYNASTY and probably woke my entire street up with that one 😅💀
Gage is such quality content in this series, with Farfa heckling from the peanut gallery
The karma in this episode was absolutely beautiful. Cheaters don't prosper Farfa
Gage was literally revolver with his out of pack pools
BRO THE MOMENT DZEEF SUMMONS GEO TRANSVERSER I LAUGH MY ASS OFF SO FKIN HARD LMFAOOOO
I think this is my favorite series, adding a third added an awesome dynamic where the spectator gets to have the same wild reactions we have to some plays and cards. Also watching farfa make fun of gages deck just get absolutely decimated by it immediately after was just to funny😂😂
Soul Scissors control goes unexpectedly hard LMAO.

But most of them have been relying on backrow in the previous episodes for removal and celestial does nothing against that.
Love how no one brought up gages mirror force pull lol
5:10 that was a perfect pog damn
I know people meme on Speedroids but they really are good at synchro spam. A single Terrortop can make Blazar or 1 Baron + Crystal Wing
absolutely insane the amount of pack/card overlap the three of them got.
the raw emotion when tri-eyed crushed farfa's soul :'(
Gage has been best addition to this series
"no one ever summoned borrelguard dragon" all empty jar players in shambles, all 2 of them
Gage is like that guy you have at locals who says "I was literally winning" and was like 0:4 at the end.
Farfa actually pulled 3 cards in the master paxk that you play in metaphys lol

I need MBT to change his sub sound to Doug going "Oh my God yes OH MY GOD YES"
Or "Fabled! "
The floating Rokkets seems good with Torrential. You don't care to destroy your own monsters, you just get more during the end phase.
That Stella clip was amazing. Great job on the editor.
Every week, I feel like I have to like the saga videos twice cause theyre so good
Watching each of them take turns talking shit only to get utterly donked is hilarious.
The thumbnail makes it look like Gage is wearing a helmet.
We must protect Gage's mind for the sake of content.
really like these style of videos where you draft cards from packs you open
Dzeeff's Fabled callouts never cease to amaze me.
Gage with his kitchen sink again
when you notice joshua schmidt during farfa's deck review and a mathmech card on the screen
Farfa playing 5 vanillas functionally but he gets on Gage for running 2 Rokkets and then 2 normal traps that work with them AND the Lab stuff. Deserved this weeks outcome.

I love this series. That's it. It's peak!
Just realized that Baronne is a wind. Making it thematically appropriate for dzeefs deck lmao.
Can't wait for Saga season 5. I'm sure all their decks are even more powerful than last season's again...
...right?
So at this point everyone has went 0-2 at some point which is hilarious to me😂
2:55 There's an even more evil baby.
Doug's reaction to Baronne was golden!
9:03 CRUSHCARDS IS BASED UMMM HELLO? BASED DEPARTMENT? IMMENSELY BASED
I'm fucking losing it. But it's just true
Not UCT?
I like how whatever Doug does to either Gage or Farfa fails to make even a scratch on the eternal battle between the latter two. When will they officially acknowledge his presence?
57:22 Tri-eyed Dice is underrated
THE END CUT LMAOOO
I refuse to believe dzeeff pulled baronne??? like no way that's the best synchro he could have gotten
dzeef singg handedly revolutionised ygo entertainment on yt
Arguably so did cimo with Progression and Gage with Sealed Only - I agree with you though, Master Saga is the best thing since sliced bread.
28:59 Duelling Starts
21:33 I’m like “well that’s the season finale, what’s the plan for saga s6?”
i haven't watched this series in months. I can't believe it's season 5.
I fucking love Fiend Soup, if Gage can somehow unlock the BA or Unchained packs he's set for life.
Between Dzeeff and Gage, three Susanowo's were pulled this episode. Gotta love Farfa cheating with the reveal that Gage opted not to, lol.
All three players pulled a Witchcrafter this week. What could it mean?
I see what you're doing, Gage on the traps, Farfa on the spells (or was it the reverse?) and you Mr. Zeef going into SHS for the monsters...
Welcome back to master saga season 5! The classic series of Dzeef vs farfa! Gage is also here :)
Mr zeef gonna be out here lookin like a speedy samurai, tsx1 is super heavy because of all the L's he's gotta carry.

This is a great season of master saga
So satisfying watching farfa getting karma’d by Labrynth at home
The Baronne was the luckiest pull!
It's nice that this season it's always 3 matches.
Spell deck vs trap deck vs monster deck 😂
i really actually agree with superheavy since it means if you pull a master pack wakaushi or something you now have a superheavy core for it when it likely wouldnt open the pack by that time otherwise
Something that I always loved was tributing Kujakujaku with Icarus or Swallow's Nest. Not the best thing ever but it does something.
Bro Doug thinks he's in roulette?! Wtf where those pulls OMG!! Some people are just built different man😂

Finally get to see someone play my favorite deck SSS! Ready to see a Big Benkei beat down!
Lol
Lmao

Roflmao even
it feels scripted how Gage and Doug got exactly the random boss monsters that best fit their strategies in Baronne and Elf
I was visibly shook at 21:00
I love this season 5 Saga! Ty!
LOL ... Gage pulls TWO Pacifis' in the sample deck test hand at the end after 3 weeks of not pulling it. The irony...
is doug gonna find out he can lava golem and follow with a battleball for an easy susano summon?
This episode changes everything!
I swear to god Doug is Konami’s secret favorite, his pull rarities are just always insane
Idk remembering his previous saga and roullete episodes they were shit. But looks like luck is turning around
The new yu gi oh will be all the streamers anime version
Let's see if the Phantasm Spiral field spell shows up today😂.
Are there any thoughts of incorporating the solo mode exclusive decks like shiranui? It would be awesome to see those cards played in Saga.

I never understood Shark Stickers either.
One of the first ones, but why Stickers?
Funny how Gage pulled terribly from the Rokket/Revolver pack but pulled multiple cards Revolver played in the anime outside the pack (Mirror Force, Magical Cylinders). Also the series has come full circle with all 3 now having gone 0-2 one week thinking their deck was crazy
