- I'm trying something new this month with a monthly wrap-up / review. In this video, I go through the goals I had set for myself in June and how they went. Then I do a monthly review, looking at my highs and lows of the month, my writing progress, a reading update and even a mini book haul!

What do you think of this monthly review format? Should I keep doing it in future months? What were your highs and lows in June?
Ok, so many thoughts:
1. Love this format, do keep them coming
2. The miniatures book things are SO cute
3. I really like the goals being about connecting and enjoying yourself and the places you are in, so amazing
4. The Eras Tour is such an amazing experience, like the show itself is otherwordly but the overall feeling, the people, like the atmosphere is so beautiful. The only way I can describe it is like that audio of "How I love being a woman", I hope you have an amazing time and enjoy yourself a lot.

5. I hope we get a review or wrap up mention from This is how you lose the time war, I really want to read it
6. I'm excited for the TBR video, I really like that kind of videos/series. I recommend Library Unbounded, her channel overall, but she was this TBR game inspired by LOTR and I haven't read it either, but the game itself is quite funny

3. I'm trying to avoid 'productive' goals, and really try to focus on true self care and things that make me happy. I feel I really need that after the burnout. But it's not always easy to find the balance.

Awww, love the update! Glad you're feeling better! I love your hammock...my hammock is my happy place, so I'm definitely happy for you ❤️. I also love Gretchen Rubin's work. I also love living seasonally and try to be intentional about how I celebrate each season. Yay! for artsy dates, whether alone or with loved ones 🫶🏽. Congrats on 100 subs!! I absolutely love this reflection/review. I love hearing about the goals you've accomplished and the goals you have 🥰 I think something I want as my goal is to get back to journaling. I find that i haven't really reflected my life in a while, and seeing you write reminded me of that. I'm also super glad that you're feeling better! Seems like the cold is going around because now I'm feeling under the weather 🤣

Yes!!! Loved this, loved the sprinkle of clips from your month, and I also always feel inspired to follow Mariandrea’s highs and lows and all of that. She does it great and you did too!
You had so many goals! 😂 You did so good with them too, I could not keep track of all of that in one month.
And I hear you on wanting to take advantage of the local area, we’ve been having the exact same discussions for yeeeaaarrrssssss!!! Hopefully vlogging will help, I find it reminds me of things I want to show or share or do.

@@Curious-Cat Haha I don’t know, for me right now it seemed like a lot! I think if I did a challenge like that, that would have been by only goal for that month ^^ I mean I would write too many, but not keep to them all.
I have a complicated relationship with goals as well! I think intentionality is a good word though. When it’s things we really want to do for ourselves.
Yes, for memories is also great motivation! 🤗

I hope you're able to go to a Ren Faire! We just went a couple weeks ago and then we'll be going again after we get back from our trip.

Thanks! I'm hoping to go to one this weekend actually :) and that the weather will be bearable. It's starting to be rather hot here, and last year, we tried to go but the sun was ruthless and there was no shade at all. I don't think we even lasted an hour -_-'
