How much of a difference in taste did you notice between the caprified vs non caprified?

@@raphaeldubois698 Not really. It has nice flavor but the acidity is almost always found only with caprification

on a scale from 1 to 10 how was the taste?

This variety has a very unique taste. Some of my friends don’t care for this one as much as sweeter varieties. This one has a strong Cherry taste with acidity and tanginess and only mildly sweet. A perfectly ripened one is probably a 8.5-9 and I’ll keep it because of its unique look and flavor
