  • The audio in this one had some hiccups. The mic got stuck a couple times against my fat ass neck.
    Solo Episode today.
Bill talks about some viral videos that talk about how BJJ broke their body, also he talks about how he does not like rolling with the toughest guys in the gym every time.
Also a black belt asks, how can he improve when all he has is blue and white belt training partners.
Bill goes over one of his matches from the Revolution 51 tournament in Washington.

I would say Jordan’s voice was the smooth jazz of Jiujitsu videos.
His mobility workout program with kieren and mat safety was really good for me as a beginner.
But yes the voice as an adhd guy myself I get distracted really easy

The adhd thing probably doesn't help as I have it pretty severe.
I'll have to check out the mobility stuff. I actually think his content is good. I am just a monkey brained goof that struggles with monotone delivery.

Have you gents entertained having Greg Souders on the show? I'm pretty sure it would be fantastic as you're podcast will likely be able to handle the terminology that is above everyone else's heads;) im thinking Bill would be the best here...lol.

I (Bill) have thought about inviting him on, he has done about 4 million pods recently, so I don't know if he would really want to. But I would definitely try and spice it up with some sort of off the wall jokes. It would either go very bad or funny. Either way, both might be entertaining.

Any sport will break your body. I've played baseball since kindergarten, adult softball, golf, MTB, and BJJ. All have had an impact on my body. Would I have traded in those injuries for the moments of excitement when prepping for the event, comradery with friends, looking forward to it when I was at work? Heck no!
I don't like to talk s***, but I agree about Jordan's voice being to monotone.

Have jordan on as a guest and then roll. Injurys are gonna happen,go to practice and work around them.

So true. An injury doesn't have to mean you stop.
I doubt he would want to team up on something with a little channel like us.

I think his content is actually pretty good. It's just the delivery kills me. But I'm at least 20% tisim. So I can't hate to much
