Thanks for the wam welcome and feedback, Spike, glad to have you on board. I think the sound quality isn't the best because I was a bit far away from the phone mic, but by adjusting the volume on your device, it should still be ok -- at least it is for me, but I'll keep an eye on that.

Welcome to booktube! I'm an avid horror book and manga reader but I'm open to other genres as well. I read a lot of Junji Ito and Stephen King. 🙂❤📚
Thanks for the welcome 😊 I'm not a big horror reader myself, but one of my friend is getting into it. Any recommendations? I know she really loved Our Share of Night by Mariana Enriquez, to give some context.
@@Curious-Cat well Stephen King wise I recommend his short story collection the skeleton crew and a novel by Mr. King Salems Lot. There's a lot of things to choose from when it comes to Stephen King works.

I live a bit further south, in Östergötland. I've been pretty far north, but know embarrassingly little about the Sámi. I did get Stolen recently by Ann-Helén Laestadius, which is the first of a three part (I think) series, set in Sápmi. So I'm hoping to gain some insight from that, although it is fiction.
