OMG!! I'm all the way across the planet from you in Belize 🇧🇿, and we too growing up had eaten condensed milk and bread! Try coconut meat and brown sugar!! Awesome Coffee show, thank you so much for shearing.
Very weird is, when you finish making a bottled coffee with milk and condensed sugar then you test that before you put into refigerator, the sweetness and other feels balanced, then after you refigerated for a night and in the morning you taste that again, suddenly sweetness goes overpowered compare to before refigerated. Do you had similiar problem like that when you make your bottled drink with sweet condensed milk or sugar?
That's true. I always said that when you try the drinks before you bottle them, don't worry that it will be sweet. The sweetness level drops when they are chilled. :-) So, that is normal
@@rizasri its seems the sweetness level is different for me, I'm using full cream milk, condensed milk, and little bit simple syrup. Because after chilled for one night most of the product gave different result, so I always put my new recipe in small bottled as experiment and taste 2 times before and after chilled to make sure every recipe I had suitable sweetness according to market pallate. It seems milk play some role in sweetness, would test different type milk taste in the drink after got chilled which one gave most sweet?
Yes. Mostly for cold drinks. I tend not to use sweetener on hot drinks as the milk would be there to moderate and add some sweetness especially when using steamed milk. Serve with optional sugar if desired so it can be up to individual preferences
@@rizasri Thank you so much! Also the chocolate powder you use for your chocolate sauce, is that sweetened? Or is it like cocoa powder unsweetened? Or more like a cocoa mix with sugar added?
I think Kristiana pour a 60ml plain milk instead of 30 ml indicated on th-cam.com/video/U8eV6r8m-7Q/w-d-xo.html. Can you tell which is which? Thank you, Ms. Riza!

hi...how many ml per can of condensed milk you are using?
May I ask if these sweetness level you've mentioned were only for 120 ml coffee or it is applicable to any proportion of coffee? Thank you in advance!
Each recipe is different
Very useful 🥰 Bless you!!
How many days could a cold brew coffee still be ok for making a cold coffee latte?
Tnx. 🙂
The concentrate can last for 2 weeks refrigerated.
Enjoyed!😊❤
Is 25% sweet 1/2oz condense milk and 3 1/2oz milk? Thank you for this video! I plan to make this soon!
That sounds about right. Enjoy!
wow milk syrup so nice idea in my own business😍😍
what is the plain milk?
Can I hav oatmilk instead milk syrup ?
sure
milk syrup 60ml condense and 30ml evap?
Yes but you can use different combinations too, th-cam.com/video/lwmEEZF2w18/w-d-xo.html
how much ratio of moilk sugar required if I eant 200ml iced coffee
Hi...based on your knowledge..which is the best ..50% or 100%?
For general commercial consumption, it is 100% that works best. You may then adjust depending on your customer's preferences.
Does this apply for milk tea too?
Yes, if you choose to use my milk syrup for your milk tea.
Question: can you combine non-dairy powder with little milk creamer for milk tea or coffee.
Sure. You may use any time of milk or creamer. Even powdered milk. Just watch the milk:coffee proportion :-)
Can you do a recipe using the new nescafe cafe creations? Tyty po
Will try!
I LOVVVVETT!!
How many days a milk syrup will last?

Is the milk syrup just used in your cold drinks? Is the condensed milk or milk syrup able to replace steamed milk in a hot coffee drink?

Hello, well spotted! Yes, there was an error on the description. :-( Please check the description box for details: 0% - use only plain milk. = 60ml plain milk
25% - 25% Milk Syrup + 75% Plain Milk = 15ml milk syrup + 45ml plain milk
50% - 50% Milk Syrup + 50% Plain Milk = 30ml milk syrup + 30ml plain milk
100% - 100% Milk Syrup = 60ml milk syrup
@@rizasri thank you for this! Love your dedication in this field ❤️
Have you tried making your milk syrup with the Evaporated and Condensed Coconut Milk?
No, I have not. Should taste equally good!
Cold brew is just too acidic for my liking to be made into lattes. I prefer my cold brew as it is, without any milk.
How old is your daughter ?
Hi, old enough!
Hot coffee drinks recepie, please
