    Thanks for clarifying the difference, I always get confused with the two. I think latte is more expensive for business because you have to use more type of milk vs in milk tea where you can use water as offset to fill the cup while still not using too much milk. I also noticed you can latte without the need of a tea, though I think one of the cons of latte is milk tea more popular to the common people compared to latte and some people cannot handle drinking dairy well, they might end up with an upset stomach due to being lactose intolerant.

    I live in a very remote area in the mountings in Canada. We only get to town once every couple months so I am really out of touch on what’s trending in coffee shops. But just because I live in the bush…it doesn’t mean I do without. I am the local coffee shop…bush style coffee shop. Friends come over and I make fancy coffees. I have a espresso machine which is hitting thirty years old old and we are well stocked on syrups. However the tea lattes..this is something new to me I have made chai tea lattes but not reg tea lattes. I’m excited to try them. Thank you so much for introducing me to new barista drinks. Choa

      Hello! Sounds like paradise to me. You can definitely 'wow' your friends with more 'fancy' coffee drinks using recipes from this channel :-). Have you tried Chai Milk Tea? as opposed to Chai Tea Latte. Well, stay tuned as I have a clip coming soon!

      I love it, but a lot of people has issues with milk being lactose intolerant, that is why non dairy creamer or soymilk are used as alrernative

      If you are still experimenting, try grocery bought tea like Lipton or Twinings as they have single tea packets good for small servings

    Doesnt the use of that much ice dilute the drink with time?

    • @rizasri
      @rizasri  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, yes, but with these drinks, you finish the drink before they melt. ;-) Having said that, these drinks are concentrates so the taste will not drop that much unless you wait until all the ice is fully dissolved before drinking them.

    • @rdu239
      @rdu239 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      comes with lots of trial and error. if you are gonna deliver these milk tea and lattes, I think you have to increase a bit the sweetness you will add in order to offset any possibilities of the ice slowly melting and diluting the flavor of your drink.
