Omg so glad you incorporated a freezer prep again 🫶🏾🫶🏾 you should definitely invest in one of those veggie choppers. I see you dice a lot of your produce and it would save you so much time. The cheapest one I seen on Amazon, with good reviews, is about $13-$15.

I wonder if you’d give a shot at recreating the viral cottage cheese/egg bread? My two attempts didn’t reproduce the bread consistency, but more like baked egg. If you can master it then you’ll help us get it right and have a healthier protein option.
Im glad someone said. I hate eggs that are seasoned like meat. Onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, sazon, adobo...like damn. Naw im good with salt and pepper.
