But in Multiverse, normal Potara's only work on the Kai's. In order for that plan to work you would need the Modified version or the Illegal Potara's as I like to call them. And since Elder Kai so far seems to be the only one who knows how to do that, I don't see that plan working.

Ok so I may be reaching here but I think whoever has control over the body depends on who has the earring on their right ear. Think about this. There are more right handed people than left handed people, so say your right hand is dominant over your left. When Goku and Vegeta fuse, Vegeta has his earring on his right ear, and GOKU has his on the left. Then when Vegito is born you can see how his outfit takes more after Vegeta and he even inherits Vegeta’s cockiness. Not to mention his name is Vegito. He has more Vegeta than GOKU. This can also be seen with merged Zamasu. Even though Black and Zamasu are technically the same person you can see that Black wears his earring on the left and Zamasu wears his on the right and when they fuse, they’re more like regular Zamasu with the white hair, green skin and even their clothing. So I feel like, who ever gets the earring on their right side, will be the one who is more dominant in the fusion.

Just as Gohan whenever he was young in the cell saga was ssj 2 one hit death blows with cell jrs, She can do the same thing.
What could happen is that Mjain Buu from universe 4 finally kill Babidi. And as Babidi dies, the majin mark disappear. (after all, no majin was still alive when Babidi died in the original manga, so it's still a possibility)
This would have the effect to make Bra have to deal emotionaly with the sea of corpses that she have made. That would be more interesting that Vegeto saving the day, anyway.
