Thank you so much sir. Your videos helped me alot to pass in first attempt. One thing that I want to share from my experience. It's not very important that u pass in first attempt. Actually you need to be a safe driver on the road for your own safety and others and when exaimer will feel that u are able to apply UK road laws and u are safe on road. They will be pleased to give us a lisence. Exaimers are not our enemies. They just highlight our weaknesses that we have to overcome to be safe and to avoid penalties in future. Breakdown these weakness and work on them separately and overcome with knowledge n practice. Best of luck to all
Dane, you are amazing, I binge watched your videos during the weekend before my test and passed first time! I also have to give a big shout out to my brilliant instructor, you both gave me great confidence for today's test. I'm contributing to your channel, please keep up the good work!!
Hi Dane, want to say thanks for all your videos! I had my driving test today after 4 months waiting. Felt 100% ready, aced the theory with the help of your vids. I want to remind everyone: CHECK YOUR CAR IS 100% WORKING. My test was cancelled because my rear brake light blew shortly before the test and I didn't check again. It's a 30 second test that could save you months of waiting. Best of luck to all.
Had my driving test yesterday, a year passed since I failed my one before this, your videos were extremely helpful and I don’t think I would have done as good as I did without your help, thank you for helping people like me with your videos
Thank you so much Dane for all these videos! I am happy to share that I passed my test today 21/12 in Finglas. 4th time lucky! Very grateful and I’ve shared a small amount as thanks to you for all your hard work with these videos!
I really enjoy these videos ! By far the most helpful driving instruction ive ever seen. It is also very obvious the effort that you put into your videos which is why they are so good. Thank you very much !
Oh my God, I can't sleep, and here I am going through ur videos Dane, iv driving test tomorrow afternoon. Please God! 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your videos and live stream. They av been so very helpful.
Congrats Dave! I am a newcomer into Ireland and I have never drove on the left side of the road. Your videos are very useful and insightful of the road & traffic rules of the island. Thanks and keep up the good work.
It's actually Dane, as in the Great Dane, but thank you for your support, glad to hear that you find the videos useful. I remember driving in America on the right hand side and it was quite unsettling at the start 🇺🇸😊
@@DaneTygheletsdrive oh sorry Dane. Yes, the first days I could not even walk and cross the roads properly (looking left). Thanks again, looking forward for new videos.
Dane thank you so much for these videos. I have my driving test next Tuesday in Finglas, Dublin. Quite nervous but your videos are making me feel so much more at ease, gonna keep practicing every day and watching the videos, thank you for everything and hopefully I’ll have good news on Tuesday 🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼
Thank you for your videos, l passed my test abt 3wks ago.I did my test on a rainy day but l was now aware of how to keep my windows clear from your videos. Thank you
True 🙏 Same cause my last exam ,2 week ago I jumped red light as just after round about was signal .👌👌 Same problem at roundabout if you are not quick you saw car exiting but car behind that exit car has to move your side so quickly move otherwise again possibly to get grade 3 at roundabout if you slow then two much grade 2 cause also big issue 😥☹
I got gade 2 , 2 points as the point I slowdown I used to cross road and was thinking one lady with kids might cross Examinor told you should not slow as they did not put their feet on road .
Hey Dane, at 1:43 due to the on coming car & the parked cars on the left, when re positioning because of the change in the road, would you have to slow down in case someone was to walk out into the road?
This is not a pedestrian crossing so there should not normally be a need to slow down too much unless you are worried about a pedestrian doing something stupid which is possible.
Thanks. I'm so nervous. Have to start driving again in New Year. I've a car sitting in drive that I haven't been driving and recently discovered was meant to declare it off road re tax 🙈🚗😳 I've a big tax bill of nearly 1000. I'm insured on my husband's car but it's too big for me to be comfortable driving. Signed driving miss daisy!
@@DaneTygheletsdrive Thank you. I live close to dart stations so I've been lazy and unmotivated as a result but need to learn next year. Hi Dane, love your videos, very helpful. One question I have is, is there any benefit or advantages for doing your test in Irish? I saw it as an option and I was just wondering.
Déanta na fírinne tá sé ar fáil agus b'fhéidir sé an úsáideach do na daoine atá líofa as Gaeilge, mar a deirtear tír gan teanga tír gan anam, an bhfuil tú líofa as Gaeilge in aon chor? ?
@@DaneTygheletsdrive Sea. Is féidir liom ag cáint Gaeilge go hiontach ar fad. Ach, tá mo Bhéarla sar-maith. Conaím í gCathair na Gaillimhe anois, buíochas le Día. ach rúgadh m’athair í gConamara. Déanfaidh mé mo scrúdú tiomána an seachtain seo caite.
Ah tuigim agus ar ndóigh go n-éirí leat sa scrúdú tiomána, an mbeidh tú ag déanamh an scrúdú trí Gaeilge? De réir dealraimh níl aon difríocht idir Gaeilge nó Béarla.

You know what they say - the harder you work the luckier you'll be. You need to practice, get professional lessons and you will have a better chance of getting it next time. I wish you luck.
Hi Dane! I have my test coming up and I’m just wondering, when you’re driving along and coming to a main road that you want to turn onto, as you slow down and then change gears do you keep your foot on the clutch or lift it up after every gear change? I tried this before and it was a bit jumpy! Thanks :)
You seriously need to watch this video th-cam.com/video/s7QjfXslfm0/w-d-xo.html You must come off the clutch for each gear change, but do so slowly for more smoothness.
