- I took on another writing challenge and attempted 1000 Words of Summer where writers around the world aim to write 1K words every day for 2 weeks.
I worked so hard on this video, so I hope you'll enjoy it, despite the tech issues at the beginning.

First of all, I adore your pen! I haven't heard of 1000 words of summer but sounds like a great project for summer. Hopefully I can remember it in time to participate next year. The highs and lows can be SO wild. But that high is the best and makes writing worthwhile! (most of the time anyway 😂) I love your dog!! I'm so sorry about the audio issues. It can be SO frustrating to put so much time and effort into something that doesn't work out the way intended. I appreciate you still including it and talking through it.

Huge mood, my most recent video recording also had mic issues 😭 I just feel like throwing away the whole video when that happens... haha 😅 But honestly, I still enjoyed watching the video but also makes you seem more human. TH-cam is supposed to be fun, and acknowledging and realizing is a good process for your mental health. I absolutely love hearing you talk about your characters
I also have that fountain pen (TWSBI Eco in Pink)!! I love all the nature clips in your video! The grass is so green where you are 🥹 I want to be able to do that but our temperature right now is in the 100F so... not for me 😭
yeah, it's the worst... I recorded my last Asian Readathon video twice and still had to throw both recordings away because of that mic issue. I took a break from it and recorded it the 3rd time several days later. For this one, I threw so much away (it would have been 45 min long without this issue XD ), but couldn't bring myself to delete the whole thing... Thanks so much for sticking around though, really appreciate it
@@Curious-Cat Honestly! You can just remove the audio completely and just do a type on text kind of thing with relaxing bgm. I see some people do that too. That's something I'm keeping in mind for future 🥰
Of course! Like I said, it was something for me to listen and watch while I work 👀I love the fountain pen too! Can never have enough -- especially if you like the switch colors. It can be a hassle to clean every time :)
Wohoo! You did so good!!! 😄🎉 I feel your pain with the technical issues, how frustrating to discover it afterwards as well, when you can’t redo any of it. I didn’t mind though, you solved it well. Good for you for handling your stress response and managing your emotions, easier said than done. Great example, thank you for sharing that.
