Heyyy, I like Seth! I've always thought he was a really interesting meta villain! Like, the idea of the story's conflict being choosing your character, your moveset, based on your passion, who you like to play, what's fun to you, what you enjoy controlling, versus the embodiment of raw *frame data*, the guy who only picks the top tier, the concept of tying your strength over others with how good your movelist is. It's an interesting way to go with a fighting game villain, imo.

As an additional bit to my follow up, go listen to the CvS2 Ultimate Taunt and then the JP SF4 version and you'll see what I mean. It's just too bassy and deep.

from the little we saw in the trailer, taunts seem to hit enemies, so we will be able to perform saikyo-ryu in it's purest form
I think it would be an interesting development of his character and style to see Dan actually start incorporating the taunts into legit attacks.
